I explored and bought explore moves almost nonstop from 4pm the 2nd to 1:30am the 3rd my time today, and 5 or 6 hours before the update on the 1st, and I still only have 140 event Fangs. I have a pretty decent explore team with an ok amount of Dominance (one wolf maxed out and another at 100), and the success of getting fangs from the encounters I've had today is around 70%. Even if I had a 100% success rate, I would still only have 200 event fangs after like 15+ hours. I gave up exploring on the 1st after 5 or 6 hours and only getting like 32 or 36 fangs.. So, without the ~5 hours and 32 fangs from the 1st, today's exploring after the supposed update only got me 108 fangs. If I had a 100 success rate today, I would still only have 154 fangs to show for after 9.5 hours.. I think we need another update on how often the werewolves appear, because it is still super low. No one will be able to get much from this event unless they have no life like me if it takes 19 hours of grinding through hundreds or thousands of explore moves to get 300 event currency. It's not that I have a low success rate of scaring away the encounters that don't involve fighting, because I'm winning those more than half the time with the dominant 2 wolves in my team; I'm just not seeing the encounters, period. . Side note edit, I explored in Forest 5, Forest 20+, and Mountain 3+ a lot. The frequency of event encounters seemed to be the same across the board, so it wasn't a specific biome or that the level I was exploring in was too low (weird that I got the same frequency in Mountain 3+) . I'm just really frustrated because I thought this event would be similar in difficulty to the July event, but it's multitudes worse and the update didn't really make the encounters more frequent. I feel like the time and effort I put in was a total waste, like 100% nothing about today's WP exploring was worth it. Earlier today on like hour 2 or 3 of grinding through explore, I was all up in the chatbox saying how I thought the encounters were more frequent, and a lot of people will probably remember me saying that multiple times. But as time went on, the encounters seemed to have dropped off the cliff? It felt like my success in the beginning was a fluke. Especially in the last 4 hours, I was barely seeing anything event related. Maybe after 70-120 moves on average I would encounter something that would give me a chance at fangs (not saying it was always 70-120; for a very loose example, sometimes I would get 2 encounters close together, then none for 150ish or something). It's just really frustrating. I'm gonna stop exploring for the night because it just isn't going anywhere, haven't had luck with mush or jasmines either, been barely breaking even enough to buy more explore moves. in my opinion this is the most difficult explore event from what I remember, so i totally feel your pain. I do wish the appearances would be better but perhaps Eves update needs time to actually take into effect, not sure...

I hope so. I'm just awake hoping my girl pops pups soon (I'm 2 hours behind gametime, 's pretty late), but I've been wondering if maybe the update didn't start yet, or maybe there's a trick to it that I'm not getting lol. I see some people have already been able to afford the dye, and that many people can't have explored 16 hours in 2 days.. right? Unless they had leftover currency from last year? How did they get so much so fast? Isn't it a shiny brand new dye? I didn't see any ads in chat about people buying event currency off other people either Edited at August 3, 2023 05:06 AM by Trenzalore

Ok, that makes sense then. I wondered if maybe premium accounts got a boost. But this event isn't new, it's the dye that's new. Somehow my brain mixed that part up lol Edit not me wondering if I needed to finally get premium lol Edited at August 3, 2023 05:07 AM by Trenzalore
