You are going to be with them through thick and thin, you get to experience frist hand, their road to fame. Roles ~~~ The Musher The musher guides the team and helps them. They train them and takes care of them ~~~ Lead dogs Lead dogs are usually the brains of the pack. The are experienced and well trained. They lead all the dogs on the trail with the mush helping of course. Swing dogs Swing dogs are right behind the lead dogs. They are pretty smart too and are often lead dogs in training. They have experience with being a team dog. Team dogs Team dogs are the ones in the middle. They are there to run. They are built with speed and agility. Wheel dogs Wheel dogs are the closest to the musher and are the strongest if the pack. They help pull the weight of the sled and without them the whole team would be doomed. Extras These dogs are there if they are needed like if a member get hurt, they would be the replacements. They usually don't race but if ever needed they will. |
