When I pick co-leaders for my alliance, what are they able to do? Is it just a title, or can they do things like accept applications/edit the spotlight wolf?

| Well, new layout really said fuck your palettes :') what did primary change, aside from left column? Because you should be able to target .primary classes in the left column on their own, without changing every other .primary element |
