You have no free space to receive any more wolves.

You'd have to pm the auction owner and see if they can sell you the wolves for your wining bid price, and if they agree to, you'll need to get rid of two of your current wolves.

Another option would be check and see if they'll sell them to you for your winning bid price, and if you have apples you can buy a den expansion
