Lavander, i think max weight was like 24 days after birth?? Dont take my word for it though, i just know its roughly when they are 3yro
As for knowing the exact weight as soon as theyre born, paste their wolf number in trading post and change weight value until the wold shows up. If it does, that weight is what theyll be when they grow ^^

you can communicate/interact with your alliance by posting in the alliance shout box. If you are talking about signing up then fill out the form and click submit. there shouldn't be a password.

Alright, I checked your alliance and you are good to go. It says that the password is Raspberries, so you should just enter that in the shoutbox. Other than that, you are already accepted into the alliance. To communicate, just talk in the shoutbox. Hoped this helped.
