You could have person A dying/injured while person B is trying to save them.
You could do a classic hospital scene and try out drawing medical equipment that's hooked up to person A.
You could have a short series of scenes where person B has finally had enough and walks away from person A who is sobbing.
Give me awhile and I can think of more lol
