for mods: i'm using filegarden for image hosting because the creator for it stated in their support server that it is free to use as long as you're not uploading anything illegal, lemme know if that changes of course.

breeding rules
1. i'm not checking who owns which adopt. that's up to you to track.
2. if you breed an adopt owned by another player, i'll assume you got permission.
3. i spot check, if it seems suspicious i'll bonk you.
4. breeding is created by hand, and will just have a 'custom' tag in its image link instead of the usual junk.
5. id is the first number found in the image link.
