Reaper- Take a look at Leopold and Charles, they aren't super high rarity, but they could help ya with the vitals if you want some help. Both are Obedient disposition. Thor is also Obedient, but the other 2 are G1.

Oh GodÂ… I have to absolutely grind explore. I have had no time to be on wp in days and I need to get 148 coins to get the dye!

I mostly breed for explore, my ultimate goal is to get a male with a decent AC R, decent vitals, and talents. Like a good stud you know? Lmao. And I have some high talents and good ACs but I can't get a grasp on the vitals side of things.

Reaper- Weather vitals wise, 23 is actually the better one, even though the total is still negative on all, I suppose depending whether you explore or do FMC, perhaps rate them and see who of them is best?

Trying to decide if I should keep this little guy back too, but I have three more wolves due this season with only one more spot left

I feel that, I'm trying to get high talents while mixing the vitals in there. All I managed to get was a pretty pup and then one who's a 40R AC

Reaper- Yeah. So far since I got back he's the only male pup I've kept. He's also kinda pretty. Silver Brindle on Husky 2 is actually really nice. Wish I could breed more talents into my group but it's hard to find good vitals/ratings with higher talents.

I think that's what I'm gonna have to do, been trying to breed a good stud, hasn't worked out yet lol but he's my best pup this season, so I think I'll hold him and his sister back

This guide explains how battle moves work, how you can earn them, and how they will affect your wolves during explore or PvP.

Battle experience:
Battle experience is what your wolf earns for each kill they get in explore (or alternatively each wolf they defeat in PvP). One kill = one experience point.

Default moves:
000-000 = Evade (Def +1)
000-000 = Bite (Off+1)
000-000 = Claw (Off +1)
000-000 = Pounce (Off +1)

Default moves are moves that every wolf has. They are your starting point to training your wolves. Defensive moves (like evade) are designed to make it more difficult for your enemies to deal damage, because you are avoiding their hit- When using a defensive move, your wolf will not be able to deal damage either! Offensive moves on the other hand, are used to deal damage and kill enemies.

Battle experience moves:
025-049 = Tear (Off +2)
050-074 = Grip & Scratch (Off +3)
075-099 = Knock Over (Off +4)
100-124 = Kick (Def +5)
125-149 = Strangle Hold (Off +6)
150-174 = Rake (Off +7)
175-199 = Wrestle Down (Off +8)
200-224 = Push Away (Def +10)
225-249 = Jugular (Off +9)
250-274 = Disembowel (Off +10)
275-299 = Slashing Bite (Off +11)
300-324 = Flesh Ripper (Off +12)
325-349 = Skull crush (Off +13)
350-374 = Bone Breaker (Off +14)
375-399 = Thrust (Def +15)
400-424 = Hind Paw Slam (Off +16)
425-449 = Headbutt (Off +17)
450-474 = Tail Slap (Off +18)
475-499 = Roll (Def +19)
500-524 = Buck (Def +20)
525-549 = Neck Snap (Off +21)
550-574 = Fatal Bite (Off +22)
575-599 = Spine Snap (Off +23)
600-624 = Eye Gouger (Off +24)
625-649 = Ankle Cut (Off +25)
650-674 = Side Jump (Def +26)
675-699 = Counter (Def +27)
700-724 = Block (Def +28)
725-749 = Achilles Tear (Off +29)
750-799 = Body Slam (Off +30)***
---
800-824 = Play Dead (Def +31)
825-849 = Dodge (Def +32)
850-874 = Pin (Off +33)
875-899 = Decapitate (Off +34)
900-924 = Shake (Off +35)
925+ = Death Grip (Off +36)

Battle experience moves can be learned by a wolf once they reach 25 battle experience. From that point on, with every 25 battle experience your wolf gains, they will learn in order one of the moves listed above (see below for an exception). Wolves will stop learning moves after they reach Death Grip!
***Body slam takes 50 exp to learn the next move, not 25 exp.

Notable moves:
275-299 = Slashing Bite (Off +11)
Your wolf will do an additional +2 damage after reaching this move.
525-549 = Neck Snap (Off +21)
Your wolf will do an additional +2 damage after reaching this move.

As noted above, once a wolf is capable of these moves, they will be able to do a slightly higher damage in explore, thus making it easier to one-hit certain weak prey.

Let me know if I'm missing anything that could be helpful for this!

Weights and Vitals:
A wolf's amount of damage is dependent on their weight and vitals. For instance: the heavier the wolf, the harder their hit will be. As for weight?- Wolves with negative vitals will do less damage during disaster events, in comparison to positive vitals.

Wolf Weights:
A wolf's weight will affect their battle moves. Please mind that wolves do not reach their adult weight until they are full grown, in which takes until they are roughly 3-4 years old. Listed below are the default weights for your wolves, before any weight bonuses can be added due to learning moves.

75-89 pounds = +5 Agility -5 Damage
90-109 pounds = +2 Agility -2 Damage
110-129 pounds = -2 Agility +2 Damage
130-150 pounds = -5 Agility +5 Damage

You can weight check your wolf using this handy guide:
https://wolfplaygame.com/forums.php?f=29&t=119

Vitals:
Vitals are extremely important when disasters come into play. They can be found within the Vitals box on your wolf's profile. These numbers can be positive, negative, or remain resting at zero, and are very important, because depending on the numbers displayed, impacts the amount of damage added or taken away from that specific wolf during the corresponding disaster.

Positive vitals are most desirable when others look to purchase or breed battle wolves, as they'll add a damage bonus to your wolf during these disasters. If your wolf has a 0 in one place, it'll do the same damage it always does, if it has a negative number then it'll take that number from your wolves default damage and do less damage.

For more info on disasters and vitals, check out this guide:

May I point something out? I notice some wolves do better with different default moves than others. Loki landed hits more often with claw, Vendetta landed more with bite.

Why do the moves say things like (off +2) if it doesn't increase their damage? What's the +2 mean?

+2 is the increase in accuracy or evasion, not damage. It also denotes their level and learning order.

Why did you put Push Away before Jugular? Push away says 10 and Jugular says 9.

Push Away comes before Jugular. Push Away is a +10 defense, Jugular is a +9 offense. :)
