Long ago, in the realm of Eldarion, an Elf warrior and a Fairy princess fell in love. Their relationship, forbidden by both their peoples, was discovered. Once discovered, they faced the most severe punishment: death. Their tragic fate ignited a fierce war between the Elves and the Fairies, each side blaming the other for the loss of their loved ones.

Now, eons have passed, but the rivalry remains, a feud perpetuated by generations of hatred and misunderstanding. War, famine, and destruction have ravaged both lands, leaving scars that seem impossible to heal. Amidst this conflict, a prophecy emerges, whispered through ancient texts and echoed in the dreams of healers:

"When the severed thread is mended,
peace shall bloom once more.
A union of hearts, torn by time, must bridge the divide.
A Child of the Fairies and A Child of the Elves shall seal fate,
not by blood but by love’s embrace."

The Elves and Fairies interpret the prophecy in their own ways. The Elves believe this is a sign from the Gods, a divine directive to end the centuries of conflict, while the Fairies see it as a means to finally recover from the devastation that has plagued their lands.

A common belief takes root: the marriage of an Heir and Scion from opposite kingdoms is the key to ending the war. The Elf Scion of Nymoriav Tribe and the Fairy Heir of Mirathiel Kingdom are chosen for this union. Both are reluctant but dutiful, willing to put aside personal feelings for the sake of their peoples.

However, as the preparations for their wedding commence, another layer of the prophecy is revealed through a dream. It depicts not the faces of the Elf Scion and the Fairy Heir, but of two other figures - melding together as the sun and moon. As their love grows, it becomes clear that they, not the royal pair, are the true union of the prophecy.

Despite this revelation brought forth to the Court, the wedding preparations for the Heir and Scion continue, with neither side aware of the true destined pair. Will true love save the kingdom or will pride prevail, plunging both realms into the depths of conflict once more?

As the sun sets on the eve of union, a prophecy murmurs in uncertainty:

"Two paths converge, fate's hand uncertain,
In love's embrace or war's curtain.
Harmony's hope or discord's claim,
In hearts entwined, lies peace's aim.

Shall love mend or pride ignite,
In the dance of shadows, truth's flight.
Four hearts, two kingdoms, on the edge of strife,

Elven Territory:

Nestled deep within the ancient forests of Eldarion lies the Sylvan Glades, the heartland of the Nymoriav Tribe. Crystal-clear streams wind their way through the verdant undergrowth, teeming with life and vitality. The homes of the Nymoriav Elves are modest and traditional, blending seamlessly with their natural surroundings. Constructed from clay and adorned with thatched roofs, these dwellings are designed to respect and preserve the environment. The architecture reflects a deep connection to their heritage, with each home nestled among the trees

Fairy Kingdom:

Amidst the towering peaks of the Edenica Mountains, Mirathiel Kingdom stands as a beacon of magical ingenuity and modernity. Cascading waterfalls and icy cool streams streak their way through the city, reflecting the vibrant hues of the surrounding forests. High above, intricate bridges and walkways connect the gleaming crystal spires, where bustling markets and lively workshops hum with activity. In Mirathiel, innovation flourishes alongside reverence for nature, with parks and botanical gardens seamlessly integrated into the urban landscape. Beneath the bustling streets lie hidden catacombs and subterranean chambers, rumored to house relics of immense power and wisdom only accessible through the Castle.

Constructed from gleaming marble, these homes exude elegance and grandeur. Carved with intricate designs and enchanted to shimmer in the light, the marble homes are both durable and beautiful. Interiors often feature high ceilings, open courtyards, and columns adorned with magical runes. Many have walls of living plants, roofs that channel and purify rainwater, and windows that open to the song of the wind. About The Gods

Both the Nymoriav Tribe and the Mirathiel Kingdom revere a shared pantheon of gods and goddesses, each embodying different aspects of their world and existence. These deities are embedded into their cultures, influencing their rituals, beliefs, and daily lives.

However, while the Elves remain deeply devoted to these ancient gods, the Fairies are gradually straying, embracing new philosophies and advancements that distance them from their traditional worship.

She is revered as the origin of life, the force that breathes vitality into the world.

Age: They age slowly, with aging prolonged . For instance, it isn't uncommon for elders to exist up to the age of 500 if they're lucky. Here's a breakdown:

Child/Young Teen: 0 - 20 Years
Teen: 20 - 50 Years
Young Adult: 50 - 100 Years
Adult: 100 - 415 Years
Elder: 415 - 500 Years

Skin Tones: Variety of skin tones, just no jewel tones.
Hair Color: Any/all hair color but white hair is reserved only for the Shaman/Oracle. Styles can vary.

Eye Colors: Must be correlated with your element:
Water: blues and teals
Fire: yellows and oranges
Earth: greens and browns
Air: purples and grays no red

• Both have pointed ears: Elves have shorter pointed ears while Fairies have longer ones.
• Both species have heightened senses
• Elves have canines while Fairies have longer claws.
•Fairies have Wings, Elves can have Antlers. Elves can have tribal markings/piercings but they must be earned.
For now only the Chief/Chieftess, Lieutenant, Sentinel and Shaman have them.

Explanation of Roles

Chief(tess)/King/Queen

The highest-ranking individual of the Nymoriav Tribe or Mirathiel Kingdom. They make the rules, guide their people, and are highly respected by all members of the tribe or kingdom. The title is typically passed down from generation to generation.

The Chieftess/Chief and their children are all from the same element.

Prince/Princess/Scion

The heirs to the throne, chosen to represent the union between the Elves and Fairies. They are groomed to eventually take on the role of Leader/Ruler and play a crucial role in the alliance between the two factions. The Eldest of the heirs are chosen for the union and to eventually become the Leader.

Oracle/Shaman

Highly respected individuals who hold significant importance in the prophecy. They are trained in medicine and possess spiritual insight, serving as guides and advisors to the Leader. Their visions and interpretations shape the decisions of the tribe or kingdom.

The selection process is believed to be guided by the Gods, who choose those with a deep connection to the elements and a heightened sensitivity to the energies of the world around them. Through dreams, visions, and signs from nature, the Spirit signals its choice, marking the chosen individual as the Oracle/Shaman of their tribe or kingdom.

With that being said, it is absolutely forbidden for either to take on a Mate or bear children.

Lieutenant of Nymoriav Tribe

The second-in-command to the Chief(tess), responsible for assisting in leadership duties and managing day-to-day affairs. They are trusted advisors and often take charge in the absence of the Chief(tess).

Sentinel of Nymoriav Tribe

The third-in-command, typically the Lead Warrior or Hunter of the tribe. They are skilled fighters and guardians, often tasked with training others in combat and survival skills.

Advisor of Mirathiel Kingdom

Unique to the Mirathiel Kingdom due to the absence of an Oracle for centuries. They serve as a substitute for the Oracle, offering alternative perspectives and insights to the King. Their role is to provide counsel and assist in decision-making processes. Now that an Oracle has been chosen, The Advisor has transitioned from personal assistance to the King to become an assistant to the Heir, guiding and preparing them for their future role as rulers of the kingdom.

The rest of the tribe or kingdom, including various individuals with different skills, roles, and responsibilities, all working together to support their leaders and uphold the values of their community.

Important Note:

The Shaman embodies traditional spirituality, deeply connected to nature and the elements along with visions. She communicates with spirits through rituals and ceremonies, focusing on healing and maintaining harmony between the physical and spiritual realms.

Both species are allowed to have a small affinity (element).
They get their affinity when they are born. Some are late bloomers, some may never get their powers as Punishment from the Gods (this is geared more towards Fairies as they start to stray from tradition).

You can pick from the Four Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.
Again, these are small powers - you will not be able to create an earthquake or a tornado but rather a small gust of wind, make vines grow, conjure small flames in their palm, or create small streams. Please try to have different ones - we don’t want to see two Earths with the same affinity of growing plants/vines.

Shamans/Oracles have two affinity.
The Fifth Element: Spirit and another small elemental affinity.

The Elf Chief(tess) and Fairy King/Queen have a stronger affinity. They would be able to create a minor earthshake (Earth), a small wind storm (Air), etc. This is only because their affinity is strengthened as it’s passed down generations (their parents, grandparents, etc all stem from the same affinity).

What about mixed elements, you may ask? Example, if a mother is air and a father is earth, the child will be either air or earth. Not both, one.

Note: There are no hybrids between the elves and fairies at this time.

1. Follow all of Eve's rules.

2. Be active. I would like to see a minimum of 2-3 posts every week-- if you go inactive for more than five days, your character(s) will be removed from this RP.

3. No godmodding or having perfect characters. Your characters should not be perfect and unrealistic. i.e - they cannot have no scars on them if they have a past of battling others.

4. This is semi-literate, meaning that you should be posting at least 2-3 paragraphs for every character, for every post. Writers block is understandable, but the rest of us need something long enough to reply to.

5. Ask before seriously killing or injuring another character not your own. They are not yours to control, and you need to ask permission.

6. LGBTQ+ characters are welcome!

7. Properly credit your images.

8. You are given three strikes. You will get warnings, and if you continue breaking rules, then you will be kicked out of this RP.

9. Reservations last 48 hours. If you do not complete your form when your time is up, the spot will go to somebody else. However, I can allow an extension if requested.

10. If you are told to fix your form more than three times, then we have the ability to kick you out.

11. Currently, there are no limits on characters per person.

Thoughts on the Mirathiel Kingdom:
Eldraeth is neutral towards them, moreso judging based off of character and not where they come from. She holds no specific malice nor spite, and will not let history sway her mind. Recently, she has been driven towards peace given the newly discovered prophecies and dreams.

Eldraeth is an oddity that takes on a rather.. ghostly appearance. She is albino, giving her an ethereal (or eerie) aura. Her skin is a pale, almost translucent white, with red eyes that glint when met with direct sunlight. Her vision has always been impaired, though over the years, it continues to decline. However, that's not to say that she will entirely go blind, merely sees the world blurry.

Her hair is long and flowing, and seems to give off a white even brighter than her skin. It is wavy, often kept tucked into her hood or braided messily, as to not get in her way. Despite that, it doesn't stop strands from peeking through, often fluttering over her eyes or tribal markings. Eldraeth was born without antlers. Instead, she wears a set fashioned from a sacred stag, symbolizing her connection to the natural world.

Upon her lip, a 10th marking remains, representing Eldrath's bond and role to her people. These markings etched in a black ink, represent divine protection, wisdom, and power. These markings not only reflect her status, but also serve as proof of her role: being the bridge between her people and the divine.

Eldraeth wears a cloak made of wolf fur, signifying her role as a protector and connecting her to nature. Her clothing is a patchwork of various furs and leathers, indicating her deep bond with the spirits of the woods and the animals within.

Her voice, when she does speak, comes off as eerie, as if one is speaking with another entity altogether. When she roams the woods, it isn't uncommon to see her wear the skull of a ram.
