Right. That's The Annoying Part About Night Shifts, Especially, But Just Being Nocturnal In General. I Have A Hard Time Sleeping So I Usually Go To Bed A Bit Later Than I Should, Because I Have To Get Up At 4 (Game Time) To Go To Work. It's Rough.

Lying In Bed And Trying To Sleep Is Better Than Sitting In Front Of A Screen And Forcing Yourself Awake Even More. If Your Body Is Telling You You Need Sleep, Then At Least Try, If You're In A Place Where You're Able.
