My first attempt at a contest, so please stay with me.

The idea is simple: I will put out a list of riddles. (most come from memory not Google or whatever) You'll PM me your answers for the riddle and for each correct answer, you'll receive a point. There is no deduction for incorrect answers. In the end, prizes will be as follows

1 apple or a wolf of choice from den for first place

300 mush or a wolf of choice from den for 2nd

a wolf of choice or 50 mush for third place

in the case of a tie, one more riddle will be sent out to both parties to determine the winner. If both parties answer correct or incorrect, it'll be random.

it starts as soon as I get the riddles up about 2:30 pm game time November 26.

it ends on New Year's Day, Janruary 1st, 2024 noon.

1. There are three people at a stop sign. The first person is a truck driver, the motorcyclist, and the horse drawn carriage. It's not any of their turns to move. The truck driver is on his phone and accidentally hits his horn. The horn scares the horse and the horse rears up and bites the motorcyclist's ear. The motorcyclist is surprised and accidentally hits the gas pedal and shoots forward. Another car hits the motorcyclist. Who actually broke the law and why?

several notes: in this riddle, horse drawn carriages are allowed. The car was allowed to move forward.

2. you are driving down a highway alone. In your car, you have nothing. No keys, no phone, no wallet, nothing. Then, you see three doors. The first one leads to your family in a hotel room. The second leads to all the food and drink you could ever want. The third leads to all the money you could ever want. Which door do you open first?

note: you might want to get a bit creative with your answer

3. An ex-police officer's house got caught in a house fire. He lost his car, his house and all his properties. What did he loose first?

4. A woman broke up with her boyfriend. Because of the break up, the woman broke a vase with roses he had sent her, a picture frame holding a picture they took, and a mirror he had sent her. What did the boyfriend break first?

5. Why did the teacher wear sunglasses to school?

note: just to throw a easy one

6. Why can't you run in a campground?

note: I hope you're familiar with the English langauge

7. what has hundreds (maybe thousands? I never counted) of holes but can still hold water?

8. there is a cow on a hill. The cow is facing north. Then, it turns left right left left right right right north east forward. what direction is its tail facing?

note: notice the random collection of directions

9. a man walked into a bar and said "ow!" Why?
