Rules Without question, follow all of Eve's already existing rules. 1. LGBTQ+ stuff is perfectly fine. Like I said above, if it conflicts with Eve's rules then we can't have it. 2. Be Active. I expect at least one post a day or one post every two days. 3. If you need to go on a small hiatus, I'm willing to say that your character "went to the hospital" or something until you can come back. (Only applies if you're gone two weeks or less.) 4. Hate the character, not the player. Fighting among characters is fine, but fighting among players will be reported to a mod to handle or you'll be straight up kicked out. (Or both) 5. You can have one character, no more. 6. Literate. I will allow people to join with posts only 300 words at first, but work on improving or you'll be kicked out. 7. Make balanced characters. Even though they may be on the "good" side, they should still have tons of flaws. 8. NPCs will be played by the host, except for animals. I cannot play animals so if you are given a dog, for example, you will be required to play for them. 9. Reservations last 24 hours. No more. You can reclaim the reservation afterwards if you post your character sheet in time, but I will not re-reserve the same role for you after that first time is missed. 10. Please include the word "Goat" in the other section if you have made it this far and read all the rules. 11. Rules are entirely subject to change, at any time. They may be subtracted, added to or edited. 12. Have Fun! 13. I have the right to decline any character sheet. I also do not have to tell you why I did it, it's usually because of very little details. Do not be petty, childish or bitch about it. It is what it is, and you'll be blocked if this happens. I am fine with friendly PMs asking what you did wrong, I would point out things like how to improve ^^ 14. TW. I'm completely fine with things like swearing or a bit of drinking and so on. They're supposed to have lived a long time, so I think it should be fine. If mods say this isn't okay, please PM me and I'll erase this. While I'm fine with those things, never take it far enough to break the rules.

Sign Up Form Name: Nicknames*: Sexuality: Gender: Pronouns: Appearance: Abilities: Backstory*: Likes*: Dislikes*: Strengths: Weaknesses: Personality Traits: Affiliations: Other: ★ If you see "*", it means optional. For the backstory, please PM me to make sure it makes sense for the story. (For example.. "I was turned into a fae creature in a tragic incident" would not work.) Plot In the mystical realm of Faerie, a long-standing feud between the Seelie Court and the Unseelie Court reaches a pivotal moment each year during the Reckoning Trials. These trials, overseen by ancient fae arbiters, determine which faction will hold dominion over Faerie for the following year. The stakes are high, as the winning faction not only gains political power but also decides the fate of their rivals. For generations, the Seelie Court has maintained a fragile balance of power by annually decimating nearly half of the Unseelie fae population through sanctioned purges. This ruthless act is intended to ensure Seelie supremacy and weaken their rivals. However, hope flickers among the Unseelie as they pin their aspirations on their chosen heir, the last remaining descendant of their noble bloodline. This year, the Reckoning Trials take an unexpected turn with the emergence of a human who possesses magical abilities rivaling those of the Unseelie heir. Discovered by chance, this human becomes an unlikely participant in the trials, upsetting the established fae hierarchy and challenging the traditions of Faerie. As the trials unfold, alliances are forged and broken, secrets are unveiled, and loyalties are tested. The Seelie heirs, confident in their heritage and entitlement, face unexpected resistance from the Unseelie heir and the mysterious human contender. The human, unbound by fae conventions, introduces an element of unpredictability to the trials, causing unrest and discord within both factions. Amidst magical duels, intricate challenges, and political intrigue, the fate of Faerie hangs in the balance. Can the Unseelie heir and their newfound human ally defy the odds and secure victory, thus ending the cycle of annihilation perpetuated by the Seelie Court? Or will the Seelie heirs maintain their grip on power, ensuring another year of subjugation and despair for the Unseelie? Edited at April 23, 2024 11:51 AM by Salem

Extra Details Heirs - Everyone is playing an heir, think of it as like.. a prince or a princess. You'll get some lore and NPC information on the High Lord and Lady of both the Unseelie and Seelie kingdoms. You'll also get information about your kingdoms history, fighting techniques and so on once you've joined. Characters can be edited to fit that better later. Unseelie Kingdom - If you don't know what Unseelie is, you can think of it like a heaven and hell situation. Unseelie would be the darker side, here's a bit of info that explains better: "The Unseelie Court is a concept rooted in Scottish folklore and Celtic mythology, often depicted as the darker or more malevolent counterpart to the Seelie Court within fae lore. Unlike the Seelie Court, which is associated with more benevolent and light-hearted fae beings, the Unseelie Court consists of faeries and supernatural creatures known for their darker and more sinister tendencies. Members of the Unseelie Court are often portrayed as chaotic or malevolent beings, causing mischief, harm, or chaos to humans and other creatures. They are typically associated with creatures such as dark elves, goblins, banshees, and other eerie or malevolent fae entities. The Unseelie Court is sometimes seen as more dangerous and unpredictable compared to the Seelie Court." Seelie Kingdom - I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this because of what you've read above this. Just think of it as the opposite of the Unseelie Court. Some types of fae you can use to understand better are: Sidhe, Pixies and Brownies. ★ I don't want to flood this with information so I'll provide more information in the discussion thread ^^" Edited at April 23, 2024 12:01 PM by Salem
