do not post here unless your name is in the title. Plot In the year 2132, Earth is beginning to have its downfall. Scientists have been suspecting something going wrong, and that is finally happening. With climate change and pollution, Earth is slowly becoming a waste land. Crops are becoming harder and harder to produce every year, businesses are shutting down as their employees are dying from diseases, and the government is seemingly doing nothing about it. Seemingly. The world has been like this for about 30 years. This generation may be the last to ever see the light of day. That is unless the people do something. Space travel was assumed to be prevented as it wasn't able to be funded and wasn't going to be useful. How would it be beneficial to anyone in a time like this? People dying of disease, people losing their jobs, farmers barely being able to provide for their communities, doctors unsure of how to help the influx of dying people... Why invest in such an expensive things when there was more to be worried about? Well, behind closed curtains, the government has been utilizing what is left of NASA to hopefully discover a new world that humans could inhabit. They have sent few probes and even fewer people to three different planets - one of which seems to be the most promising. Known as TLR-000591, or more common - Earth 2, NASA has found that its data is most promising. They have sent two probes, both sending back data over the past two years. However, there is more to be discovered than what the government had received. Before the world went short on resources, a group of what could've been astronauts have gone their separate ways after NASA was 'shut down'. Some have kids, some life alone, some are still discovering themselves. However, after each receiving a letter inviting them to a dinner, they're reluctant because that could mean leaving everything behind. They decide to go anyway, curious about what other details the mission entails. --- After getting sucked into Earth 2's atmosphere, everyone but four members of the crew perishes. With only limited supplies and information, the two must try to find a way back... unless the native species or perhaps others have a different plan for them. |

Backstory
Elias was recruited to the NASA's program when he had turned 21 after exceeding in his military expertise. After some time he was laid off and sent back home where he spent time alone, rarely ever contacting his father as his mother had died when he was young. The man had hardened him in such a way that Elias felt the only way to further prevent more damage was to cut all possible contact. When he turned 25, he was called back to NASA and continued and finished his training for about two years before they would be sent out to Earth 2.
