They say that when a wolf turns 18, they gain their wolf and find their mate, the one the Moon Goddess picked for your to be with for the rest of your life. Sure, you can reject them, and mate with who you choose, but the mate is for life, until one dies. I guess I am about to see if that's true. My name is Amara, and I am the youngest Luna of my pack. I was forced to become Luna when my mother, father, and my older brother were killed in a rival pack attack. We lost half the pack that day, and I was forced to take over at just fifteen years old. I didnt even have my wolf yet and I was expceted to lead an entire pack. Thank Goddess for me, we still have our Beta my father picked to help me out, but once I turn 18, I should find my mate, pick a new beta, and meet my wolf for the first time. The only issue with me finding a mate, there is a chance they arent in this pack. They could be in a different pack, could be a rouge. The thought of that worried me as the pack expects me to have my alpha with me by the time I am 19. Just over a year away. Will the rest of my pack fall apart, or can I keep them together long enough for us to rebuild? ~~~ Sign Ups~ Wolf Play : The Young Luna (Sign ups) (Open) (wolfplaygame.com) Chat~ Wolf Play : The Young Luna (Chat) (wolfplaygame.com) Edited at March 21, 2022 03:51 PM by saratank

Pack Rules~ Listen to your Alpha and Luna Protect your Alpha and Luna with your life Beta ranks are NOT challenged for. They are picked by the Alpha/Luna and is usually their best friend. The only way another beta is chosen is if the current beta dies OR a new Alpha/Luna takes their position as new leader Omegas are just normal people, not as Alpha/Luna, Beta, Healer, but regular pack members

Morning~ The sun is just peeking over the mountains that reside to the north of the pack house. ~~~ The mountains are an hour wolf's run away, and between the pack house and the mountains is a thick forest that is used to hide the pack house along with the other houses along the pack's territory away from the humans. ~~~ There is a large lake to the east of the pack house about a thirty minute walk in human form. Just to the south of the pack house by a twenty minute human walk is the town that the humans live in. The humans dont know about the pack being werewolves, just as a tight knit community. All jobs in the town are owned by the pack, giving them the money to live without worries of jobs. ~~~ The other packs live more than a three hours drive away (doesnt matter if it's a 40 minute plane ride or even farther, but minimum three hour car ride) to ensure that the pack has a nice territory. ~~~ Mentions of the Luna Ceremony have been sent out and Blood Thane pack is getting ready to host. Colors are being picked, dresses and tuxs are getting made, the pack is ensuring the borders are watched at all times as this is the time to show the other packs they aren't as weak as they were years ago when their Young Luna needed to take her place.

Amara~ Amara was up before the sun even touched the mountains. Her blue eyes stared out the window, the orange specks within becoming obvious as the sun's light dared to start touching the top of the pack house. Her hair was unbrushed still, as she turned to walk to the bathroom that resided in her room. Amara was grateful to have the top floor to herself that had her bedroom, a large bathroom and closet, along with another room that she turned into an art studio. The pack house wasnt as large as others, being only five stories tall. The beta's lived below her, the Delta on the middle floor, a few rooms on the second, the kitchen, laundry room, game room and living room on the bottom floor. While it might not have been as large as other pack houses she had seen when she was younger, it was a little larger than a few she saw, but she had assumed by now those pack houses were built up to help house more members. Amara reached the bathroom and grabbed her brush, running it through her hair as the thought of her ceremony arose. She still wasnt sure if she wanted to use the pack colors, blood red and black, or have her own. After all, she hated the pack name. Years ago when the pack formed, her Great, great great grandfather, if not more generations back by now, wanted to be known as the Alpha to be feared, and he was, but after what happened a few years ago, their pack wasnt one to be feared. In fact, she assumed most packs saw them as weak. Losing a little over half the pack, it was horrible. The bloodshed, and Amara had been too young to even fight. Even now, she was still too young not having her wolf. Amara shook her head as she finished brushing her hair. Pulling it back into a braid she made her way down the stairs, reaching the porch just in time for the sun light to barely touch the wood below her feet. She leaned against a large pillar on the porch as she started to somewhat crave a cup of coffee. She stood there another moment before she made her way to the kitchen and started a pot before she thought she heard other pack members starting to stir.

Wendy(Siren)~ Wendy had just woken up from her sleep. She didn't know what to think about how they had losted over half of the pack. Wendy never really liked the other packs. She went to the bathroom and brushed her hair. She threw on a plaid skirt that was red and a black t-shirt. Wendy walked out of her room and down stairs. Wendy headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast. She walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. She went to the coffee pot to make some black coffee. She hadn't heard anyone get up yet because she wasn't paying attention. She didn't know if the Luna was up yet but didn't want to wake her up so she made the coffee. She went head and made some pancakes for herself. She didn't know if anyone would wake up yet but she poured her a cup of coffee and then sat down at the table with the pancakes. She wondered about how her wolf was doing after the fight. Then she heard Siren say she was fine so Wendy didn't think about it anymore. Wendy was still upset about the battle because she had lost a close friend in it. She took a drink of the coffee and thought aabout what the day would bring. Chandler( Menadite) He had woken from his light sleep with a jolt. The sun had just begun to take it spot in the morning sky. He knew what was bothering him. The rumors of the pack who had lost half it's members; there new alpha to be had her ceremony tonight. This is gonna be fun. He looked in the mirror and smiled at the sight of himself. He gave his hair a bit of fixing and stretched. Inhaling deeply he could smell the morning dew as he heard other members of his pack waking up. He found some breakfast and took it outside to finish watching the rising sun. He listened to the world around him wake. Birds chirp, people stir and move, the older members complain about being old, the young ready to run about. He could see the nervousness in the behavior of those old enough to understand, and in those more who cared. would this new Luna want vengeance for her fallen pack members? If so when would they strike? Do they even have the numbers to carry out an attack? He gave his head a good shake, trying to remove the thoughts as he went on the beaten path and into his car to drive to town. He had informed a few with capable hands he would go get Intel today. And that was exactly his plan. Knowing he wouldn't get there till a bit before noon, he figured he had get an early start. . . Anthony(Axel) He had decided to stay in his bed next to Nix and sleep in, relax a little, only getting up to close the blinds; trying hard not to let the hardwood floor creek under his weight. He put the blanket over her some more making certain she was comfortable and well rested.Even though it was just them in the room he could feel excitement from the walls of the few who had woken up. That was fare, it is Amara's big day. The day she becomes Luna. He had to admit he was proud of her. Overcoming everything and still being a wonderful, bright young woman. Figuring he could sit there with Nix all morning he got up, slowly, and backed up ensuring she wouldn't wake till she wished. He went to his part of the closet and took out a suit and tie. Well, I always knew the day would come. He looked onto the porch and couldn't just barely see her. Your father would be proud. He went into the bathroom and brushed his teeth, combed his hair and put on a slight cologne and then left the room. Still trying to let her sleep he kept his shoes in his hand and didn't put them on till he has downstairs. seeing the coffee had already been made he made himself a cup. Dark, as per usual and went to drink it out on the porch and join Amara. Edited at March 23, 2022 02:21 PM by AppleBottomJeans

Salvatore/Balthier Mentions: Amara (ind.) and Wendy (ind.) Sal felt exhausted, and not to mention, in pain. Internal and external amount of pain. He opens his eyes, taking in a whiff of air as he stares blankly at the ceiling. He feels numb after what happened to his old pack-cursing the day those rogues came and just...no. He doesn't need to think about it. It'll make him angrier than he already is. "Balthier." A whisper left his lips, blinking slowly. However, no voice called to him. His mind was quiet-the upbeat wolf was silent. That wasn't right. Sal sits up, using his elbows to help himself up. "Balthier." His tone was demanding, having little to no concern towards his wolf. Again. Nothing. Sal frowns harder, pushing himself out of bed. He was trying to calm down, yet his wolf not talking to him wasn't helping. He huffs, rushing to get himself ready for the day. Quickly Sal slipped on his clothes and cleaned his face with cold water before heading out. His stomach starts grumbling as he craves something to eat. However, he didn't turn back. He was trying to find a way to bring his wolf out-to at least talk about what happened. Storming off into the forest with his hands shoved in his pockets, "Come on. Say something!" Sal stops for a split second, believing that he felt something. A false alarm, leaving Sal alone in the woods right now. He huffs, nostrils flaring, and a growl rumbles in his throat. Yes, he was thankful that Amara saved him, but that doesn't bring his pack back. Not to mention, he wasn't born in this pack. From what he feels, he's just an outcast. As such, his attitude towards everyone isn't pleasant. Amara is the only one who doesn't receive his attitude. Well, the full of extent of it. He places his hands on his hips, closing his eyes as he tries to calm down. "Great. Useless mutt." A werewolf not in touch with his wolf is a bad thing. He kept walking with his eyes straight. Sal walked for quite a bit until his hunger overcame him. With his hunger being a distraction, he decided to head back. So, he reluctantly does. Entering the pack home again, and makes sure to avoid the others as they begin to stir. Heading into the kitchen and didn't acknowledge the two women there. Sal knew they were there, but he paid no mind to them. Currently, he was searching through the cabinets to find something to eat. Finding himself a box of cereal, shaking it to see how much is in there. Slamming the box on the counter, and crosses his legs while he stands. His fingers tap on the surface, with his eyes of gold burning with fury. He'll stay here until he has enough strength. To add, get reconnected with his wolf who's in hiding. Now he was feeling both hunger and anger: hangry. His lips twitch, and his eyes grow dark.

Claire~ Claire slowly stirred as she lifted her head from the pillow. She hadnt been feeling well the past few days, and learned the night before that she was a few weeks along in a pregnancy. *New life will be good for the pack* she thought. In the past three years, there hadnt been a lot of pups born, but then again, after losing half the pack, it was amazing that more of them werent dead. Claire slid out from the bed, not having told Ferris yet about the pregnancy, but wanting to wait, she got dressed into a sweatshirt and sweat pants before she made her way to the kitchen. The smell of coffee hit her, but she knew she would need tea instead and started to brew some. She spotted Amara and gave a polite nod of the head. "Morning Luna" she said with a smile. When Amara nodded back, taking her own coffee out front to sit on the porch, Claire sat at the table near the counter as she waited for her tea to be done brewing. *I hope she is better than those who attacked us* she thought. She knew Amara's emotions were running high. After all, it was nearly three years ago exactly when the pack was attcked. Claire remembered the day almost like it was yesterday. She helped a few others too young to shift and fight hide, inclusing Amara who was stubborn enough to try and still fight. The young Luna would have gotten herself killed had it not been for another helping Claire keep all the young ones safe. When her tea was done, she debated on how she would tell Ferris, and when. She more than likely wouldnt tell him during the ceremony, or really any time tonight. *Perhaps in the morning* she thought. She thought about the ceremony that night. Amara wasnt even 18 yet, and didnt have her wolf, but as a pack who had her as their Luna the past three years, it was time, and when she gained her wolf, they would all be there with her.

Neo {Alaska} Rubbing his eyes with his pale skin, the lanky male rustled beneath his black sheets. His entire body hurt. His eyes, his head, his face, his back. All of it. He felt so young, but so old at the same time. He brushed his white hair back from his forehead, far enough to feel his undercut tickle his fingertips. He stunk. His nose wrinkled on his face and he got up. He sported shredded black sweats covered in stains. Some were bleach, some weren't. Some were red, and some were black. He took a shower and dressed himself. He wore black jeans and a black shirt over a black and white striped long-sleeved shirt. He wore a black choker, some heavy black leather work boots, and sported a chain that hung from a loop in his jeans to his wallet. As he walked towards the lower floors the mingling of scents, mates, nonmated wolves, breakfast, and much more caused him to cover his nose. His eyes, a piercing sky blue, finally settled on breakfast. His seat was near the head. In his pack the alpha has been oh so kind, to allow him to be beta. However, the poor alpha only got the gig because he'd found his mate first. "Good morning Jack Frost!" A hearty chuckle left the lips of a younger individual. Only being 18 and being alpha for half a year now, young Elias wasn't what one would expect-or want- in a leader. He was all about himself. Childish. Rude. Ignorant. However, it was mother's orders. Elias was Neo's half-brother. It was highly uncommon for half sibling to happen, as one only finds one true mate. This was a lie. Their mother was still a loose woman with a lust for power. She died on her conquest, leaving the Northern Winds Pack in the hands of a child. Neo had no drive, Neo had no mate, there was no benefit in having Neo. Neo was the oddball of his many siblings. Neo was the only one with white and black hair. Neo was the only one that enjoyed his type of style. Neo was the only true white wolf. Someday he'd question if his parents had been his parents, his mother being a cream wolf, his father black and brown. Yet, the stories of his birth were one to tell. However, Elias was a different story. Elias was tall, tan, curly chocolate locks, and a bit on the plump side. His mate, Katerina, was a slim busty blonde. One was a brown and cream wolf, the other cream and white. A match made in heaven. In Neo's case, it was hell. If Neo could find his mate before his 25th birthday, that'd be fantastic. He could challenge Elias for his birthright. However, Neo wasn't the most eager to flirt or interact with those around him. "So Big Bro, you're going to that Blood Thane extravaganza for me, right?" Elias asked, licking syrup off his fingers. Neo looked at him quietly, "You're supposed to be attending that. I'm surprised you haven't left already." He poked the food around on his plate and he felt a sudden clap on his back. It was Katerina. She packed quite the punch in that tiny body. "Well silly goose! Since my Ellie has been put in charge most packs look down on us! They don't like that a young'in in leading us. They'd feel a lot more comfortable with you showing up. Y'know, Brutus's son. The previous alphas kid. I know having the betas kid might not be your precise choice, but c'mon doll. Fakin' it is better than nothin' for ya," she sang to him with her fake southern accent which drove him absolutely mad. "But everyone already knows-" "They'll think we're stronger if you pretend you took the throne from me," Elias interrupted, his mouth filled with waffle. "Exactly. You can even say you killed him. We don't care. Just go on ahead and do it," Katerina said. She took Neo's plate out from under him, taking it to the kitchen of the pack house. Neo took that as a sign to get moving before he was moved by force. He dragged himself up the stairs and to Elias's room. He needed his father's old suit. It was left in the very back of the closet in a box. He'd never been allowed to take it to his room, as his pack believed that the alpha's inherit the previous alpha's belongings. He pulled the suit out. It was a bit dusty but nothing a good shake wouldn't fix. The suit was mainly white. The black shoes were made of a foreign leather, the laces silver. A silk ascot would drape around the neck in colors of white, silver, and black. Sighing, he took the suit and got dressed. He slicked his hair back, hiding his choker with the ascot. He wore a black satin dress shirt beneath his white vest and suit coat. It fit like a charm. Where one would put a handkerchief, a black rose was placed. The silver cufflinks held the old symbol for air on them. The sign of his pack. All that was left was the drive, and the charade would start. Edited at March 21, 2022 05:17 PM by Cicatrize
