Candy || M || Grey Fox || Forest Skulk - Candy was quick to eat a quick snack of one of the mice he'd caught before he climbed up to their den and got it ready for him and his mate to sleep in. He silently wondered what she'd meant by saying she knew "who" it was making her sick, he had a slight idea of what he thought she'd meant but brushed off the thoughts for now. He didn't want to jump to conclusions and get his hopes up, if he was wrong then he would end up very disappointed so it was better not to expect or anticipate anything for now. When Nori finally climbed up into their nest and laid down to sleep Candy was quick to curl around her and begin fixing both of their fur. Once he was satisfied that not a hair was out of place he gently laid his head over her neck protectively and fell into a light sleep, dreaming of exploring far off distant lands with his beautiful mate and three small kits trailing behind them.

Nori-F-melinistic grey-Expecting forest mother-M: Da pile of foxes Nori took a long time to fall into dreams, but when she did, I was not worth it. Images of a dark fox dragging her by the tail and hanches. Her mate, her beloved mate just stared in silence. She was in a dark cave, sorronded with zombie foxes. Her belly smells and fear sent clogs her nostrils. Nori tosses on her nest and whimpers.

Chestnut/Male Red Fox/Forest Skulk/M: Chestnut had felt uneasy though he wasn't sure why but he decided to go for a night hunt. He felt like something was wrong and kept freezing at every snapped twig or every rustle of the bushes. Taking a deep breath, he looked around but saw nothing despite hearing the sounds of someone or something nearby. Hunting wasn't worth it especially as a fox had already gone missing. He quickly turn around and ran. He had to let the Skulk know. Hopefully he would get to camp.

Arrow | Female | Cross Fox | Second in Command Forest | M: Saki (Indi), Open - Arrow padded into camp, a small mouse dangling from her jaws. She'd managed to catch it after her and Saki split up. Everyone seemed to be in camp now, and as Arrow dropped her food in teh pile she looked around for someone to talk to. Edited at June 20, 2024 08:40 AM by SwiftfireClan

Candy || M || Grey Fox || Forest Skulk - Candy had been sleeping peacefully when he woke up to the sound of whimpering and he felt Nori moving in her sleep. It took him a moment to realize she was having a nightmare but as soon as he did he gently began licking her face and quietly murmuring to her "it's ok, I'm here, you're safe. I promise I'll always protect you, there's nothing to be scared of. I'm here my love, you're safe." He moved his large fluffy tail so that it was curled over her to cover her and protect her as well as provide some warmth and comfort. The large fox wasn't exactly sure if he should wake his mate or not, she hadn't been feeling well so surely she needed sleep but if her sleep was being plagued by nightmares would it really be restful?

Nori-F-melinistic grey-Expecting forest mother-M: Da pile of foxes Nori keep dreaming. Her mate sprung into action, saving her. He wraped his tail around her flank like when she got stuck in the mud as a kit. Settling down, Nori leaned into her mate, both in dream and life. She murmered something like "I'll protect you too" The dark fox came back. Starting to drag Candy. Nori bite down on the attacker. "No one hurts my Candy..."

Blaze/Female/Fennec/Desert Skulk/Second-in-command Blaze blinked open her eyes groggily. She poked her snout out of her burrow and glanced around. Endless dunes stretch into the distance, with irregular cacti poking out at various angles, nothing but stark silhouettes against the inky sky. Blaze gave a small yawn, showing off her sharp, dangerous teeth. She shook herself, dislodging clumps of sand from her sleek pelt, before giving a stretch, her tail waving about. The sand still felt a little warm under her paws. She flicked her ears. This time of night was perfect; the coyotes were asleep, the golden eagles had given up on their hunt, there were no owls in sight, and all the prey was asleep. It was time to hunt. Blaze pricked her ears, and inhaled the arid scent of the desert. She could pick up traces of prey-scent, and she was pretty sure she could hear a few jerboas scuffling about in the distance. She unsheathed her claws, and licked her teeth hungrily, before opening her mouth in a wide grin. She quietly padded away, leaving nothing but a small trail of pawprints behind her.

Crimson | F | Forest Leader | M: Arrow, Open! Crimson had that excitement in her, she just wanted to squeal and run around and play. She looked around the camp saying to herself, who to pounce on first she grinned as much as foxes can and saw an unsuspecting Arrow. She sneaked forward her nose to the ground, hiding in the grass and moss, she put all her weight into her hindquarters and leapt forward bringing her front paws onto Arrows back, rolling both of them over in turn. Crimson laughed a bit looking at Arrows face, but was she happy or annoyed? Edited at June 20, 2024 09:59 AM by Thundering Embers

Crimson | F | Forest Leader | M: Arrow(Dir),Nori(Ind),Candy(Ind) Crimson could sense something was off, not just with Arrow. "Depends...is there something I should be attacking you for?" She looked around while rolling off of Arrow, she looked over at Nori curled up with Candy, her mate. Cute she muttered under her breath, she quickly looked back at Arrow, why did she care so much about it? Her burst of energy was still there, she pounced back on Arrow a bit lighter than before and ran a few strides before looking back at Arrow inviting her to play. She stood up on her back legs a bit like a ferret or horse. (Searched up how foxes play)
