Buttermilk:

"Sneaky is a thing of youth," Buttermilk mused, disregardingly as he takes your form into consideration. "I am a simple librarian, head of the PathFinder Athereaum. A protector of the knowledge here, there is nothing more to me then such," He lies with ease.

The towns legends say Buttermilk was once the renowned adventurer of Norgagens by the name of Hathaway. Sent by the crown to the darkest part of Norvegans, he'd report on the beasts lurking in the corners of their world. One day, they say, he stumbled upon the grave of the goddess, Gislena. After charming the young goddess, she offered him a deal; his soul for all the knowledge of Norvagens. Eagerly, he accepted the deal, and in the process of gaining centuries of knowledge on his home, had the years drained from his youth.

"I once adored the beverage, but now I fancy myself catmint tea, with a lick of milk," He purred, settling back down. "Lava; I am terribly cold, constantly, at this age."

Kyogre:

Kyogre's form shifts as you approach, the massive wolf-like-creature rising from the whirlpools where he rested. His fur is as grey as the rocks surrounding the elevated grounds of Norvagens, cracked by a sharp black that bleeds into his hind legs and down his thighs like pants. From these black pants is a large aquatic tail, familiar to an orcas, but far less large, and somehow, more colorful. His chest is marked by a strap of black that pulls to his scruff in a cape like form to his face where another stripe bleeds to below his eyes. Kyogre's eyes meet yours, and you find yourself starring into the eyes of a whale, wide and powerful, flushed in a coating of blue.

"I've never heard of such a beast, though I imagine him to be unruley and as feirce as I," He mused jokingly before he regards you again, "I imagine him to be in my image; a fearless protector of the lands..." He trails off, perhaps he had mispoken. "Unfortunetly, I do not see colors. Or much of anything," He admitted, "But I'd imagine it would be the color of the sea on it's coldest days," He seems to eager a bit as you decide to ask about his favorite stories, and after a moment of thought, he begins;

There was the time we had defeated a Lavian and risen Norvagens from the ocean once more! No really, we had. It all started with these foolish hunters who had come to the depths of the ocean, boldy kicking up water as if they fashioned themselves as fish! Silly creatures had awoken Vamos, and of course he was angry as Lavians are lazy and moody. So the ocean begins splitting as Vamos whips his body around the waters... and then... so I decided...

You're certain all of this is nonsense.

Jäger:

Jäger's resting amongst his cattle, half asleep as he watches the clouds drag across the sky. "Dance?" He mused, shaking his head. "If I have time to rest, I am resting... though I do dream of a woman who ought to dance and who makes life fun." He offered a grin, "I used to sing with the cows, but they were never much of the singing type. At least not in the ways I like too," He mused fondly, casting a look over the aniamls. "Where I live, Nieghnmands, we don't have many folk. There's a few families like the Reinlamep but they're to themselves. Though, they're are probably more... I don't tend to leave the herd. They need me, after all."

"When I was younger, Nieghnmands was a lovely village, we were all farmers, more of nomads actually, and we'd take turns so we'd all know how to help eachother but," He sighed. "Reinlamep." He seems to linger on the name before shaking his head. "I'm no show pony, if you want tricks, find a pet." He laughed good-naturedly, as if forcing himself to move on from the stinging emotions of what could have been. "And what exactly is this... "Corn" you speak of?"

Why thank you, OWritten, I'm having a ton of fun with this, haha. More to come soon! Also feel free to pm me with what you'd like in return!

Ancient Debris:

From admist a thick fog stands the skeletons of an iron fence and a massive figure hunched over before them, two flickers of blue moving like burning fires deep within a yellowed canine skull. Ancient Debris observes you, unmoving, waiting, before the skull parts and a mechanical voice speaks. "My job is the last thing my bonded pair gave me before he had departed," It rumbles, shoulders relaxing underneath a beautiful brown pelt. "It is my job to protect the spirits of the resting gods, often those who were forced into rest... That is what this is, a powerful peice of Earth that turns the gods docile and puts them to rest, until someone is to awaken them,"

"In truth, they do not die. Not as you might. No. Their energies are put to rest, in a slumbersome state. Until they are reawoken and reborn. Yes. This state is simply best resembled by death, and this place, a graveyard." He explained carefully, though the tension never truly leaves his body. His comitment to his job never truly faltering. "Plenty. Not in the hundreds. No. Of those who can be awoken currently, there are four. And as such, I am here to protect their energies from such fates..."

With the rebirth of a new god comes a celebration and an appocalypse. The scale of balance waivering unsteadily until Mother Nature can grasp both sides and settle them. The ripples of a new god being awoken have been seen throughout history; new lands rising from the seas, beasts and monsters being born from the reminents of their unclaimed powers, the dead rising, all only small examples. That is why Ancient Debris must remain guarding this graveyard. For if the scales are unbalanced, and Mother Nature unable to steady them in time, her life would be compromised, and in such, ours.

"My job is the Watcher, however, my job is far more complex then watching. For example. I am to hunt those whom have awaken themselves as False Prophets. When I am away, Mother guards this land, and when I return, she returns." He rumbled cryptically. "But I can see you lack the blind determination of one." He comments, settling down onto a small patch of black roses, their tips an eerie white to contrast the dark fur of Ancient Debris. "I may roam, when Mother needs a break. In truth, I do not crave freedom. The docile gods are enough to accompany me, and the Graveyard is far grander then you see."

He seems to settle down in his dog-bed of a flowerbed, a soft huff escaping him as the flames burst through the skull's nostrils. "Gods are... interesting." He settled simply, moving to the next subject. "Once I loved a god named Oznas. No. Not like that. But Mother said his work was to continue. And he, in my many years here, was the first and only to leave willingly." He considered thoughtfully. "Humans do not reconize me. No. Most do not even see me. Nor this place. Though I suppose you'd win the competition. Consider me amused."

For a Watcher to be born; three things must be in place. A god must be ripped from the Earth and reborn. The death of a Lavian to occur. And, Mother must bleed. For all three things to occur is beyond rare, and in such, only 5 Watchers exist. One to watch each Graveyard. Spread across the 5 land masses. Of those 5, only Ancient Debris is tied so tightly with Mother.

"My job means Mother can rest, and focus on other matters. My job means relaxation and safety. There is nothing else I can do. No. I do not dream of doing anything else. Though. Yes. I do dream of the warmth of a palm on my fur occasionally." He murmured in admission, the fire in his eyes dying out. "Now, it is time for you to go. Yes. Goodbye."

Mother Nature was set to die. A False Prophet was sure of it. Instead, in her moments of weakness, she had born a Watcher unlike the others. A Watcher who'd, in time, replace her very soul and become the new Mother Nature. A Watcher to be her kin.

Erebus:

The pitbull grinned eerily, canines far sharper then a dogs should be, as you drew closer, his milky white eyes settling on you. "There are plenty of chewing options; beasts, gods, monsters... mortals," He rumbled, a split black tongue flickering over the canines before he barked a laugh up. "I'm joking," he settled a bit, though the hunger doesn't seem to leave his eyes. "I'll behave," He assured. "I like chewing on bones, mainly, though I find it equally as fun to crunch down some rocks, or the occasional pole," He hummed, licking at his equally dark paws. "I've never had cheese sticks, though, I imagine it may be tasty. But not for chewing. My teeth are made far more sharp and strong then yours are. They sound delicate, soft... I'll behave." He repeated.

"I don't have friends, or rather, they never linger around too long..." He considers, floppy ears twitching before he speaks up. "No one is usually as curious as to approach a Lavian... Regardless if it is only half of what I am... You strike me as a fool though," He barks another laugh before settling his gaze on you. "No. You know Mother will protect you if need be... Shame. You do look quite tasty," He grinned once more, leaving you with the haunting toothy grin.

Vollen:

"Worthy isn't even the half of it..." She rumbled, her voice honey smooth and motherly. She sighs, turning her tired green gaze to you. "Baccus hides amongst us, lies to those around us, and sits around while there is so much he could be doing to help others. It's infuriating that he denies the city help, but spoils me like a princess in need..." She murmured, "I simply want him to help the others. But he refuses. And so, I reject his love." She admitted, flicking her tail.

"The complications and obstacles would be endless. Of course, he'd have to admit it first," She hissed, glaring at the ground before shutting her eyes and smoothing out her fur. "I appologize. His incompitence to our suffering is... pestering, like fleas." She admitted. "Being with a god means that I would have to give up much of myself, including my fertility, to safeguard some kind of rules. Truth be told, I don't know what the future holds if I do submit. Just that I will change; by choice or not."

Vollen's face takes on an adoring look, as if you were a child to hand her a dandelion. "You're sweet," She mused, considering. "I want to go to a beach. Have a picnic and just enjoy the sights and sounds of being together... as for a gift, I collect seashells, so perhaps a colorful seashell would charm me," He smiled gently. "But any gift is good. A simple rock is just as good as a gift, if it was given with the intent of love and thought." She admitted, ear flicking. "I fish, as a hobby. And make armour from the scales of those larger creatures in the sea. Stylish armour. Not just the boring, cheap, lazy stuff brutes wear," She mused.

"I actually have a few pets! Though they're... abnormal. I keep two moths, Juniper and Cedar, as well as a koifish, named Lukee." She smiled gently. "They're all I could ever need," She admits. "But..." She shakes her head.

Erebus:

Erebus rises from his spot amongst the dumpsters. The smell of the ocean thick as he draws closer to your form, eyeing you eagerly despite the blind nature his eyes resemble. "Well," He mused, "Usually, I bite first, chat later..." He seems to pause. "More seriously, though, I don't. People don't approach me. You shouldn't be approaching me. Though, I'd guess that's because you're a dog lover," He barked a laugh humourlessly, "Alright, seriously, NOW," he seemed to consider for a long moment. "I suppose I'd share my shiny things and protect them? Is that how friends are made?" He wondered aloud.

"I've had plenty try to stop me from my destructive chewing, but, they learn rather fast that the public property is the best thing for me to chew; especially in the matters of chewing on someone." He seems to look a bit sad, brows weighing on his eyelids. "I've been called a bad dog before, a monster, but neither of them wrong, so why would I care?" He forced a grin back onto his lips.

---

"I've never had cheese, though, I imagine it may be tasty."

Buttermilk:

The elderly tom lifts his gaze to address you, his maw curling into a deep frown. "Welcome to the Pathfinder Athereaum, I am Buttermilk. Whatever you need, I can assist you with..." He purred, his friendly demenor shifting to a deep sadness as his maw curles into a deep frown. "I did... I travelled all of Norvagens once... I was a great!-" He cuts himself off, "Ah... right." He rumbled softly, shaking his head. "The banks of Norvagens is very nice, if you don't mind defending yourself against lingering monsters... There's also the Crowns treasured gardens. They're far safer and lovely-er." He offered, deciding it would be safer for you to remian within the kingdom.
