Mara Kaisy, captivates all who behold him with his formidable and majestic presence. Adorned in a coat of shimmering midnight black scales, a subtle inky purple tint enhances the mystery that veils his colossal form. Atop his head, his regal horns not only sweep forward with regal grace but also curl upward, framing his visage in a manner reminiscent of an ancient crown. These magnificent horns, bathed in the hues of shadow and night, serve as a testament to his royal lineage, adding an extra layer of awe to his already commanding appearance.
The dragon's eyes, a mesmerizing fusion of golden brilliance with deep purple flecks, are windows to the depths of his ancient soul. Each gaze seems to carry the weight of eons, reflecting the wisdom accumulated over countless ages. These eyes, radiant and all-knowing, draw observers into the mysteries of the dragon's existence, inviting contemplation of the secrets hidden within the pools of gold and purple.
The grandeur of Mara Kaisy extends to his wings, vast and membrane-like, absent of feathers. Instead, they stretch out like the expansive canvas of the night sky, revealing the same inky purple undertones that characterize the rest of his being. Despite their impressive span, his wings maintain a harmonious balance with the rest of his body, creating a celestial spectacle as he gracefully navigates the air. In the company of humans, Mara Kaisy stands as a formidable figure, exuding a commanding aura without overpowering the observer. Standing at a tall 6'3", Mara Kaisy commands attention with his human physique, his presence marked by an effortless combination of grace and an underlying strength. In this form, the majestic horns and expansive wings are absent, allowing his earthly guise to mingle seamlessly with the crowd.
Clad in dark, worn fabrics, Mara Kaisy's attire exudes a casual yet edgy demeanor. Golden chains, necklaces, and rings adorn his fingers, hinting at the dragon's royal origins. Name:
Talia Kalvi
Age:
128
Gender:
Female
Sexuality:
Straight
Pronouns:
She/her
Description (Dragon Form):
Although not the most camouflage or hidden dragons in the night Talia Kalvi stands out among the dragons with her scales shinning a pastel blue with white her head to snout white as snow while her horns hold a dark blue like the ocean. Talia's body was a array of white scales aligned in the design of swirls against her basic pale blue scales. Her tail and talons a light blue with dark stripes and vice versa while her tail ends off with a blue flame at the tip of the tail. Her wings when stretched reveal a beautiful ombré transition from white into light blue and transitioning into dark blue. Her spikes correlating with her wings as her spikes for down her body the color of them reach darker shades of blue. Her eyes glow a dark blue that catches the attention of any one or thing that sees her, usually their gaze is held long enough for them to be engulfed in her scalding dark blue flame that will seep out of her breath.
Description (Human Form):
Talia in her human form stands at height of 5"2 and is considerable short, her figure and clear face fails to reveal her old age as her face practically gleams with perfection. Her eyes a bright shining blue as to match her blue dragon eyes as does her hair. Her long blonde hair transitions into a faded blue tint to match the scales of her alternate form and to associate with the flame that her dragon form releases. Her hair is usually let down and able to flow in whichever way the wind blows although occasionally she will put braids in the sides of her hair to spice up her average hair down look. Her figure is slim and tiny which is contradicting to her dragon form, her go to outfits are generally blue tops of sorts due to her love for the color blue and the association it has to her unique flame. As for her bottoms they differ from khaki shorts or pants ranging from a variety of colors such as green, tan, orange, or grey. Her human form allows her to blend in with those of the human race while remaining unique and connecting to her dragon form with her hints of comparison including her small blue flame tattoo displayed on her left wrist.
Personality:
Anxious. Talia is always driven by her overthinking mindset that causes her to back out of things she'd normally feel confident doing, she turns to her dragon form to hide her anxiousness as if a mask she can use to act tougher and stronger than that of what she really feels.
Flirtacious. Talia although hardly ever serious tends to use flirtatiousness to her advantage when being confronted by those whether they be stronger or tougher than her or more witty she puts on her charm to distract them and draw them away from that fact that she's weaker than she reveals.
Optimistic. Talia's strong suit is her impeccability to always remain positive and in a high mindset. Even when doubting herself she always seems to find the light in every sutation and to drag herself and others out of the darkness when it tries to grab ahold of her or those close to her.
Selfless. Talia will always aim to put others before herself no matter what condition she's in herself she will always put others health and safety before her own. She also will willingly try to solve and handle other people's problems before she even starts on working on her own and due to this she ends up rarely dealing with self love and self care.
Indecisive. She rarely knows what she's doing in life and her motto normally seems to be to just go with the flow and seeing where life takes her. Whether it is trying to decide where she wants to go next to what she wants for dinner she will ponder each question for hours on end unless someone or something makes the decision for her.
Passionate. Talia is very much a sensitive soul no matter what it comes to she is closely connected to nature and animals and tends to dive into her spiritual side often. She will cry for a person or thing she just met and she always strives to put herself in others shoes before making a judgement. She is compassionate and will often try to read others and seek out the emotions others are hiding or holding back. When she puts her mind to something she doesn't stop till she achieves her goals or gets what she was aiming for.
Likes:
ocean. Anything relevant to the water, she always wished she lived by the water, her happy place or place to recollect herself is by the beach usually by the rocks or within distance where she can see the waves and hear the water clashing or sloshing against the shore.
exploring new areas. Whether she is in human form or not Talia is always eager and trying to explore the unknown or undiscovered. She loves being in the forest or in the fields just listening and observing the nature around her.
Fitting in with the humans. Talia love being in the atmosphere of the humans and trying to help them with their challenges and struggles she always wanted to be like them, to fit in among them. She's quick at making friends with the humans and enjoys their company and the uniqueness that each of their individual lifestyles hold.
Boba Tea. Talia often finds herself attending a Boba tea shop in the mornings to both people watch those that come and go from the shop along with just sharing her joy and love of Boba with those who also visit the shop. She comes so often that the workers know her order and have it memorized.
Dislikes:
self centered/arrogance. It boils her blood seeing those who act full of themselves and seem to care only about themselves and doing what is best for them and them alone. She aggravates her in a way that's hard for her to express but she's too shy to do much about it but boil on the inside.
Liers. She holds a strong hold against those who chose to lie to her or who willingly do it without a care of the repercussions or consequences that lying has. Whether it be towards her or not if she observes it or witnesses it you'll see her steaming in her own anger as she contains it all and is internally screaming in her head. Although if it has to do with her she will be standing up for herself and putting that person in their place.
waiting in long lines. Talia absolutely despises lines they are absolutely the death of her. She can't stay still for long periods of time and struggles to stay still in general. So long lines are not her friend and if she can she evades or skips lines entirely.

Talia let out a soft sigh as she awoke from her slumber and climbed out of her chambers stretching out her wings. Talia didn't know what time it was but she definitely knew it was early enough for her to make her journey to her safe space. Talia exited her tavern before taking off into flight lazily coasting with the wind beneath her glowing blue wings still drowsy and not feeling the need to take her time she floated up in the clouds gazing at the human cities down below until she had reached her designated location. Talia gazed around the area before she dived down towards the surface aiming for the wooded clearing as she slowly flapped her wings as she braced for a hopefully soft landing. Once landed Talia allowed herself to change to her human form as she made her way over to rocky cliff side that she called hers. Among the humans it was known as the best place to hook up or smoke without being discovered. Tali however always aimed to stay away from, that part of the rocky cliffs, she'd get to where most people would be and then she'd take a hiking trail and wander off the trail to climb up to the steeper parts of the rocky cliffs. Talia didn't come there to see humans do things they shouldn't or see them do things that others may consider shameful. She came to the cliffs for peace, she came to the cliffs because it was her happy place. Talia smiled softly as she trudged up the cliff until she had gotten to her normal pathway that she took, she wearily manouvered herself between the small gap of rock and cliff side below it until she had gotten to her sitting ledge. Yes it would have been way easier to simply fly there if she really wanted to though it was typically frowned apon and made her rather nervous with the thought of being seen but she liked the feeling of having to work for something. She liked the feeling she felt when she reached her destination, a feeling of success and accomplishment. Talia lowered herself onto the cold rock as she let her one leg dangle over the edge while she pulled the other close to her chest.
~~~~~
Tali took in a calming breath as she stared down at the body of water way down below clashing against the rocks and washing up on the beach. If anything she wished she could have been gifted with the form of an aquatic form though she did enjoy the freedom she felt when being in the air. Tali always went to the cliffs at the peak of dawn, too early to the point that most humans were sleeping or doing important things that didn't include watching the sun rise over a lake but she went late enough that those of the human species who were morning birds or enjoyed the beach like her could be spotted walking in the sand or hiking on the cliff side trails. Over her years of watching those who come to the beach she had picked up on the unusual activities that some humans choose to partake in such as searching for treasures that are lost in the sand which Tali personally thought was stupid however there were also the people who would collect rocks or look for drift wood. Her person favorite which she had become quite fond of herself was beach glass collecting, although she hated the idea that people have thrown or that glass itself is ending up in the waters where creatures live and people swim she was fascinated by the art of collecting beach glass. Talia even had a jar back in her tavern in Coru that contained the beach glass she herself had collected through out the years. The most common colored glass she had found was always clear or white so she strayed away from collecting those unless they were bigger in size, Tali's container was full of miscellaneous of colors including maroon, orange, topaz, emerald green, and light blue and copper though she always was on the look out for more unique shapes or textured glass not to mention she had a pile of pottery glass that she's found on the beaches. It was a simplistic art that she enjoyed partaking in and she felt it benefited the humans and nature anyways as she was clearing glass from their beaches and waterways.
Mara Kaisy | M | He/Him
Mara woke up at.. who knows? He didn't have a set schedule to go to bed or sleep at, so it flip flopped. It was dark inside of the Voiceless Cliffs so it just always felt like night-time no matter what time it really was above the surface.
Mara made his way out of bed, very gracefully. By which I mean he rolled over and landed face first into the floor. His bedroom was plain, just a bed and some night stands. He didn't feel the need to put effort into his bedroom, of all places. He did have a closet too, for obvious reasons.
He pushed himself up from the ground with an unintelligible grumble.
He made his way over to the closet previously mentioned and changed from his pajama's to his regular clothes. Travelling to the bathroom, he washed his face and styled his hair. Some dragons liked to stay in their dragon forms while they slept but Mara loved to be in his human form any time he could choose. Only while outside of Coru would he sleep in his dragon form. The human world was where he had to go today, for a likely meaningless meeting, but that also brought up weather or not he would use his dragon form there. Well, humans could still see him so it wouldn't be smart if he used his dragon form around them. Humans couldn't kill him but they could trap him.
Mara kept everybody out of his mansion, meaning it was a bit loney and a bit to large. The kitchen, where he was now walking to, was pristine and instead of being white like usual it was shades of deep and dark purples.
He snatched up a piece of toast and went out the door. The not so well travelled path of Salisgeo Alley led him down to Blue Comet Pass.
Biting down on the toast, Mara made his way over the wooden bridge. It was a very dangerous bridge, wobbling all over the place, which was why he had held the toast with his mouth to use his hands and arms for balance on the way across. Sure, he could've just flown across as a dragon but he would've lost his bread. Once he was over the bridge he continued down the Black Trail. He had a long walk to go before he could exit the Voiceless Cliffs.
He dodged the peddlers that plagued Exeter, somehow. He did think that quite a bit of the jewels were pretty and almost stopped to get a few but that didn't last long, urges could wait.
He made it through the giant crowd formed within Direvale, yet again by pure luck. The people there were nice but he didn't want to buy anything from there. They loved to chat, Mara didn't have time to chat at the moment.
Finally, he made it outside of the Voiceless Cliffs. He had devoured his toast on the way through Direvale, sometimes using the excuse that his mouth was full to get past citizens. Shifting seamlessly between human and dragon forms, Mara took flight on his way towards the human cities. He would stop somewhere close and shift back again to seem normal and unnoticed but right now, right here, he enjoyed the wind rushing below him.
Talia watched as the sun rised over the blue waters and up in to the skies, she had just been sitting there in her thoughts and feeling the calm serenity of it all that she had lost track of time. She had probably been there for a few hours atleast. Talia rose to her feet and carefully made her way off the ledge where she started making her trudge down the cliff being careful as to not trip or slip and hurt her small fragile body. Adventually although she was rather pokey getting her ass down the cliff side she had made it to flat ground. The once lonesome trails were now full of hikers, bikers, and children enjoying the daytime. Talia said good morning to everyone who greeted her as she walked off the trail and back to the Main Street part of the park from which she came from. She had been to this area so frequently that she knew how to get everywhere on foot like the back of her hand. She hated doing the walking and felt flying would be so much easier but with fear of being seen or worst caught she always thought against it. She also could just have an person take her in a car but Talia had a strong resentment towards vehicles for some unknown reason so she tried to avoid them as much as humanly possible.
~~~~~~
Talia made her way down the winding park streets until she had exited through its gates and made her way onto the Main Street in the town. Talia looked around at all the stores as she watched some just start opening while she watched other citizens shop in and out of the strip of shops. Talia loved observing everyone within the streets, infact people watching was one of the main highlights of being around human civilizations and communities. Talia's face lit up as she came up to a store that had the words Chatime written in fun swirly letters, she smiled as she opened to door for a mother and her two kids who were coming up to the shop before her letting them go in before she followed behind them. Talia looked up at the bright colorful menu sign as she observed the different images and categories of drinks oh how she loved the unique and elegant beverages they served she loved how asthetically pleasing they were and if it was possible she would have had them relocated onto Coru so that she wouldn't have to go as far to get their one of a kind drinks. Talia scanned the smoothie section before meandering to the Milk Tea section where she decided on a large Tiger MilkTea "Good Moring ma'am May I have a Tiger MilkTea with one shot of expresso and brown sugar pearls please?" Talia asked politely as she gave the lady a friendly smile and handed her a ten "You can keep the change" Talia exclaimed. After all what was she to do with it? Yes she had money but there wasn't any use for it in Coru atleast not that kind of currency anyways. Talia went and sat down at a window seat more of like a high top chair with a high table as she watched the people from outside. Talia would always play this game where she tried to imagine a person's life or what they were doing based on how and what they were doing when they walked past the shop. It was always fun trying to picture how they were feeling and where they were going or what they were doing.

Mara flew through the clouds, trying to be high enough that he wouldn't be spotted. If you think about it, his scales would be seen through the clouds, wouldn't they? No, the clouds were thick enough to hide him and he was fast enough that it just looked like the clouds were drifting apart themselves if he separated them.
He hovered just above a human city, trying to place if this was the correct one. It was. He circled a few times before finally diving straight towards the rocks just outside of the city borders. He didn't land clumsily, one hundred and fifty years of flying didn't let that happen. Sighing, he shifted back to his human form.
Mara headed straight for the city, navigating the streets like he was born there. At least, he hoped it looked like that. He reached the building he had been directed to at last, reading the words Chatime before he walked in.
I would've preferred coffee instead of boba, but whatever. Mara's thoughts were in a tone just about to reach a grumble.
Mara listened into the conversations of others while he was there, in line. He didn't know what he was going to do once he reached the barista but listening to what others said would help. Once he thought he had gotten enough information, Mara turned his attention to the flavors they offered.
Honeydew? I'm not fond of melons. They have coffee flavoured, that's interesting. Hm.. most ordered strawberry, I'll try that out.
Mara finally reached the counter he was due to order at and began his order, "Hello there. I'll have a Strawberry Milk Tea, please. 50% sugar, large with tapioca please." He hoped he hadn't messed up somewhere in his order but either way it should be fine.
He waited and once the drink was handed to him, he went to sit down. He kind of just sat and looked at it for a bit, not knowing what to expect. All this hesitation was due to rarely trying human foods. Sure, they sold basic stuff like bread in Coru but it wasn't like Mara went out of his way to get it.
Mara sighed, taking a sip. He ended up with one of the pearls in his mouth and was very surprised with the chewy texture. Mara couldn't decide if it was good.. or bad.
The strawberry wasn't his favourite, in taste or colour. It was.. good enough. Passible, for a drink. Mara glanced many, many times towards the door, waiting for the guy who wanted to meet with him.
It seemed unlikely at this point, that they would.
At this point Mara was wanting another dragon to recognize him from Coru and chat with him because maybe then he wouldn't look so out of place. But hey, maybe if he just kept drinking the pink liquid with odd chewy pearls, he would be fine.

Talia at some point got bored of guessing the lives of people outside on the street and shifted her attention to those coming onto the boba shop because why not. Majority of the people that came in here she recognized but every once in awhile there's be a person that she hasn't met before or that she'd find sitting alone and she go over and make conversation or get to know them. Talia was social after all depending on the time and who's there usually she gets a bunch of greetings when she entered the shop so why not continue after all she felt like she could be outgoing here because she didn't live here, however in Coru she'd barely talk to anyone she'd simply keep to herself and go where she needed to go avoiding eye contact. Not speaking unless spoken to. Talia sipped on her boba swirling it here and there to mix it with her straw before someone caught her attention. Majority of the city folk looked pretty boring with standard hair colors and standard clothing however this man was nothing of the sort. The first thing that caught her attention was his purple layers in his hair, it stood out to her and gave her an odd feeling like he had something to hide like her with her blue in her hair or her tattoo. Talia took in his figure looking at his outfit and admiring the jewelery that he had, he definitely didn't look like the type to go into a boba shop nor to really be in this town. Talia glanced away before looking back as he sat down alone by himself, he seemed very out of place, he looked almost uncomfortable. Talia water a bit drinking her boba and waiting to see if he was simply waiting for someone that he was expecting but when minutes had passed and no one had came in or sat by him she felt it her chance to get to know the stranger.
~~~~
Talia got up pushing in her chair and grabbing her boba before she made her way over to him "excuse me, is this seat taken?" Talia asked politely with her left hand resting on the chair awaiting for his words, wondering if she could sit down or not. Normally interactions like this one would make her nervous and back at Coru she wouldn't dare get this far on earth for some reason she felt safer in doing so even though initially while she waited for his response her anxiety still held onto her and she internally pretended that she wasn't afraid to just be standing there awakwardly when the person could simply say yes the chair is taken or no it isn't but I don't want anyone by me or something that would make her feel incredibly stupid or embarrassed but she kept it in the back of her mind and hoped for the best with her optimistic thoughts.
Mara looked up from his drink at smoothly towards the person who spoke to him.
Well, guess I got my wish. Mara ignored it but he did feel a bit relieved inside.
"No, go ahead." He flashed her a small smile.
Mara took another sip of his drink, watching her without trying to make it obvious.
He let his thoughts wander, Hm. She's pretty short, there's something different about her too. She has her hair dyed like the dragons back in Coru.
As his eyes wandered, he caught sight of the blue flame tattoo on her left wrist. He did think it was... pretty. Being 6'3", he found this stranger to be.. minuscule? No.. that's the wrong word, he meant miniature.
He eyed her clothing style, judging it. It wasn't too bad, just different from his own dark style. To each their own. Mara thought, even though he wasn't done judging her style. It was just in his nature, and following along with that he had to make sure she wasn't a threat.
In a boba shop? In the human world? Why would she be a threat? There's no logical reason to check her for weaponry or really anything. Inwardly, he shook his head. Mara couldn't stop himself from it though, and with a calculating gaze, he checked her over for any weapons.
It's difficult to figure out if your suspect is concealing weaponry without touching him but he tried his best.
You can't blame him too hard, his past made him that way.
You don't become a king overnight, and you don't do it by being heedless or blind to the world around you.
"Tiger Milk Tea?" Mara began conversation, starting with her drink. He had only glanced over it but remembered what it had looked like from the menu. He had also overheard a drake asking what it tasted like and the mother answering that it tasted like caramel.
Drake wasn't the correct word when talking about humans, but Mara was too lazy to switch over his language unless he had to.
"I've never had it before, how's it taste?"
(Short >.> sorry)
Talia's body loosened up as she heard the reassuring words that the seat wasn't taken and the she could join the unusual man. Talia pulled the seat forward before she sat down putting her drink lightly on the table, hanging her min backpack purse over the chair.
"Thank you, the names Talia by the way" She exclaimed before smiling self consciously as she realized maybe he didn't care to know her. Dummy.
"If you were wonder.." Talia added softly before she took a sip of her drink. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all. She could take the dragon out of the girl but you couldn't take the anxiousness out of the dragon. Talia's eyes wandered towards the male as she could look at his appearance now in more details since he was up close. She looked at his golden chain and his golden jewelry spread across his fingers. This man was giving off major emo vibes but she wasn't one to judge a book by its cover. He also was giving perhaps a shimmer of wealth or maybe authority. Though he didn't look like someone who would hold authoritative power but who knew. She definitely didn't have a clue it was all based off of image and interpretation. Talia glanced up before her eyes unintentionally met his and she paused for a second. Something about him seemed oddly familiar. She didn't recall ever seeing him before, Talia broke the gaze taking another sip of her boba before the man spoke. About her tea of all subjects. She supposed have a stranger come up to you in a coffee shop wasn't the most interesting place to make a conversation.
"It's good usually I end up getting one of their popping boba smoothies or their lattès but today I decided to go with the Tiger milk tea because I thought it looked unique." Talia explained before biting the inside of her cheek gently as she realized she was kind of rambling a bit. He could probably care less. She always rambled when she was nervous.
"It kinda taste like a mixture of like brown sugar Carmel milk like blended up and the the little pearl things are like bitting into a jello consistency of brown sugar. Kinda odd in a good way though. if you ask me atleast but I wanted to try something new because they don't really have these where I live." Talia went on explaining everything before realizing that she might be overwhelming the stranger a bit with her talkative manner. Talia picked at finger lightly as she decided to switch the focus off of her so she wouldn't be talking as much.
"What about you? What'd you get?" Talia asked looking at him curiously.
( no worries :] )
