You know how when you try to breed your female to another pack's alpha, it says "alpha wolves can only breed to your own alphas wolves?"

Well, I've tried breeding other packs' alphas to my own alpha female and it still never works...

Alphas females/males can only be bred to the alpha of the opposite gender in your own pack.
They can't be bred to someone else's alpha wolves
