I need help- There is a bloodline for a chain of wolves the wolf is related too- But I don't really understand it...

Is the first (Left to Right) line the parents? What is the second and third?

The First pair you see is the parents, then you see the parents of those wolves (You wolf's grandparents) and the parents of those wolves(great grandparents) and so on
