You might have to sell your soul to WP lol. It used to be Neutrals were bad, then Neutrals and Darkseekers, but now all three are seriously competing.
But seriously, it's mostly about how much time you can dedicate to explore. If you can get free and do nothing but explore for the 4th-9th and have a decent team you can get it.
