Lycan Moon
Two Packs have Feuded for Generations, all of it beginning because the Alpha of One Pack loved the Omega of the other, resulting in the Omega's death as an attempt to weaken the Alpha. Instead it drove him mad and vengeful, causing the two packs to constantly be at odds. However, lately things have gotten somehow worse but also better. The Alphas of both packs are tired of the fighting, but the tensions continue to climb, so they come up with a plan: Marry the Son and Daughter of the Alphas as the physical bond for the peace treaty. Both packs reluctantly agree, believing that enough is enough and both packs need to heal. To show their unison behind their idea, the alphas decide to host a Lunar Ball, along with a week full of festivities, for all the packs, inviting them all to come celebrate the new found peace between the two packs. It's both a strong play and a risky move. On one hand, it helps cement the peace between the two, bonding in a way other than war. However, it also risks intertwining young, single wolves with one another in ways that could ruin everything.
Will the Peace Treaty Withstand the Night?
Or will it all crumble with the light of the new day?

The Week of Celebration To try and cement in a new and bright future, the two packs have elected to enact an entire week of celebration. It'll begin with the ancient tradition of the Lunar Ball, and end with the Wedding Ceremony of the Two Heirs.
The Lunar Ball The Lunar Ball is a very old, extremely old, tradition that packs used to hold to help werewolves find their fated mates. As the years went on, fated mates began to fade from existence becoming rarer and rarer until it became pointless to even hold a ball since it was unlikely to happen for most. There is about a 5% chance someone has a Fated Mate, so the ball just became overall obsolete. However, the packs have elected to bring it pack for this Week of Celebration to start the packs off on the right foot for their new fresh slate. Plus it's a good way for the two packs to get to know one another and be more comfortable with each other.
Basically, though, the Lunar Ball is exactly as it sounds. A Ball that is hosted where everything is decorated to perfection and extravagently, and people dress to the nines in formal wear. They put on their best clothes and their best faces in hopes of winning over others for the purposes of attracting not only mates but possible future alliances. No expense goes unpaid for an event such as this, and it is an experience those who attend will remember for the rest of their lives.
Other Festivities Send me Ideas. I have yet to come up with other ideas other than a Bonfire for one of the Nights.
The Wedding Its the Wedding of the Two People. Who will then Sign the Peace Treaty, with their Parents, for the Two Packs. Super Romantic. It would be a shame if someone would... I don't know... object.
I'm lazy, I'll obviously add more later.

For the First Posts
All the guests will be arriving to the ball, completely dressed to the nines.
They've already settled into where ever they're staying for the time being, which is the large hotel that the two packs have rented out for the week. This has allowed them to ensure that no humans are in the hotel for the week of celebration. High Ranked Wolves and the Heirs get the Largest, Fanciest Rooms on the Highest Floor. All the other wolves are on the floors below the Highest Floor, their room types varying.
Since they have all settled into their rooms already, they are no descending down to the ball which is taking place in the large, extremely so, almost obscenely so, ballroom in the hotel. There is a large dance floor, a DJ, and enough table to accomodate everyone around them. There is also a bar for drinks, as well as staff and kitchen serving food and non-alcoholic drinks. Staff will be walking around with hors-d'oeuvres, but full course meals are able to be ordered from any of the staff, a small menu is provided on each table.
Basically? This is a very expensive, very expensive dance party and/or night club. Werewolves will be getting down and dirty and having fun.
Once all the guests have arrived, both Heirs will arrive and be announced as they do.

Elowen Lilavati Evenfall Cassiopeia Pack | F | Shaman's Apprentice | Mentions: Her Mother [NPC], Open
Pale eyes the color of soft arctic stared back at her as she peered into the mirror at the vanity she sat at. Long waves of ivory cascaded around her shoulders like a winter's snow fall, lightly curled so that they appeared soft and wavy. Her full lips were pouted slightly as she examined her reflection, the dark blue-green shade of lipstick, her signature color, standing out against the pale backdrop of her face.
"Oh you look lovely dear, an absolute imagery of beauty and grace," her mother's willowy form appeared behind her, worn fingers running through her hair as if to prove her point. There was a sadness to her mother's eyes though as she examined her, a look that Elowen has seen many times over the recent moons.
"What is it, mother?" She half turned in her chair to face the woman who was not only her mother but her Luna as well. She already knew the answer, the had argued about it many times, both of them having mixed emotions about it.
"Oh nothing, nothing dear, don't worry yourself about it," the woman shooed her gently and turned, trying to hide her thoughts from her daught.
"You can't fool me, mama," Elowen rose, taking her mothers weathered hands in her own pristine ones, not a crease or callous on them. Quietly she smoothed her thumbs across the back of her mother's hands, and smiled softly. "I know we never expected me to be in my rank, but it's an honor we can't ignore.. The pack wouldn't allow it," she whispered quietly, though she knew none of her pack could hear them from where they were at.
A soft sigh poured from the woman's glass painted lips as she freed one of her hands to caress the side of her daughter's face. "I know, baby, but you cannot blame a mother for being sad that her only daughter, her only child, will never find love, will never have her own pups," a brief sheen of tears coated the woman's light blue optics. "I would have been an amazing grandmother," a soft chuckle filled the space between them before she waved a hand and swiped at her eyes. "Im sorry, darling. I don't mean to darken the mood."
Elowen's frown creased her forehead and she gently embraced her mother, trying to keep the emotions from coating her throat. "I know it make's it difficult for you and father now that you don't have an heir for the pack. But I'm sure Beta Brandt's son will make an excellant Alpha if he ends up taking over," even as she spoke the words, she knew in her heart she didn't mean them. Brandt's boy, Levi, was a sweet man, gentle but solid, but he was a Beta. He didn't have the aspirations or ambitions it took to lead a pack, so their future was uncertain.
When Elowen was born with a head of white hair, a rare trait found within their pack's females, it was immediately decreed that she would be the Shaman's apprentice once she was of age. Women with genetic abnormality of ivory hair always had a better link to the Moon Goddess and their ancestors. In the past generations they were referred to as "witches" but they held no actual powers aside from premonitions that often came in the form of dreams, which ended up being viewed as visions from the Moon Goddess. Nowadays, though, they were just referred to as Shamans in the pack, and were the ones that blessed matings and marriages, birthings and pups, and often acted like pack doctors. They still had premonitions and dreams, and were held in high honor within the pack, but weren't viewed as witches any longer.
All of that sounded great to Elowen when she was young. That changed though when it was revealed to her that Shaman's were forbidden from ever taking a mate and ever having pups. It was believed that a Shaman who did would lose her abilities, the littles they were considered to have, and a Shaman would never appear again. Obviously the pack has never confirmed whether or not that was true, as no wolf bestowed upon the honor had ever gone astray.
Still, the pack was fine with that, and so were her parents, thrilled that they not only were the leaders of the pack, but their daughter would come to be the Shaman and their future heir would lead the pack. Unfortunately, though, after Elowen, her parents had never been able to successfully bring another offspring to term, leaving El as their only child. Now the pack faced a difficult decision: they could promote their Beta's son to Alpha once their leads stepped down, and marry him to an Alpha's daughter of another pack, or they could outsource from a different pack for an Alpha Pairing, bringing in a new line all together, which was unheard of in the Cassiopeia pack. Or, the third option, which was the one no one would talk about, they could revoke Elowen's Shaman Role, and make her the Heir so she could lead the pack. Apparently, though, the idea of losing their "Shaman" was more detrimental than losing their Alpha Line.
It was all a giant curfuffle.
Sighing softly the two women parted, the Cassiopeia Luna smoothing out her daughters hair and dress. "Well, we best be going, your father is waiting for us, and you know how he is around strangers," a soft chuckle poured from her mother as she lead them from the room. The two reached the lobby of the Grand Hotel, and moved across it to the greying man who stood in the hall leading to the ballroom.
"About time," he gruffly spoke, but there was a softness in his eyes as he took in the appearance of his wife and only daughter. "You both look beautiful," he murmured as he took his mate's hand and kissed it before kissing the cheek of his daughter. Without another word, though, he lead them to the double doors to the ballroom, and pushed through them, sending his daughter a look that said clearly told her to wait and enter separately.
Nodding gently she waited as her parents entered, the doors shutting behind them with a quiet thud. Through the door she could hear the music quieting as they were announced, before picking back up in volume. The dull beat vibrated to her core as she stood there for a moment, manicured nail running gently over the white fabric of her dress.
She knew her outfit wasn't one that wouldn't stand out above the crowd, but she had to say her mother sure had elegant taste. Her dress was a soft aline like gown, with a tight bodice before it flared just slightly to flow loosely from her waist. She had sheer lantern off the shoulder sleeves, which left her shoulders completely bare. The dress had a sweetheart neckline, was made from chiffon, making it light but elegant, layered so that it was only see through on the sleeves. Paired with her dress was a pair of white heels that had golden lace and accents on them. The sole of them, which was why she loved them, was a pale blue that matched her eyes.
Tilting her chin up, the woman strode forward, enterting the ballroom, and pausing briefly as she was announced before flowing down into the room and moving like she had a purpose. In reality, though, she was looking for her parents, though they had moved up and she couldn't find them at a glance. No doubt this was a ploy of theirs to force her to socialize despite the predicament she was in. What was it with parents always meddling?

Vivienne Vaux Valentine Lunar falls pack | F | pack member | Mention: Open, Elowen (indirectly) Vivienne had arived at the hotel around the same time as some of her pack and had made quick work to find her assigned room, thrilled to get herself dolled up. ... Vivienne had spent nearly three months of toil to create and preen her dress to perfection, a gorgeous light pink dress that made her skintone glow. The dress was made from silk, with a corsetted bodice adorned with stunning gold metalic roses and butterflies along the bones of the corset. The neckline is a pretty square lined with white lace, and the sleeves are a simple butterfly style. ... The skirt of the dress flows to the middle of the calf, a line of white lace along the bottom. A soft circle skirt over several fluffy white petty skirts, jutting the skirt out in a pleasant way. The back of the dress is adorned by a big bow just under the bottom of the corset, made from a gorgeous white lace. ... She had also sewn up some cute white lace wrist length gloves, and had picked up some white round toe pumps. ... Once in her room Vivienne made quick work of getting ready, putting on some poppy music in the background to match her cheery mood. It wasn't every day that she was invited to a fancy ball and She was excited, especially with the chance of finding her fated mate at this party being dangled in her face. although the occurance was rare, her little romantic heart couldn't help but beleive that she could be an exception. ... The room seemed to glow with happiness as vivienne got ready, a mixture of vanilla and floral scents filling the room as makeup and perfume were applied. Gorgeous flashes of pink and gold could be seen, and glitter flashed under the lights in the hotel room. ... Vivienne finished up getting ready and admired herself in the mirror, a sense of pride growing in her chest, she was very happy with how things turned out. Even her hair looked nice, fixed in a half up half down with a matching lace bow in her hair, her bangs fluffy and soft. ... Vivienne made her way down to the ballroom once finished, going through the motions of being intoduced on the stairs, and making her way down to the main floor. ... For the first couple of minutes Viv stood in awe of the elegant room and gorgeous decorations, and just simply soaked everything in watching as people danced and socialized. It was a bit overwhelming, but Vivienne fought off the urge to leave and instead found a table to sit at and sipped a yummy drink that she had been handed by a member of staff. ... As she sat she saw a few more people enter but her attention was particularly caught by an elegant women, a creature of white, with a certain solemn air to her. A blush definietly grew on Vivienn's face. The woman was beautiful, like the moon. Vivenne was very curious as to who she was. Edited at December 7, 2022 12:44 PM by LiltingLillies

Victoria Rochelle O'Connor Gealach Pack | F | Alpha | Mentions: Fergus, Clarissa, Open The morning had started earlier than the female was typically used to and a groan left her frame as she leaned her forehead against the cool glass of the SUV that she was now sitting in. Her eyes fluttered closed behind her trust pair of glasses as the vehicle kept moving. Tori had wanted to leave the day before because she knew she would be jet lagged but due to some family/pack issues had come up, it had caused the Alpha, her Beta, and a pack member to have what many called a red eye flight. Speaking of her Beta and pack member, Tori slowly opened an eye and looked over at her friend with a low growl. "I am blaming you for this Fergus. For the petition to bring Clarissa along and the fact that we had to leave so early this morning." She didn't wait for a response before placing her head once more against the window. Her father had insisted that Tori bring along their newest member of the pack to this meeting to see what functions that they could participate in and Tori had only agreed on the condition that her father would leave the pack house with Katelynne. Thankfully the hotel wasn't a very far drive from the airport and Tori had just fallen back asleep within the back seat of the SUV when it came to a stop in front of the gallant building. A few curses were muttered under the female's breath as she was jolted awake when the door opened meaning she almost fell but she quickly caught herself on the frame and only lost her glasses upon the tarmac. She sat back raising an accusatory eyebrow at the driver who bent down and picked up her glasses them, handing them back to her with apologies that she accepted out of formality and she couldn't blame the man for doing his job. Her red mane was tied back in a pony tail and she had chosen to wear a tank top under a sweatshirt and joggers with sneakers. She wasn't going to dress to the nines when she knew she would have some time to get ready after getting a couple more hours of sleep. She climbed out of the vehicle making sure to grab her backpack and waited for Fergus and Clarissa before helping unload the rest of their bags from the back of the SUV. Of course she wouldn't admit that she could have possibly packed too much for a week worth of clothes but one could never be too sure that they wouldn't need a couple changes of clothes for a certain day. She motioned for Clarissa and Fergus to head inside and she pulled out her phone checking on any messages that would inevitably be there. She let her brothers know that they had made it safely and that they were just checking into the hotel, which she walked into after getting some help with the bags. A small frown danced on the corners of her mouth not seeing a message from her father and with a quick huff, she put her phone away and offered a smile to the hotel workers as she followed after Fergus and Clarissa. She told Clarissa to message her when the other female was ready to head to the ball before watching the other female step out on one of the lower floors to head to her room. Once the pack member was out, Tori leaned back against the wall of the elevator and looked over at Fergus. "Was this a mistake?" Though she had just asked her question, the door opened once more on the highest floor and Tori followed the male to their room, knowing that he had found out all of the information and that she would have probably spent most of the time just wandering the hall if she had been alone. Once within the room, Tori made a beeline for the closest bedroom and flopped onto the bed, leaving the door to the bedroom wide open. "This is my bed...I have laid claim." ~~~~~~ It was a few hours later and the female had just finished with touching up the dark red lipstick on her lips and double checked the dark smokey eye makeup that she had done to bring out the brightness of her eyes. Once she deemed that it looked perfect, she finished curling her hair and styled it with some simple golden earrings. Her gown was laying across the bed that she had been in just moments before and the female removed the robe she was wearing, as she didn't want to get makeup on the dress. She picked up the silky fabric in her hands and quickly slipped into the dress, again muttering a few curse words as she pulled the zipper up, making sure that she didn't catch any of her red locks within its grip. The dress was sleeveless, which exposed her arms with the artwork that covered them. The dress covered her chest and up her neck with a high neck that was a golden fabric with some details that looked like flowers out of jewels. The dress also had a devilishly high slit up her right leg that made its way up her hip, though her thigh was covered by the same golden material and design as what was on her neck that stopped at midthigh. There was also the golden material and beadwork that sat under her breast giving some shape to the already shapely dress. As to not take away from the beauty of the dress, Tori only added a couple of golden bracelets to her writs and moved to put on her heels. The heels mimicked Roman style sandals with a simple design that rested against the entire lower part of her leg and was connected with bands that were adjusted to fit snugly against the female's toned leg. Of course the soles of the heels were red, because why not. Once Tori had finished with a few small adjustments and making sure everything was fitting appropriately, she stepped out of her room and looked around for Fergus. "Do you think this is too much?" The dark blue fabric hugged all of the right places on the female and the train of the dress flowed behind her as she stood waiting for her Beta's opinion.

Quincy Cornelius Bennett Aurora Pack | M | Future Beta | Mentions: Open
Nimble fingers lightly grasped the stem of the Champagne glass, swirling the liquid around gently as a bored look overtook his narrow features. He was lounged across the bed, one hand supporting his head while the other held his glass, his eyes focused on the TV though he wasn't really watching it.
"Quincy Bennett!" His mother's voice ripped through the room, a disapproving note clearly edged into her words. "You're supposed to be getting ready," she hissed, her hands resting on her hips, the vibrant red gown enhancing the anger in her amber eyes. Her blonde hair, a trait he had inherited from her, was straightened so it fell down her back, appearing as soft and flawless as usual.
"I don't need as long as you to get ready mother. It'll take me the time it takes you to put on your shoes to get dressed," he groaned, leaning his head back as his mother visibly seethed in front of him.
"Quincy!" Her voice rose an octave, becoming a bit shrill as she spoke, "we are representing our back, our Alphas here this week. You need to be on your best behavior, and looking your best." The sentence ended with a growl, showing the woman was likely on her last nerve with him.
"Get. Dressed. Now."
With that the woman turned on her heel and walked back through the adjoining room door, closing it behind her with an audible thud. A soft sighed played from his lips, but he rose obediantly anyways. She had a point, and he couldn't ignore it. They were here without their alphas, as their Luna was close to term on her pregnancy and wasn't allowed to travel, so the Alpha had elected to stay home with him. This had meant that his parents, the Betas, and himself, their heir, would be the ones in charge of their pack and anything to do with it.
In typical Quincy fashion, though, his outfit was nothing short of spectacular and over the top. It was all lavender and purple in coloration. He wore a simple lavender undershirt with a slightly darker hued military like blazer over it that looked like it should belong to some sort of Royal Prince. It bore golden epaulets on the shoulder, with golden trim as well as buttons. There were attachments on the blazer that kept it closed, each attachment reaching from one button and reaching to the one across from it, these too were in gold. The cuffs at his wrist were folded back, revealing a deeper purple color trimmed in gold with gold filigree within it. His pants were classic suit pants, also in lavender, though they were a hair lighter than his blazer jacket. He wore matte white oxford shoes to match the look too. And, to top it all off, he wore a long lavender mantle, or cloak, over his outfit that hung around his shoulders, a large gold clasp laying over his heart where decorative jewels connected to then dance across the surface of the mantle in strands. The outside of the mantle was a pale lavender color, whereas the inside of it was a deep, rich purple color, the bottom of it with a distinctive sparkley sheen.
Once he was dressed, Quincy ran a brush through his long blonde hair, it's texture the same as his mothers in that it was straight and almost silky soft to the touch. With a last few touch ups, he excited his room and into his parents, glancing to where his mother sat on her bed, putting the strappy heels she picked out on.
"Told you," he murmured, earning an eye roll from his mother before a soft smile.
"You look lovely hun, though I do wish you had gone with something less...." she trailed off, not quite able to find the word she was looking for.
"Nonsense, this is perfect," he grinned and wrapped his arm around his mother's and hauled her to her feet, earning a soft giggle from her as she beamed at him.
"You're right, you're right. It's perfect." Her grin was wide as she lead them over to where her husband stood in front of the mirror, trying, likely for the fifth time, to get his bow-tie right.
"Hun, I told you just to let me do it," she waved his hands away as she began to tie it. "Why don't you go down, Quincy. We'll meet you there in a bit. I just have a few things to add on. It'll be like five minutes tops," she glanced at him as she perfected the Bow Tie and nodded at her husband.
"Of course, Mother." He nodded at his father, a man who looked similar to Quincy in build, but with shorter auburn hair and a pair of glasses on his face.
"Knock 'em dead son," his fathered called as he exited the room.
Quincy glided down the hall and into the elevator, riding it down to the lobby where he followed others to where the double doors to the ballroom were. He ignored the glances he earned as he walked, completely unbothered by them by now. With his long hair, more feminine features, and borderline obnoxious fashion sense, Quincy had been earning odd looks his entire life, and they no longer bothered him.
Entering the ballroom he quickly descended into it, moving straight for the bar, intent on picking up on where he left off with a glass of champagne. If he was going to face this night of socializing and dancing, he was going to need an IV of Champagne to keep him going.

Caelan Kamari-Jericho Journigan Lunar Falls Pack | The Delta | Genderfluid | Mentions: Vivienne [ind.] , Elowen [ind.] , & Quincy Current Pronouns Usage: She / They Caelan had woken up later than they'd like, and with an annoyed grumble they forced themselves to get ready for this hellish reception. An exhausted sigh coming from them as she rubbed her temples and made her way to the hotel bathroom, the warm marble under their feet releasing some of their tension. They took a quick look in the mirror and observe how tired and dead to the world they looked. It seemed her eyebags were getting back darker, hopefully it wouldn't be noticed by her dear friend or else they wouldn't hear the end of it. They took one last look before drawing themself a shower, and began the process of getting ready. After their lovely shower they went to the mirror, a towel wrapped around their waist, and hair pulled back in a ponytail, and began to was their face with a scrub to cleanse it, and afterwards they used a moisturizer to make sure their skin was soft. And once satisfied they used some baby gel on their body to make it glisten a bit and get rid of the dry spots on their body, and afterwards they left the restroom to enter back into their room. She then made her way to the closet and got the outfit she had chosen to wear and put it on. It was a deep crimson colored velvet dress that hugged her body and defined her features rather nicely. It was also off the shoulder and had beautiful gold jewelry that lined her neck and sides of her shoulders and that hung elegantly on her. Their was also a rather flashy slit in the dress that went up to her thigh and a ornate golden pice of jewelry that lifted the dress slightly and gave it that extra flair. She chose to wear a pair of golden heels and their diamond necklace and earrings, and with the heels her height was boosted from their average 5'11 to a sturdy 6'1 which was nice. And for final touches was the make up, they put on a dark crimson lipstick and went for a dramatic cat eye makeup with just a touch of neutral eyeshadow with a slight sheen. Their snowy hair was down and hung loose around them, a rare occurrence from the usual bun or half-up & half down hairdo. It was a rare treat, especially since it was also slightly curled, and one could see the full volume and beauty of it. They were quite satisfied with their look for the party, and sighed as she remembered that she actually had to be social until Klotho showed up. And speaking of Klotho, they should send a picture of what they were wearing to her, and so she used the large vanity mirror to get a full view of the outfit and look, and had a simple smile on her face as she took the picture and when to her contacts to text Klotho. To Klotho : " [img.attached] Thoughts on my look for the Ball? Wasn't planning to be this extravagant, but I think I look rather nice. Hope you're not bored out of your mind." Sent Message. They decided they were ready to leave after a few minutes of pacing in their room, and they soon found and elevator. They were stuck in the elevator with an odd looking man who couldn't stop sneaking glances at them, and it was quite unsettling. From the garbage can and uniform she could conclude they were a janitor. She just kept her silence and sighed and inward breath of relief when the elevator door opened to the area that led to the ballroom. And they descended the staircase elegantly as their name and status was announced at her arrival. They bore a powerful and regal stride, with their neck and shoulders taut and their hooded violent eyes watched the crowd around her. It seemed some of her pack members had arrived, she noted Vivienne blushing at an alabastor haired woman, and the object of the females eye seemed to be in a solemn mood. Probably didn't want fo socialize, they could relate to that immensely. And that's when the sight of lavander caught her eyes and she caught the form of their older cousin by the bar. There were few people who could make their mood brighten at just the sight of them, and yet here they were with a fond twinkle in their lavander eyes as they approached the bar and took in the outfit their cousin chose. And they have a teasing low whistle as looked him up and down for a moment. " Damn cousin, you clean up nice. " she said in a teasing manner as she flashed a grin on her face, and leaned on the nearby counter, "'you look nice. It's been a while since I've seen you, but it looks like you're doing well."
