Just sit on a wolf's page and spam refresh. It's worked for me at least

If I remember correctly it's a random chance to receive a leaf from a wolf's page once a day. You can visit players with large packs and cycle through all their wolves

I don't know how. My own wolves never give me them. But when I bought three wolves off Enigma they gave me leaves.
I click on random wolves in chat and they give me leaves.
Same with yours, but I've only ever gotten three leaves from my own xD
