Pups are born in the female's den, and belong to the pack who owns her.
You may kindly pm the person to negotiate a deal about the pups if you would like one, but they do belong to that person and they have the right not to give you one. |

Because they set her up for mushrooms.
I suggest that you don't breed to other peoples' females unless you make a deal with them first. |
