Hihi! :] Some of you may remember a poll I ran a few months regarding some cute dog-looking stingrays. Well, I'm cautiously taking things to step two, and that's beta testing!

This thread is for general conversation and development for the species before I do an official launch of them. So, what does beta testing involve?

Beta testing for this species will include trialling interactive elements, such as the draw-to-explore and write-to-explore features, interacting with NPCs, using items and all that kinda stuff as they are developed. It involves giving feedback and testing various features as I add them and also contributing ideas towards the species. This will all take part here on WolfPlay, though your stingray dog will be added to the Stingray Dog Toyhou.se world.

All beta testers will get a stingray dog for free, and they'll get a fancy 'beta tester'/'founder' badge.

What am I looking for in beta testers?

-Some experience in closed species/art roleplay games.
-Patience, as I am a busy university student.
-The ability to give clear, concise feedback.
-Users who are friendly and relatively active.

-Willing to be active in the species after the launch.
-A toyhou.se account, ideally.

I'm only looking for four or five, and already have two people lined up, so am only looking for 2-3 more people to assist in testing. If you are interested, I'd love if you could post on the thread with a lil info about yourself and any experience with ARPGs [Art Roleplaying Games] and closed species.
This isn't just first-come first served and I'm just looking for some people who can help test things out - there will be a full release of the species so please don't be too hurt if you're not picked.

Hello, I've been in an ARPG before, so I'm familiar with the idea and concept. I have a few close species myself.

Considering you are also running a dawg hybrid species right now I think this would work well :] Amazing amazing, welcome to the beta tester team B)

I am interested in becoming a beta tester.

I do have a small amount of experience from a species a few years ago on a different gaming platform.

I do art, and I am BIG on pixel art as well and would be happy to contribute to creating things. I also just love sharks/stingrays so I am already freaking out about this.

I am very patient and have my own life outside of the game as well so I respect that for others. I do have a TH account and have recently become active again.

I have YCH forms active for you to look at regarding my pixel work and my DA for other work (though outdated by like 5 years on the non-pixel work) -- Happy to whip something up if you want to see my non-pixel work currently.
