A.) I decide to head back and see what happens on my journey home.

Carefully, you stand up and pick up all your remaining items that consist of your shopping bag (mini telescope + container), the lantern, and your comfy basket with your new friend. The walk back is uneventful, however you spot the same path with the arching trees and some fresh prints you didn't see on your way to the creek that look like rabbit tracks.

B.) Investigate the rabbit prints

You crouch down so you can investigate the new tracks that have been made. Your new friend peeks their head over the rim of the basket to watch as you run your hand along the tracks gently, trying to get a sense of when and where the rabbit that made this was headed. They don't look over an hour old, and the trail heads into some berry bushes

A) Follow the tracks into the bushes

B) Pick the berries and store them into your container [Note: The container is reusable for this and other explores, however will only be able to hold berries from now on]

C) Abandon the tracks and continue heading back

You decide to pick some of the berries! Examining one closely, you manage to identify them as blueberries and store them inside of the container you bought from Mitzy. Your rabbit continues to watch you, but doesn't seem entirely interested in them. The forest is still rather quiet, besides from a few bird calls

C) Leave the tracks and head back

You gently part the bushes and head to follow the tracks, bringing all your items with you. You walk for quite a while before you suddenly see a flash of brown and black dart across the clearing. The tracks you were following veer sharply right into the brush the dart of fur came from

A) Freeze and see if you can spot them again

B) Head towards where the dart of fur went

C) Sit down and see if you can entice them over somebow

C.) Sit down and try to entice them somehow

You sit down and try to entice the rabbit you saw dash past the clearing. Checking your bag, you shuffle through your items but it seems you don't have to wait very long. A head pokes out of the bushes, closer than where they had entered when they had run, and stares at you curiously. The rabbit seems young, not quite a kit but also not quite a full adult. They start approaching closer, sniffing as they go before pausing a few feet away

A) see if you can attract them close with the blueberries

B) hold out your hand for them

C) silently stare back
