So I created these two characters based on random palettes.

I don't like them at all LMAO. To the point where I don't even want to sell them. But y'know, I put time and some energy into them so hey, why not give them away in a little contest! :0

So. How does this contest work?
You'll fill out the form below and give the character some lore, a name, or anything of interest.
Write a little story for them, perhaps.

When the contest ends, I'll pick my favourites and they'll get the character they've entered for.

Character Name: Echo
Character Personality: She's very adventurous but also very cautious and witty. She loves the thrill of adrenaline and is impulsive, you will never know her intentions. She's very admirable, due to her fur colour—the lovely shade of pink against all those greys. She leans towards the more extroverted side but is a bit shy. She's also very emotional but tries her best to hide it, making her seem happy all the time. Echo tries her best to accommodate everyone's needs, making her a people/wolf pleaser, obeying almost everything she's told, but she does so with caution.
Backstory/Story: Echo is adopted, she was abandoned as a pup. She doesn't know why, she guesses her mother just didn't want her. A lone wolf then took her in when she was only 1 year old. They have been inseparable since. Her mom has even found a mate now so it isn't just the two of them, even though they did like it that way. But her mom was happy with him and she liked him too. He accepted her as his own and she accepted him as her father. They have been happy ever since.

Loki

Loki takes after his namesake, playing tricks on any creature who gets in his way or path. His tricks are never playful or funny, except to himself. He is cold in his tricks and in general. Due to his markings, he sometimes looks like a hellhound especially in the winter. Loki revels in this name, claiming it builds his reputation and builds his ego. Even after all his tricks, he has yet to get caught.

Despite his cold persona, he is a half glass empty kind of wolf. He never looks at the good in a situation, only thinking of what he can do to make it worse. He scoffs at angels, teasing them for anything that's happy. With that, he comes off as the 'Talk later, I'll kill you first' type. He does not like to talk and would rather attack first.

Loki considers himself a devil doing a demon's work. His horns, being constantly bloodstained, helps him complete the look and boosts his ego. As you could guess, he is quite arrogant with no mercy to anyone who stands in his way.

Loki never knew his parents and the wolves in the area could never figure out where he came from. Loki took this as the first sign that he was to be something that everyone would fear. The packs and animals would beat him and chase him away, which developed his loathing for anything and everything. Loki first learned to fight when he was a pup, fighting a fox for food. After winning, he discovered some traps that the foxes used and started to learn. By the time he reached the age of 2, he knew how to use every trap that could be used in the forest. But that wasn't enough for him.

Loki started to fight anything and everything that got in his way. After many wins and flees, he soon started to learn how to fight with not just his claws and fangs, but with his horns and the environment. Luring animals like cougars and bears into his traps, he would play with them like a cat does a mouse, learning their weaknesses and strengths. By the time he turned 5, he was a master at his skill and used it for demon work whenever he could.

Wanting revenge on the forest creatures of how they treated him, he waited until hikers came to the forest. When they lit their campfire and disappeared into the tent, Loki took a stick and set one end on fire. Taking it to the forest, he started to turn every piece of wood, brush or leaves on fire. Running through the woods, he set a huge wildfire into motion. Not many creatures escaped and those that did met his fangs.

Now, he lives on a never ending journey. Constantly on the move, he finds the most challenging creatures to kill. His reputation only grows.

Absolutely loved doing him, I've been waiting for something like him to come around: D

Spangles (derived from the Star-Spangled Banner, no one knows his real name)

Character Personality:

Anyone who’s lived in Vesper Gulch long enough can tell you that Spangles has the longest record of telling the tallest of tales. A whirlwind of wild imagination, he can whip up anything bright, zany, and eye-catching in a matter of minutes. He has a remarkable talent of stitching stories together, bringing his mundane experiences from 0 to 10 as he weaves the most exaggerated and extraordinary details into his creations. Spangles lives for any scraps of gossip he gets and will spread it around to any open ears. Everyone knows to take his words with a grain of salt.

Backstory/Story:

Spangles works on the advertising team underneath Cethni Labs founded and currently headed by the CEO, Technicolor. He arrived in Vesper Gulch one random day and somehow stumbled into the corporate building a week later. A ten minute conversation with Techincolor sent him nearly straight out the door but after a mixup, he ended up with the job he has now. After massive success followed the rollout of his advertisement ideas, he became a small celebrity within the company. Even Technicolor saw his value, sending out private emails to everyone who worked for him to respect and put up with Spangles lest they want to face severe consequences.

With people now enabling him and inflating his ego, the stories grew bigger and bigger. The biggest one that kept on running for many years? An imaginary country known as America. Land of the free, home of the brave with bald eagles brandishing arms on every street corner. He can describe the many wars fought, highlighting the most important battles. He knows foreign documents such as the “Declaration of Independence” and the “Constitution” by heart. He can name all the “Fifty Nifty States” along with their capitals. Anything about current politics? He’ll talk about some strange, spray painted orange. He'll salute anything that resembles the flag and will whisper "God Bless America" under his breath. Spangles even went through the trouble of composing a national anthem which is played very badly on his kazoo. He claims to be a surrendered citizen. Tired and upset by the lack of change and the constant tomfoolery displayed by presumably important people on TV, he decided to pack up a bag and leave. Because no one knows where he came from, many wonder if this is a place that actually exists.

Character Name: Rival

Character Personality: Rival is an exceptional hybrid with a heart of gold. His guardian instincts are second to none, and he derives immense satisfaction from feeling useful. Guarding the camp is his passion, and he has become a master at distinguishing friend from foe, keeping his pack safe from harm. While he hopes to have more pack members soon, he is content with the company of Jaskel and Lyria. Speaking of Lyria, Rival has developed a crush on her and is eager to explore and understand his feelings. He is a complex and sensitive soul, and his love for his pack is matched only by his desire to protect and care for them.

Backstory/Story: Rival was a hybrid of some colorful experiments, born in a lab. He was raised there to study what the genes did to his coat. Also being shown off at shows for money, his handlers were not too careful, and he escapes with the help of the handler’s personal hybrid, Jaskel. Jaskel had seen how his master treated the hybrids in the shows and wanted to escape with them. Helping Rival out of the restraints, they fled to the woods. Fighting other packs, Rival was the protection and Jaskel the brains, getting food and shelter while Rival guarded their small camp. Later, Rival meets Lyria, a female common dog and she joins their pack. Jackel, still hunting, takes Lyria and teaches her the way of getting food.

Bianca

Bianca is a sweet, loving wolf who protects her and other's rights. She tries to befriend everyone, but is misstrustful to humans because they caused her immense pain and suffering. She protects even the most cruel, seeing good in all.

Bianca was stolen from her pack when she was a tiny pup. Humans had taken her, and were cruel to her in every way possible. They dyed her fur and eyes a bright pink, and embedded a piece of obsidian into the middle of her forehead. (They regretted this, due to the fact that they lost several fingers in the process) After 2 years, Bianca escaped, and started the life of a free wolf. She eventually found her pack and her mother again. She stayed awhile, the set out to tour the world in search of enlightenment.
