Here we have normal registers and selfcheckout at the same time, just last time my sister argued with a customer who went to the check out and refused to do anything herself, she demanded my sister does it for her even if she is not allowed too because it's SELFcheckout

I just told him we are people too and refused to call another register. He was waiting at the other one for 5 minutes expecting me to call soneone. At the end he just gave up, paid at my counter and left
