Fire alpaca is pretty good, so I do have to agree there, but i suppose everything has to do with tastes, medibang is extremely similar to fire alpaca but i prefer it over fire alpaca, so I'd highly recommend trying out every free program that seems interesting to you and see how it feels and works best for you tbh. It's harder to do that with paid programs but I know clip and sai have demos at the very least

Lots of professionals like to use Clip Studio but personally my boyfriend has had nothing but problems with it...

I know friends of mine like Fire Alpaca. If you have access to an iPad go for Procreate. It's a one time $10 payment with pretty professional quality and super user friendly

Depending on what your looking for, like rageing stormz said, krita, medibang, and fire alpaca are fairly good free programs, but for paid programs I'd recommend something like clip paint studio or paint tool sai, from my experience with digital art programs. Clip studio paint has to be my favorite program out of them all though and it goes on sale rather often.

Hmmm
I would have to Google computer art programs since I don't know those as well XD

I know ones like photo shop are gonna pop up

But that's kind of expensive XD

Highkey, at the moment what I like to do is draw/design bases and linearts but I don't like colouring them as much now.

Would you guys be interested in pay to use linearts and exclusive-rights auctions?
Pay to use linearts would be for a set amount of currency and any player could buy and then use that lineart for personal use, for adopts, YCHs etc.
Exclusive-rights auctions would be a lineart auctioned off and only the bidder could use that lineart, it'd be for their use only and they could also make adopts/YCHs/personal stuff with the lineart.

Is that something that sounds cool to y'all? :0
Here's some examples of my work :]

Yes. This would be cool. As dumb as it is, I usually don't use bases just because I know that to some people that comes off as low-quality or tacky. :')

it would be nice to have something unique to my character where it feels like I got something for my character but obviously a bit cheaper because I'd be putting in the elbow grease to finish it. I also really like the idea of super spiffy p2u linearts too.

I've debated doing lineart commissions that people can finish themselves for a really long time, to be honest. I do find the sketching and shading process fun and not really the uh,, colouring process. So I'd definitely be down to do things like that :]

I'd also wanna do custom linearts that people could use for closed species or hybrid adopts and that! :D

I've kinda stopped using linearts since my health has gotten better so take anything I say with a grain of salt.
.
Most of the linearts I did pay for were either very customatizable (you know like different furs, eyes, ears, tails, accessories), things I got interested in but couldn't draw at the time (i.e dragons), or something very unique (i.e a unique pose)
.
I feel like a lot of my designs would require a lot of editing (and getting the right line type can be a pain) so I just end up designing thing with sketches. If I were to buy lineart, I'd probably say custom or exclusive lines.
