Right, so I need help.. I wanna start drawing and putting some art up but I need some help with that..

First, how do you artists draw anatomy? I feel like it's so hard to get proportions right >.< I would love some helpful tips~!

Second, which program is best for a beginner in digital art? I normally draw using a pencil but I really want to get into digital artwork!

I use MediBang Paint, with an apple pencil and apple iPad.
Anatomy? Practice, dude. Take art classes. Look up pictures and look at real animals.
Here's some motivational talk/advice you'll need:
-When you feel like giving up because you just can't get something drawn right, don't. Many people give up at the last second. Little do they know that, actually, if they persisted a bit longer they could have drew it correctly and/or got it right. Learned from my own personal experience.
-I've taken art classes for 2 years now, but I have just recently started digital art. At first, I wasn't the best either. I suggest you start drawing, practicing on paper first.
-This is most important: PRACTICE! Keep practicing your skills. I suggest taking a piece of paper and doing some muzzle or pose study (this is where you just draw a bunch of one thing, like muzzle practice is where you draw a bunch of muzzles just for practice). I do this too, just sketching a lot of random things.
-
Hope this helps! PM me for more help.

1) The only way to learn anatomy is to study anatomy. Look at real life objects/animals/people, or pictures. There are hundreds of stock images and tutorials you can use to get a better look at how things work. Draw from every angle, reduce them to simple shapes and build from there. Learn where the muscles start, end and interact with each other. How sunlight hits fur and hair, where shadows fall. Keep it up until it feels like muscle memory. Once you know the rules, you can bend them to fit whatever style you like. Practice, practice, practice. And when you feel like giving up, practice more :)

2) I don't think there is any art program that is best for beginners. If you want something easy to navigate i'd recommend Medibang or Autodesk Sketchbook. If you want to get into digital art long term, or want a more professional software, i'd go for Krita. All are free.

On mobile I use Sketch (andriod)
-
On Computer I started with Medibang and Firealpaca, now I use Krita and medibang sometimes
-
and as stated above look up references for anatomy - learn the basic structure before doing anything real complex!
