Introduction: Welcome to my Adopt Request forum. Here, put simply, you can fill out a forum, and have a batch of adopts [2-10 designs] made from your idea/inspiration. From there, you have the option to either purchase a design from your batch, or purchase a design from a batch someone else requested. . Note: Simply because it is your batch, does not mean you automatically own said design/s. It means you get first, unchallanged, pick. You are still required to pay a- discounted- fee. . . Post 1 |

Terms of Service: By purchasing any of my designs, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please review these terms as violation of these terms will result in consequences, weather that be a warning, or refusal of service. 1. Payment and Missed Payments. a. I accept any of the following payments in exchange for my art; Apples or Mush, Wolves, Decor or Gear, Character Trades, Writting or Visual Arts. - Wolves can only be transfered by premium accounts. No exceptions. - Character Trades must be sent first. - Writing and Visual Arts must provide a deadline, inwhich it will be reserved until such. b. All payments (excluding Arts) must be done within 72 hours of the initiating post; that being you requesting said design. If you fail to pay within that timeline, the adopt will be put back up for sale. - If you continue to claim designs, and fail to pay, you will no longer be allowed to claim designs. - You are not allowed to take back a bid. . 2. Resale and Trading. a. All of my designs will remain in folders on my Toyhou.se account; Rotting_Cervine. While the designs can be unlinked, I can NOT be removed as the designer, even when there's a redesign. You will credit both of us respectively. - I allow offsite sales, but it can NOT be for real money of any kind. Virtual is fine. - I allow people without a Toyhou.se account to buy my adopts, but they must still follow my rules. - I will NOT remove any designs from my Toyhou.se as they are put there for record. Though I assure you they will not be sold. . 3. Refunds and Edits. a. Refunds are permitted, however, I will only be paying you 3/4 of what you origonally paid, keeping the 25% for my time. - When using Arts/Wolves/Trades to pay, refunds are not permitted. However, I may be willing to buy the design back. Pm me. - I will not refund you for any additional art/writing you bought. b. Edits can be done by anyone. Once you buy the design it is yours. Edits include, but are not limited too, redesigns, adding accessories, removing accessories, palette swaps and gender swaps. - If you would like an edit done to one of my designs BEFORE purchase, let me know! I'd be happy to adjust something. - I have a 3 edit policy, anything after that, I may request additional funds. - Species swap is included in this! But will only be done once. What this means is there is no fixed price which allows you, the buyer, to offer however much, or however little you want too! This also gives me the chance to figure out what my designs are worth! QnA: Q: Why is my adopt is (for example) C.1? What does that mean? A: I use a grading system, that is as follows: A: Design's that exceed my expectations. Usually 2-5 hours, heavily thought out and precious. B: Design's that are my good work. 1-3 hours, thought out and liked. C: Often warm-ups or experimental, made under an hour or 2. They have little to no thought put into them. Batch examples will be posted at a later time. Post 4 |
