Hey hey!
Im on the search for some more roleplay partners! I ask that you be semi-literate to literate as I usually write between 500 and 2k words per post. I primarily do MxF pairings and I'm comfortable playing any gender. I'm flexible as far as plot [I even have some ideas to share if your interested!] and pairing idea goes- I love a good angsty plot though ;)
PM me or post on the forum if you're interested!

Hello artists!
To keep things short and sweet, I would like to know what programs you artists use to create your masterpeices!
I would like to get into digital art, and would love any insight from you guys! What are you favourite programs, which ones did you struggle with? Any tips are also greatly appreciated!
If it helps, I have an asus laptop that is touch screen, and a stylous pen, which is what I would be working on.
Comment your favourite program and any tips you have for using that program!

I have an iPad mini (which is where I do my art) and I use this free app called IbisPaint X. I don't know if it's on laptops though.

I reccomend Krita, it works awesome with all types of art, and has tons of features. It's free as well.
It can be a little confusing at first so I reccomend watching some youtube tutorials over the tools and things if you decide to use it!
Or if you want to PM me with a question about it, go ahead :)
Edit-
If you're a brush freak they also have tons of brushes to download as well, but the basic ones work fine!

Krita is okay, but but you may need to watch soeme videos first. Ibispaint X is good for mobile drawing.
Medibang paint is good too.

I use Autodesk Sketch book (free), and it works great for me! It's straightforward, pretty simple to understand while having multiple brushes, options, preferences etc.. Let me know if you need tips.

What has really helped me is adjusting the advanced brush preferences to get the stroke I want.

I use procreate. Overall, the features make it worth it, but since there are so many it's hard to find them.

I personally use ProCreate! However, Ibis Paint isn't too bad for nearly the same price. I highly suggest getting an Apple Pencil if possible/compatible.
A few tips regarding ProCreate:
- Tutorials! Tutorials! Tutorials! This program uses a lot of gestures to keep drawing space at a maximum! Definitely look into tutorials so you get the most out of it. (YouTube works too if you dont have Skillshare like me.)
