Ah, I see. I have an ery female that also likes to throw defects. I don't use any items, though. I kind of just cross my fingers and hope the best comes of it. She gave me a viti and an axan and a 50r ac hw hero all in the same litter. That one definitely used up all my luck XD

I'm not too fond of them, but I've found that all my ery customs tend to pop out the most defects in the sense that im almost like 90% guaranteed another ery pup. I do use the butchers broom every breeding though so that obviously plays a role.
