Cruel Alpha Male takes control of all packs in The Mountain Range

There will be a choosing ceremony at some time (you won't know when) where two wolves (most likely a female and a male) will be sent in search of new territory

You may choose if your wolf is against this ruling

Wolves who are against choosing ceremony will most likely be chosen

Heirs who will be chosen may come back. Others will not and run far on a quest to find freedom. Rivalry will happen. Prepare for a great battle.

Spring

Morning

The pack is just climbing out of their nests to the Alpha Male (Rowan) calling a Pack meeting

Ember crawled out of her den with her back legs still in her den and stretched her legs, she was so tired but had to wake up. Eventually she got out of her den fully and looked around some wolves were awake but some were still asleep. She saw her father the Alpha Male standing quite close to her, she was starving but couldn't just go of as they were the rules. Quite annoyed but still keeping her composure, she trotted over to her father waiting for orders. Ember hoped she could go on a hunt but that was most likely not going to happen as her father and mother were so protective of her and her siblings but she would try and ask.

Alpine fluttered his eyes open, the morning sun started to seep into the hunters den. He yawned jaws parting as they flexed his overly large fangs. He rested his head back on his paws staring out a the sunrise. Soon as the sun fully rose he got up with a long stretch. He disappeared out into the clearing the sun shinning on his well kept fur. His stomach could be heard gurgling but he saw no food in the prey pile. Sighing he know once a patrol was sent out he'd be chosen to hunt. At least it meant he got to get the better bits after the alpha's. It was fair since the hunters were the ones to take down the prey. He sat down in the clearing waiting for the alpha to awake soon.

Huo climbed out of the den, noticing her sister, Ember, as she climbed out. She gave her a quick nod and glance before finding a spot to rest before her father, Rowan, would appear for the meeting and cease her hungry stomach. As she waited, her thoughts decided to take a road trip. She was anxious about the choosing ceremony. She was happy with her rank, even if she wouldn't be the alpha female. She wasn't sure she wanted to be chosen, even if the possibilities were as wide as they seemed. There were so many wolves in their pack and only two would be chosen. What were the chances? Huo decided to take her mind off the ceremony, but it started wondering other things. She looked around the camp. Who would be her mate if she ever decided to take one? She hated the idea of being in the nursery for long, preferring the fresh air. Other wolves seemed to have risen and Huo sat, watching the camp.
