I code occasionally, and I also make custom palettes. If you would like me to make a palette for you, PM me! I'd be happy to design one. However, please be aware that I am mostly inexperienced, and you will not get as much quality from my palettes than experienced coders. Do not complain about this, as I did warn you.

I will do custom palettes any of three ways:
Based off of the palette of a character or original character
Based off of an aesthetic or outfit type
Based off of an already created palette
I will code anywhere from "Do it exactly this way or I will throw stuffed animals at you" to "do whatever the hell you want <3", as long as I have a general idea of what you want me to do.
Customs price anywhere from 200 Mush to 700 Mush, depending on how complex the palette is and how much time it took me to code.
