It's smart punctuation in your device. If you go to keyboard settings in your device settings and turn off smart punctuation, it should fix the issue

Umbra is black with amber eyes. She is shorter but very stout, well-muscled but not intimidating. Some silver furs are flecked throughout her fur and some other brown ones around her muzzle and on her underbelly.
