Agnar

Irfam

Irfam is Agnar's main parental figure, and he's gotten to the point where he'll just call them 'dad' and run up to him like an excited child anytime they see each other, always ready with a hug. I'd say their relationship is very wholesome, mostly consisting of Agnar giving Irfam way too many presents and ranting to them anytime he gets the chance.

Passi

Agnar's not too fond of Passi. I'd say they probably argue a lot, and Agni will avoid him when possible. Agnar admires Passi's strength, sure, but he'd not a fan of how he actually acts and treats other people, and he'll definitely get mad at him for that, probably more than once. In the family of knights, Agnar knows Passi as the "annoying, mean aunt."

Brosc

Agnar loves Brosc! He looks up to him a lot and loves to talk with him, it's probably not uncommon for Agni to just rant to Brosc, as he trusts him and likes to let him know everything that's going on. Agnar sees Brosc as family and has given him the title of "The best, most cool, uncle on the planet." He also loves to give Brosc hugs and gifts.

Raulf

Although Agnar isn't super close to Raulf, I think the two would get along quite well. Agnar admires Raulf's skill and is always happy to take tips and learn from him. In the knight family, Agnar calls Rauf his "big brother," and really just loves to learn from him.

Tatsuya

Agnar looks up to Suya a whole lot, the prince is a great mentor to him. Admittedly, though, the two might argue some just because of how stubborn Agnar is. Of course, Agni is likely to gay panic a little over Tatsuya (who wouldn't), but overall they've got a good relationship.

Sebastion

Seb is basically Agni's big brother, they get along great, and Agnar definitly looks up to Seb a lot. Because of Sebastion's protectiveness, Agni returns the emotion and also does everything he can to make Seb proud. They definitly have a lot of fun hanging out, and Seb can expect many hugs and gifts from Agni.

---

Dolion

Tatsuya

Suya is, in all honestly, Dolion's best friend. The two get along extremely well, and Dolion will go to his older brother any time he starts to get overly anxious or needs help with something. Tatsuya is one of the only people Dolion fully trusts. In response to his brother's protective kindness, Dolion is very loyal and loving towards him.

Kiano

Kiano is alright, he's basically Dolion's pen pal at this point, they met at an event and just kinda stayed in contact since then. Of course, Dolion already knew Kiano, him being a traveler and all, but they'd never really talked until the event. They're not super close yet, but they're decent friends, and Dolion respects Kiano.

---

Amos

Irfam

Irfam is Amos's best friend, they get along really well, though Amos can occasionally get fed up with Irfam's habit of blowing things up and not getting enough sleep. They honestly feel kind of responsible for keeping Irfam out of too much trouble, and will cover for them as much as needed, even at his own risk. Of course, there are times when Amos will just lose his shit and snap at Irfam for not being careful or getting himself hurt or something, but overall, they get along great.

Garvin

In Amos's eyes, Garvin is, well... Garvin's a little much. These two definitely butt heads some, but, in the end, they both care for each other and can be more chill around each other. As with most of the shadows and exiled, Amos feels somewhat responsible for keeping Garvin safe and will do what they can to prevent him from getting hurt or into to much trouble. And, when he does, they'll definitely scold him. (Yeah, Amos is practically the exiled/shadow father figure at this point-)

Jayco

Amos has an interesting relationship with Jayco, I think they'd be competitive and occasionally butt heads, but they'd also be friends overall, frienemies, if you will. They can get along, and also have a tendency to argue, but in the end, they have each other's backs.

Loreto

Amos like Ret, the guy is chill and really nice, they get along great! They have nice debates and discussions all the time, and Amos likes to hear Loreto's opinions on things, he's very well thought out, and Amos appreciates that.

Devery

Levy is alright, Amos is mostly chill with him. They don't really have strong feelings toward him at the moment, he just leaves him be unless he does something stupid. Obviously, Amos is still a little protective of Levy as he is an exiled, but otherwise, they aren't particularly close yet.

Elena

Amos respects Elena a ton. She's smart and brave, and overall pretty cool, in Amos's opinion. They get along really well whenever they're around each other, and Amos enjoys their conversations. Not to mention her loyalty, Amos trusts Elena to get everything that needs to be done, and she's earned their respect a dozen times over by keeping her word.

Diamond

Amos is extremely protective of Diamond, like, even more than with most of the exiled. They took Diamond under their wing after discovering the many bad things that happened to him and basically became his new father. Amos would do pretty much anything to make sure that Diamond is safe and well cared for, and he is also always prepared to scold him when he gets into trouble as well as give him advice when needed. A very wholesome duo indeed.

Geneviève

Amos loves her, she's practically their older sister. Plus, she helps him keep his children in check, so that's very much appreciated. Amos respects Gen as a strong, confident leader, but he also isn't afraid to tell her if something needs to change. They may occasionally argue, but in the end, I'd say they get along pretty great.

Ash

Amos is very protective of Ash, almost as protective of them as he is of Diamond. Almost. Not quite. They don't know the details of what Ash has been through, but they can easily tell that whatever it was, it was far from good. Therefore, Amos is forcing adoption upon them.

---

Loreto

Lennox

Lennox is basically Loreto's sister, they get along really well and have basically placed themselves in charge of keeping the royal families shit together, since they can't seem to do it themselves. They're a good-natured pair, and they certainly work well together and get things done. I would say they have a strong, healthy bond, and interact well.

Amos

Loreto is fond of Amos, and the two often have interesting discussions. Both of them are social and like to talk about random stuff, and they share several political views. They're decent friends and don't mind hanging out together and talking.

Irfam

These two get along fine, but, at the moment, they aren't particularly close. They'll talk and everything, and they probably don't argue much, they just don't know each other too well yet.

Olive

These two get along really well. Loreto likes to hang out with Olive a lot, whether they're going out to an event or to the market or they're just chilling in the common rooms, the time together is always enjoyable. Plus, it's helpful for Ret to have a more decisive person with him, considering he struggles with decision-making sometimes and always tries to make everyone happy.

-

Ash

Amos

Amos is... They're okay. They're nice, but Ash is very suspicious of him for that exact reason. He tries to take care of them for some reason and it confuses Ash to no end. Why on earth would someone want to take care of them? The only way it makes sense is if it's manipulation.

Jayco

Ash doesn't mind Jayco as much as the others, he keeps his distance, something that Ash appreciates immensely. And he's a little protective, but not overbearing like Amos can be.

Darwin

Darwin is a little too loud and energetic for Ash's liking. He's not too bad, just a little... much. They have neutral feelings about him.

Irfam

Irfam is... okay. Ash likes listening to their science rants, honestly, they're very interesting. Of course, the blowing stuff up can be a little uncomfortable, especially considering the loud noises, but Irfam is usually careful around them, so it's alright.

---

Ambrose

Kiano

Kiano is nice and fun to be around, plus he's really the only consistent familiarity outside the kingdom. Yeah, Ambrose really likes him... A lot. Maybe a little more than he should. But he can't help it! Kiano is just... Amazing!

Umbria

Umbra is... A character for sure. Ambrose likes her confidence, but she can be a little loud sometimes. Plus, she keeps trying to shove him and Kia together, which is stupid because Kiano definitely doesn't like him. Overall, though, I think they get along well.

I also want to note that the perfects (and perfect shadows) will have the same living quarters, kind of like an apartment, just outside the palace. The knights (and knight shadow) will also have the same sort of quarters right next to the palace. :)

*WIP*

Seb's Confused Opinions of Everyone:

His Fellow Knights:

Raulf: Mainly just admires the guy. He's pretty reserved so they don't do much talking. Either way he knows he can trust Raulf and is honoured to work alongside him as a fellow Knight.

Brosc: A mostly chill guy that he likes. Until he goes off doing something chaotic and Seb just stands there stunned and having no idea what to do. But otherwise yeah he's great.

Passi: Simply, no. Something about this guy is setting off alarm bells in Seb's head. Besides he always has something to say that set's off Seb's anger. Passi is the most frustrating person he will ever meet, there's no doubt about that. With Olive for example, he knows she doesn't mean any harm - even when her teasing gets a little out of control. Passi however? Oh he reeks of pure malice.

Agnar: His favourite Knight. By quite a bit. I think they've got a siblings/best friends kinda vibe to their relationship. Seb is absolutely determined to protect Agnar at any cost. Yes, he's aware he is a Knight and can certainly protect himself, but still. Protect the wholesome one >:0

Elena: She seems like a intelligent, polite person that he wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of. She isn't chaotic like Brosc, or rude like Passi, but she does seem to keep away from the group sometimes. He isn't quite sure on his opinion of her to be honest.

The Royal Family:

Tatsuya: Where to begin..? Anyways long story short I think Suya might just be his gay awakening (y'know, after his character arc begins). Also Childhood Friends To Enemies To Rivals To Lovers. They're currently on Rivals. >:)

✶⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷⊷❍⊶⊷⊶⊷⊷⊶⊷✶

Kiano's Thoughts on Everyone:

The Royal Family:

Prince Dolion: They mostly converse as Penpals, with Dolion keeping him up with Everlong news, while Kiano gives the Prince more knowledge of the outside world. They first met at an event where they were both trying to get a moment of peace and somehow ended in the same spot. Over time they've got closer but it's a little different conversing through paper than in person. Plus with Dolion being the Prince, it's not like they get tons of oppertunities to speak face to face.

His Fellow Traveller:

Ambrose: He is Kia's closest friend. There's no one in the world Kiano feels more comfortable with. In Everlong, Ambrose is the person he can trust more than anyone. Outside Everlong, Ambrose is his one familiar comforting face. No matter where he is, he just feels so different, but Ambrose is just like him and just standing beside him brings a confidence unmatched even by performing.

✶⊶⊷⊶⊷⊶⊷⊷❍⊶⊷⊶⊷⊷⊶⊷✶

Olive's Totally Unbiased Opinion of Everyone:

Her Fellow Perfects:

Loreto: She loves that she can both chill with him in their common room, but also go and try out a variety of different unusual things that Everlong can offer, together. He's a pretty calming influence on her and they get along amazingly.

Irfam: These two get along well, with Olive helping out Irfam with their experiments financially or however else they need. She loves to chat or rant with them and is always happy to help clean up the occasional messes as a result of their scientific endeavors. Besides, experiements that end up with a bang tend to be way more interesting.

The Knights:

Sebastian: Her older brother is both her favourite and least person. Favourite because he's Seb and least favourite because he's always worrying and mothering her. That and his appalling cooking. She loves to tease him as much as she can without actually annoying him - to "help Seb's annoyance tolerance." Her new record is 15 minutes of non stop talking before Seb got mad, hehe.

---

Please let me know if I should change any of these, I'm open for pretty much anything :D Also I'm open for more if anyone else is interested.

Gigantic WIP

Passi’s Affiliations

Tatsuya: Ah, the eldest Prince of Everlong. His leader. His friend… Friend. Yes. Friend. Passi does not mind the Prince at all, in fact! The two have quite the conversations about the Knights and Perfects in the Kingdom of Everlong! The two have lunches together sometimes, and days where they simply meet up and drink tea and trade gritty information on people. Passi has even taken him ice skating a few times, it’s practically tradition to do so once a year. Tatsuya’s finally making progress on the advanced tricks on the ice too! Whenever the Prince is sick, Passi can normally tell after having spent so much time with him, and makes sure to bring home remedies for him. The remedies are ones he used to make for his younger sister, until she was exiled for killing his parents along with his older brother.

Raulf:

Brosc: Passi doesn't hate Brosc as much as he hates other people, in all honesty. He can probably respect this knight, even if the jokes can get annoying at times. If Brosc ever speaks to him about suppressing things, Passi will not snitch on him. He requires a good sparring partner after all.

Sebastian: Ugh, him. Worse than Agnar, easily. This man-child is lower than low, as aforementioned with the previous statement. Too short a fuse, not enough brains to conceal it. How this one is even a Knight at all, Passi doesn’t know. Frankly, he makes Agnar seem like the ideal soldier. And that’s saying something. This one is much like his late father, in all honesty, minus the nonexistent social abilities and empathetic attitude this one seems to get at times. Passi ignores him completely.

Agnar: Passi… Does not like Agnar. That is for certain. This knight is more like a child in Passi’s eyes, and doesn’t deserve to hold the rank that he does. Maybe a less perfect, but a knight? Ha. As if. They argue, well- More so Agnar gets frustrated and argues while Passi insults and undermines. Regardless, while Passi will not deny Agnar’s skill with archery, it is replaceable and therefore he is unneeded and unnecessary. Not to mention his insufferable personality.

Elena: Passi looks down on her just as much as he looks down on most everyone else. He sees her as far too kind, far too willing to help. Some people do not deserve help in his eyes, like the exiled and less perfects. But Elena seems to help everyone, save for the exiled(as far as Passi knows, he certainly wouldn't be surprised though, which definitely doesn't help his view of her). Quite frankly, it's slightly annoying how kind Elena can be. It reminds him of his younger sister. Both of whom are seen as exceedingly idiotic in his eyes, he isn't sure how Elena managed to become a knight.

Irfam’s Affiliations

Agnar: Ah, his son. Agni is great! Irfam still isn’t sure how they ended up basically adopting him. How they got lucky enough to do so. In all honesty, Irfam has considered telling Agnar that they’re a shadow on multiple occasions. If only because surely that would make Agnar leave. They don’t want his son to leave… He makes sure that the mirror Agni uses isn’t covered up. At least when Agnar is coming over. They would rather his adoptive son not worry about them. (No one should, there’d be too much to worry about.).

Loreto: The two don’t interact much, to Irfam’s dismay and relief. The two get along whenever they do talk, and Loreto definitely seems cool… Though, Irfam supposes that it’s probably for the better that they don’t interact much. For one, he doesn’t want to risk spilling that they’re a shadow. For two, Loreto is already busy enough, Irfam’s sure. For three, Amos is already hanging out with Loreto so Irfam doesn’t have to worry about it. (For four, Loreto is way too cool for Irfam to ever think about bothering him. Way too handsome to be seen with someone as disgusting as them.).

Lennox:

Olive: Olive is perhaps the only Perfect Irfam can talk to without immediate panic over being found out. Not because she isn’t intelligent, of course! She’s highly intellectual! But because she’s… Well. She’s nice. She funds his experiments. She even partakes in some of them! (Safe ones, he doesn’t want to ruin her life more than they probably already have.). She understands their scientific ramblings more than most do! And she doesn’t even mind the ramblings either! She’s super cool though, and any problem of hers is a problem of Irfam’s, as long as they know about it and all… (They hope she isn’t being kind as a front and he isn’t just annoying her. They wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. He doesn’t really deserve her kindness anyways.).

Amos: Their bestie! Amos is definitely the best. Like, ever. Irfam wishes he’d take more breaks, they could definitely use extra sleep. But Irfam’s experiments can keep him from being able to make sure that Amos does so at times. They also can tell that Amos feels somewhat responsible for them because of their tendency for explosions and all, which is a bit… Well… It makes sense. Unfortunately. He wishes Amos didn’t feel so responsible for him, or didn’t care as much about them as they so obviously did. There’s more important things to worry about, like the exiled and Everlong and the queen. (And literally everything else.).

Elena: Elena is.. Well.. Elena's amazing! A total protective, kind, wise, and loyal big sister type of person. She's great. They're definitely proud to say that she's Agnar's aunt. Awesome aunt, nonetheless. He wishes she'd take some more breaks, and take better care of herself. After all, she's still very young, very kind, very open, very pretty(So much unlike them.)… She's great, overall.(How can she even stand him?).

Geneviève: Okay, someone needs to explain to them how he has so many besties. (It shouldn’t be possible. Just look at them! Or maybe don’t, he doesn’t want to ruin your life…). Either way! Gene is awesome! She gets their scientific rambling, and will join in and add to it even! She’s their lab partner, and blowing things up is the two’s jam! It’s great! Of course, they make sure to keep her out of the really dangerous ones. (The only one that should be risked is him, always. Less of a loss then…). She’s also seen them during a major hallucination or two, which was not fun. Irfam kinda regrets letting her see those but, well, too late now. At least she hasn’t had to deal with his (disgusting, sickening, repulsive, disfigured-) face before. That would’ve been terrible for her…

Garvin: Ah, yes. This one. They don’t talk much. Irfam’s pretty sure Garvin doesn’t really want to talk to him either. (No one should.). Either way, Garvin seems cool from far away and everyone doesn’t seem to mind him. They get along pretty well whenever they do talk, at least. Besides, Irfam can get pretty confused by Garvin and his sarcasm. (It’s only ever them, everyone must be annoyed with watching their words…).

Darwin: Darwin is downright awesome! Always willing to listen to their excited ranting about science and experiments and academics and mathematics that probably go over his head. Frankly? Irfam has been meaning to try and find a way to create an arm and hand for Darwin that works for a while now. His friend shouldn't have to deal with being put at such a disadvantage! Imagine all the songs that he could play if Irfam managed it! Darwin also rants to Irfam sometimes, and they definitely enjoy hearing about whatever it is that he's going on about, pointing things out and bringing up different views and points on the topic. Great way to pass time! He really hopes they can make that arm soon, before it really starts to make Darwin feel like he isn't cool or cute or anything. (Compared to them, Darwin's practically the sun with how hot he is. Everyone is.). Their friend deserves the world, and Irfam plans on giving it to him. Somehow. As soon as Everlong is down. (Then he'll leave Darwin and everyone else alone too, no reason to see their ugly mug after they win.).

Ananth:

Jayco:

Devery: They don’t talk much, which is unfortunate since everyone that does seems to like his company pretty well. (Maybe it is fortunate then.). Devery seems pretty laid back, carefree… Irfam wants to make sure that Devery can stay that way, without a care in the world about what people think and all. (They selfishly wish he was like that too.).

Ash:

Garvin’s Affiliations

Amos: Amos is fine… Well. Other than all the arguing. And how they think he knows better than Garvin. The two butt heads sometimes, most times, but whenever Amos manages to chill out then Garvin doesn’t mind him. Too much, at least. Better than some people Garvin’s met in the past, at the very least. His designated nickname from Garvin is Momo or Amy. Or just plain out Mom sometimes, always said sarcastically- That is for certain.

Irfam: They’re… Well… Irfam’s probably got some cheese done slid off his cracker. Garvin can’t tell if it’s a good type of crazy that Irfam has in store, or a bad kind. Either way, the dude’s funny at least. The two don’t talk much, but they can get along whenever they do. Though, honestly? Irfam can be a bit confusing, so as to avoid a headache Garvin normally doesn’t seek out any conversations from him. Designated nickname from Garvin to Irfam is Ram or Larry.

Elena: Elena's pretty cool. Her designated nickname from Garvin is probably Ana or Ellie or Nanny or something along those lines. He likes to pull pranks or joke around with her, force her to quit with the insane amount of work as much as possible. He's also prone to lying to her, her kindness being something that he just… Isn't used to. It confuses him, and anytime that anything negative pops up in his emotions, he deflects. Which means tons of lying, joking, and undermining.

Geneviève: Geneviève is… Well, her nickname is Genie, Gene, Gen, or Evie. She’s alright. She’s almost intimidating though, and he’s tried hiding from her before a few times. She honestly reminds him of Jinx, which sucks because Garvin does not enjoy remembering anyone that’s treated him kindly and actually cared about him. She’s cool, don’t get him wrong, he just can’t handle how she acts towards him. At least he can make fun of her height…

Darwin: Garvin loves to prank him and joke around with him. The two are definitely sarcastic with each other all the time. I feel like Garvin sees him slightly as a younger brother figure too, someone to protect and teach. He definitely gives this friend stealing pointers and showcases them by stealing from Darwin. As for nicknames? Darwin is Winnie or Blind(Diamonds for eyes would not be a good idea, why did you do that to yourself Winnie?) or Aaron. Discount version let's gooo. Garvin definitely doesn't understand the kindness that Darwin shows him though, and deflects as much as possible. Little brother ever needs help though and Garvin is immediately at his side, ain't no stopping him. Darwin’s also the one he knew the longest, so Garvin’s definitely attached and protective of his little brother.

Ananth:

Jayco:

Devery: Levy, Tin Can, Veve, Devy, Mars- Devery is fucking awesome man! Best piece of shit person ever! Dude, dude- Garvin fucking loves this man, regardless of how much of an ass he can be to people. He isn’t too over the top in kindness, doesn’t do everything in his power to make sure Garvin’s safe or cared about- He just fucking chills. He’s known Devy since he was, well… Either 16 or 17, he ain’t sure. But the man was chill then, and is still chill now. The two can joke around, complain, rant, vent, and argue without any worry about any of the words actually making a difference. It’s great.

Ash:

Devery’s Affiliations

Amos: He’s chill. Doesn’t bother him much, but is cool enough whenever they do talk with one another. Frankly though, stop yelling at him, Amos! Devy’s older than you by a whopping four fucking years, he can handle himself. He doesn’t need to be coddled, bitch. Ahem, well, he appreciates that Amos cares, at least.

Irfam: Eh, Irfam’s alright. Dude needs to take a chill pill, or fifty, but like- Not his place to judge, and they don’t interact much so… It’s whatever. Let the idiot do whatever they want, Levy supposes. It’s not hurting anyone, except maybe for Irfam himself, but people just have to learn the hard way sometimes. Maybe this is one of those times.

Elena: Elena's cool, Levy doesn't really get why she's so polite all the time. She needs to let loose, have some fun, throw a few back, you know? She needs to stop working so hard, everything can wait a few days. Honestly, come on now, it's not like much is going to change very soon anyways, there's time to just have some fun.

Geneviève: Gene’s cool, she lets him take her wine without permission so… Pretty good in his book. Of course, he realizes that she doesn’t exactly trust him. But, then again, he doesn’t really care too much. Besides, she still talks to him and tells him that he’s the only one she can have adult conversations with. Frankly, Genie needs to chill out more, shit talk people more, and let loose.

Garvin: Ah, his best friend. The two met when Levy was 21, and he took the, at the time, still teenager under his wings and told him to come by and crash whenever. Somewhere along the line, their friendship shifted into something akin to brothers-in-arms to besties and Devery knows just about everything about this man. It’s a two-way street too, Garvin knows everything about him too. Dev likes to get Garvin to unwind, chill out, and will provide his bestie with anything he needs to do so.

Darwin: Darwin's cool. Devery doesn't really mind him at all, he's alright. Great guy to chill around and joke with. Touch him and you're dead. Dude needs to just let loose though, who cares about some impulses? If people don't like them then that's their problem, Darwin shouldn't have to care or worry about people like that. Let loose, let go, sit back, let things play out however they play out, and just chill.

Guess who got really bored and decided to make a long, in-depth thing on their characters?
Me. It was me.
I do this impulsively anytime I get bored, you can ask Socrates, they've been spammed many times with shit like this, lmao-
Enjoy!
-
Amos

How does your character feel about their own physical appearance?

Well, appearance doesn't really matter, does it? Why should he pay attention to it other than to make sure he looks good enough to blend into the Everlong expectations?

How does your character react in social situations where they're forced to be around strangers? What about friends?

Amos is very calm in most social situations, they'll talk to anyone who wants to have a conversation with him. They're polite and kind, though he holds back.

With friends, Mos is more open and very protective.

Are they good at expressing their emotions or more stoic?

Very stoic. They don't want to burden others with his struggles when they have their own to deal with already.

When was the last time they cried?

Very recently, but no one was there to see it. No one ever is, it's intentional.

Where do they fall on the scale of introversion and extroversion?

Amos is definitely more on the extroverted side, though not full-blown. They like having conversations with people, but he will occasionally get a little drained after too much interaction.

What is their outlook on life like?

"Nothing about life is fair, no matter who you are you're going to be put down and hated on for some reason or another. It's sad, but the only way anything will get better is if we make it better. That's my goal here."

Do they have a life philosophy?

"Protect those who need it and work to be the best version of yourself, even after you get knocked down. Get back up and keep going. Nothing will ever get better until you start trying."

What is their alignment (ie. Good, true neutral, chaotic evil)?

Chaotic Good

Do they have certain words or phrases they use frequently? (ie. "Hmmm. Fuck.")

Not really.

How do they handle stress?

With a calm outer appearance and thoughtfulness for those around them. He'll break down when they're alone.

Where do they like to go to unwind?

Probably somewhere quiet or with close friends or some of his adopted children.

How adaptable are they to new situations?

Very. Amos can examine a situation quickly and adjust to it well.

When was the last time they told a lie? Do they have a bad opinion of liars?

They're constantly lying. As long as the lie is told for a just reason, it's fine.

Do they make promises? Have they ever broken a promise?

Occasionally, but not often. Yes, he has, and they don't regret it either. It saved a life.

What annoying or bad habits do they have?

Amos is very stubborn. They tend to assume that they're right and block out other opinions-

Are they prejudiced towards certain groups of people?

Not really. you have to know someone to really hate them, right?

What's their sense of humor like?

Very sarcastic and a little snarky.

What makes them sad? *cue the sad puppy commercials*

Seeing the people he cares about hurt.

What gets on their nerves?

Anyone who dares lay a hand on their children or friends. Also, Everlong and its rules.

What things do they like or obsess over?

Protecting the people they love. Getting things done.

What's the thing (physical or abstract) they want more than anything else?

Physical: A fucking blanket, Amos is always fucking cold, please, someone, get them a blanket or something that he can carry around!

Abstract: He wants to see those he loves free and happy.

When was their first kiss?

That question isn't really relevant, is it? It's embarrassing-

How did their first relationship end?

They've never been in a real relationship, just a short-term one, and it ended with a neutral agreement that it wasn't going to work. No hard feelings.

Have they ever been in love?

Nope. Not yet.

Have they ever had their heart broken?

Yes. Not by romance, though... We won't talk about this just yet though.

How do they flirt?

Mos isn't too good at flirting, despite being a stubborn, over-protective parent, they kinda just become a blushy mess when they're hit on... And then he pretends like they don't care and nothing ever happend-

How do they display affection differently to their friends, families, and romantic interests?

With friends and family (adopted family, the exiled and shadowed, that is... His real family is complicated.) Amos is very overprotective, generous, and kind. He'll do anything to keep them safe and happy. For romantic interests, it's the same thing but with added panic over how to make the other person like him.

Do they get jealous?

No, not really, just protective.

How do they react to rejection?

He'll shrug it off, act respectfully, and then break down later.

How do they react if someone they aren't particularly interested in expresses interest in them?

Amos would try to let them down gently, but also be completely honest about their feelings. It's better than giving them hope.

How confident are they (with relationships or otherwise?)

In relationships, Mos is not very confident at all, otherwise though, pretty confident.

Are they forgiving or do they hold grudges?

More forgiving... Unless you hurt someone they care about. In that case, he'll tear you apart.

Do they believe in redemption?

Depends. Who are we talking about, and what did they do?

What's their reputation like? Is it different in different circles? Do they like their reputation or would they like to be perceived differently?

In Everlong, Amos has a very positive reputation for being smart and well-educated. They're respected among the people and are often a role-model for younger perfects. Within the Exiled group, Amos has basically adopted everyone and painted himself as a father figure, protector, and also an opinionated person of the rebellion.

Amos doesn't mind his reputation, he wouldn't change it if he could. Except maybe the overly opinionated part.

Do they like to think on their feet or plan ahead?

Typically, Amos plans ahead, but there are always things that go wrong, so he adapts quickly in those situations as well.

Do they struggle with impulsiveness?

No, unless someone hurts those they care about.

Do they have any nervous ticks?

Not noticeable ones.

What are their most positive and negative character traits? What about their most prominent character traits?

Positive: Kind

Negative: Over-protective

Prominent: Intelligent

Do they have any regrets in life? What do they feel most guilty about?

Everyone does.

That's... not something they want to go into.

What achievement are they most proud of?

Uhh, does adopting a bunch of outcasts count>?

What is their first memory?

... Let's not.

Their fondest memory?

Hmm, maybe when Darwin first accepted the fact that Amos was going to adopt him.

Their worst memory?

No. We are not doing this.

What smells remind them of the past?

... Okay, you can have this one. Fine.

- Alcohol
- Rotting wood
- Old books
- Blood

What's the most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen?

Hmmm, the smiling faces of their kiddos.

What are their greatest fears, both physical and abstract?

Amos's worst fear is definitely losing those he cares about. They've lost people before, and it scares him to even think about it happening again. He hates the idea of those they love going through anything painful, and it's especially bad when they threaten to leave him behind. They're also terrified of sudden loud noises and overly tight dark spaces. This is mostly due to trauma.

What are their goals or ambitions?

Really, just bring down Everlong and give his family a better life.

Do they have a fatal weakness?

Mostly just their mental illnesses. Oh, also, his attachment to people.

How do they react to criticism, praise, or other judgments cast on them?

Criticism is received kindly, Amos doesn't mind being told what they can do better (though this doesn't mean he'll always implement it.). Praise is always awesome, they appreciate it a lot. For judgment, though, Amos just ignores it completely. They don't care.

Are they competitive? How so?

Sure, sometimes, but not super. It's always good to be a little ahead, but they won't get mad if he loses.

Has anyone ever saved their life?

Only self-control.

What things are they very opinionated about?

How people should be treated mostly.

How do they respond to threats and conflict?

Their first instinct is always to protect those he cares about.

Are they trusting of strangers? What about friends?

No.

Sometimes, when they know them really well.

How do they defend themselves weapon-wise?

A dagger usually, or throwing knives. They aren't bad with a sword, but they suck with a bow.

Do they have any special skills or training?

Nope.

What causes, people, or ideas, would they put their lives on the line for?

Anyone they care about. Destroying Everlong's hierarchy.

How do they treat their hierarchical superiors/inferiors?

Ha. Superiors. Everyone is equal, everyone is human. Therefore, everyone should be given the same respect and kindness.

If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be?

Their trauma.

Do they have family? If so, what is the nature of their relationship and how do they feel about their family members?

Haha, you're funny, thinking you could get any information about them. As if.

How do they treat their friends?

With the respect and kindness they deserve, obviously. And also, they're over-protective. Obviously.

Do they have a nemesis? How have they made enemies in the past?

Uhhh, does the queen count? And their dad? And mom?

Mostly just by being stubborn and fighting back.

What kind of people do they get along with naturally? What unlikely people do they count as allies?

Pretty much anyone. Well, except for the people that actually agree with Everlong. Uhhhh, no one?

What was your character's background like? How have they developed personality-wise from childhood?

Hahahaha.... ehhhh *sobs in trauma*

What is the worst thing they've done to someone they loved? What about an enemy?

To someone they loved... let them die

To an enemy, killed them

What's their personal moral code?

"Do what you have to to protect those you love. Even if that means killing someone else or sacrificing yourself."

Were they ever bullied (or have they bullied others?)

No (well, kinda) and no.

If they could travel back in time, what event would they alter?

Just one?

...

*insert more trauma*

What would they ask a fortune-teller?

"Are all of my friends happy and healthy? Do I manage to protect them all?"

What advice would they give their younger self?

"Keep going for other people, even though it hurts. There are people that will rely on you. Do it for them, even if you can't do it for yourself."

What do they love to hate?

Everlong.

Where do they go when they’re angry?

Somewhere away from people to let off steam.

What is their current occupation? And do they like their job?

Shadow Perfect. Yes and no. It's a bit hard, but it'll be worth it.

What are some of their past jobs?

None.

Do they have a talent?

Lying, if that counts. Socializing and writing.

What is their educational background? Are they more intelligent than average?

They have a good education, having grown up in Everlong. Compared to other people in the kingdom, Amos is about average, maybe a little above.

What's their ideal life that they would be happy living?

As long as those they love are happy and healthy, so is he.

What possessions do they use daily?

The normal stuff?

What possessions do they value?

An old drawing from their brother before... things happened.

Do they believe in the afterlife?

They can't bring themselves not to. For personal reasons.

What are their religious views?

He's not really sure.

How would they like to die?

Surrounded by those they love.

What is their zodiac sign? Enneagram sign?

Zodiac: Cancer (June 15th)

Enneagram: Two (Helper/Supporter)

What are their eating habits?

Amos is a bit of a foodie, but they're careful not to overeat and stay healthy.

What's their living space like?

Organized and well taken care of, mostly.

Do they like to party? *tunes lute*

Sure, as long as it is responsible.

Ale or wine (or water)?

Wine, but only occasionally, and never too much, they hate being out of control.

Yay, more unnecessary information on my characters! XD
Enjoy a lot of Dolion looking up to and loving his brother because the two are wholesome :)
-

Dolion

How does your character feel about their own physical appearance?

It's... fine? Does it really matter?

How does your character react in social situations where they're forced to be around strangers? What about friends?

Social situations are the worst. Dolion sucks at them in every way possible. He tries to be polite enough, but he often ends up messing up his words as he tries to figure out how the hell to talk about what he wants to. Sure, he can read others extremely well, but that doesn't mean he's good at putting his thoughts into words.

For friends? Well, his brother is his only real friend at the moment, but Dolion will do just about anything for him. He's very loyal and will often know what Tatsuya needs without him saying anything. He's also always happy to listen to rants and things, as well as occasional friendly banter.

Are they good at expressing their emotions or more stoic?

Stoic. Extremely stoic, at least with most people. He doesn't mind showing his emotions to his brother because he trusts him enough.

When was the last time they cried?

Ummm, probably recently.

Where do they fall on the scale of introversion and extroversion?

Introvert. Oh, you didn't catch that? INTROVERT!

The most introverted a person can be.

What is their outlook on life like?

In short, it's mostly shit. It's short and unfair, people are constantly getting disappointed and hurt. It sucks, but there are a few good things.

Do they have a life philosophy?

"Philosophy? Ummm, I don't know. Do you want me to say Hakuna Matata or some shit, because I don't really believe any of that. Just do what you have to, I guess."

What is their alignment (ie. Good, true neutral, chaotic evil)?

Neutral good

Do they have certain words or phrases they use frequently? (ie. "Hmmm. Fuck.")

Not really.

How do they handle stress?

He'll go outside to the gardens and try to focus on breathing. If it's really bad, he'll seek help from his brother. If he doesn't catch it quick enough, he'll most likely end up with a panic attack.

Where do they like to go to unwind?

Outside.

How adaptable are they to new situations?

Relatively adaptable. He's not the best at it, sudden uncomfortable situations kinda freak him out, but once he calms down and assesses everything, he should be alright.

When was the last time they told a lie? Do they have a bad opinion of liars?

He tells lies a lot, mostly to his sister and mother. No, he doesn't really have a bad opinion of liars. Usually, if someone's lying, they've got a good reason.

Do they make promises? Have they ever broken a promise?

No and no. Promises are too risky.

What annoying or bad habits do they have?

He fidgets a lot with his hands, other than that, not many noticeable ones.

Are they prejudiced towards certain groups of people?

Not really.

What's their sense of humor like?

Uhhhh, teasing, mostly.

What makes them sad? *cue the sad puppy commercials*

Seeing children start to recognize the world for what it is, seeing people hurt, Everlong and its rules

What gets on their nerves?

Seeing mistreatment of people. Other than that though, not much. Dolion isn't easily annoyed.

What things do they like or obsess over?

Obsess over? Nothing really, isn't that just unhealthy?

What's the thing (physical or abstract) they want more than anything else?

Physical: This might sound stupid, but he really wants a cat

Abstract: To feel loved and be free of so much expectation

When was their first kiss?

It never happened.

How did their first relationship end?

Never had a relationship-

Have they ever been in love?

No, not in the slightest

Have they ever had their heart broken?

Kinda?

How do they flirt?

HA, you think DOLION of all people can flirt?!

How do they display affection differently to their friends, families, and romantic interests?

Physical affection. He's extremely clingy to those he cares about. Also, he's very loyal, protective, and always willing to listen.

Do they get jealous?

No, what's the point of jealousy? It's stupid really, if you don't trust a person enough then don't be with them, and don't obsess over things you don't have, it'll only ever hurt you and your relationships.

How do they react to rejection?

Calmly and without much emotion. He'll go rant to Suya later.

How do they react if someone they aren't particularly interested in expresses interest in them?

*Nervous breakdown*

How confident are they (with relationships or otherwise?)

What is confidence? Lol

Are they forgiving or do they hold grudges?

Depends on the situation.

Do they believe in redemption?

Sure... mostly.

What's their reputation like? Is it different in different circles? Do they like their reputation or would they like to be perceived differently?

To literally everyone by Tatsuya and maybe Kiano, Dolion is seen as cold and distant. Most people are either confused by, scared of, or just don't like him.

Do they like to think on their feet or plan ahead?

Plan ahead. Always

Do they struggle with impulsiveness?

Nonono, the complete opposite. He overthinks everything.

Do they have any nervous ticks?

Hand fidgeting mostly.

What are their most positive and negative character traits? What about their most prominent character traits?

Positive: Observant

Negative: Anxious

Prominent: Intelligent

Do they have any regrets in life? What do they feel most guilty about?

Of course. He's most guilty about not standing up to his mother sooner

What achievement are they most proud of?

No?

What is their first memory?

Uhhhhh, unsure

Their fondest memory?

Probably sitting in the garden with a book

Their worst memory?

Watching a kid get exiled for no logical reason and seeing the fear and confusion on their face.

What smells remind them of the past?

Flowers, fresh bread, rain, and new books

What's the most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen?

The sun rising and setting on the horizon, making the garden fountain turn different colors while fog rolled over the ground, making everything mysterious and beautiful,

What are their greatest fears, both physical and abstract?

Dolion has many fears (thanks anxiety-), but some of his main include large crowds of people. Large groups make him self-conscious and nervous. He starts to feel like he can't breathe and like he's going to get trampled by the crowds. Another of his largest fears is claustrophobia. For pretty much the same reason as large crowds, he feels trapped.

What are their goals or ambitions?

To fix the kingdom of Everlong and make it a better place.

Do they have a fatal weakness?

Anxietyyy

How do they react to criticism, praise, or other judgments cast on them?

He doesn't really give a fuck unless it's from Suya. In that case, he'll accept it all and listen to get better.

Are they competitive? How so?

Nope. Not remotely.

Has anyone ever saved their life?

Tatsuya has, mostly just by being there for him. Not that Suya knows that, Dolion won't worry him with that info.

What things are they very opinionated about?

Basic fucking human rights

How do they respond to threats and conflict?

He'll assess the situation to the best of his ability and try to work it out a good solution, and then, if he can't, he'll just panic.

Are they trusting of strangers? What about friends?

No. Only Suya.

How do they defend themselves weapon-wise?

He's good with knives and bows, really any long-range weapons. Not swords though. Tatsuya tried to teach him once and it didn't end well. He has practically no physical strength-

Do they have any special skills or training?

Not unless you count that one lesson with Tatsuya.

What causes, people, or ideas, would they put their lives on the line for?

His brother and human rights and equality.

How do they treat their hierarchical superiors/inferiors?

No one is really superior though, are they? They've just got a bigger ego and louder mouth. Everyone should just respect everyone else and things would be much easier.

If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be?

His anxiety

Do they have family? If so, what is the nature of their relationship and how do they feel about their family members?

Tatsuya: His brother and best friend. Dolion looks up to him a lot and they get along really well.

The queen and princess: Yeah, Dolion doesn't like either very much. They both treat people badly and pretend they're superior.

How do they treat their friends?

Kinda already said it, but with lots of clinginess, willingness to listen, loyalty, and over-protectiveness.

Do they have a nemesis? How have they made enemies in the past?

No, and he never really had enemies, sooo

What kind of people do they get along with naturally? What unlikely people do they count as allies?

No one and everyone? It's complicated.

What was your character's background like? How have they developed personality-wise from childhood?

He grew up in a castle watching people suffer and the bias of his mother. He recognized society's flaws pretty quickly.

What is the worst thing they've done to someone they loved? What about an enemy?

Nothing... yet

What's their personal moral code?

"Everyone's human. Treat them that way."

Were they ever bullied (or have they bullied others?)

No and no.

If they could travel back in time, what event would they alter?

How far back in time are we talking? Could he prevent Everlong from every happening?

What would they ask a fortune-teller?

"Is Tatsuya proud of me in the future, and is Everlong finally fallen?"

What advice would they give their younger self?

"Stick up for others, even when they won't do it for you. If you don't act, it'll take a long time for anything to move forward in the way you want. Oh, and trust Suya, he'll always be there for you, so talk to him and return the favor."

What do they love to hate?

Everlong

Where do they go when they’re angry?

Go outside and hide from people-

What is their current occupation? And do they like their job?

Uhhhh, prince?

What are some of their past jobs?

PrInCe?

Do they have a talent?

Understanding people, if that counts.

What is their educational background? Are they more intelligent than average?

He was raised with many tutors, like all the royals. He's above-average intelligence.

What's their ideal life that they would be happy living?

Anywhere that everyone is treated well

What possessions do they use daily?

The normal stuff, really.

What possessions do they value?

Uhhhh, he likes his necklace.

Do they believe in the afterlife?

Not really.

What are their religious views?

He doesn't really believe anything if he's honest.

How would they like to die?

Somewhere quiet, preferably outside.

Zodiac: Leo (August 10th)

Enneagram: Five (Investigator/Observer)

What are their eating habits?

Uh, mostly healthy and pretty normal.

What's their living space like?

Very organized and clean.

Do they like to party? *tunes lute*

Biggest NO ever.

Ale or wine (or water)?

Water.

|~| Irfam |~|

How does your character feel about their own physical appearance?

Oooh boy. A lot to unpack here. Uhm… Hm… Consciously, Irfam doesn’t really like it. They don’t feel comfortable with a lot of how they look nowadays. It sucks, but they can’t fix it. And they know they can’t fix it, so they think they’ve adapted pretty well to it. Subconsciously though? They are disgusted, they are disfigured and sickening. They hate it. Appearance alone is enough to make them hate everything about themself. Pretty big denial about hating it though, which is obvious by the conscious thought.

How does your character react in social situations where they're forced to be around strangers? What about friends?

Strangers? He tries to hold back some of his eccentric personality, usually to less avail than he’d prefer, but he still tries to be social, unless it’s obvious no one wants him there. Friends? He doesn’t reign in his eccentricity as much, though still tries somewhat, and will definitely rant about anything and everything unless they show even the slightest hint of not wanting to hear it/listen to it/be around him.

Are they good at expressing their emotions or more stoic?

Uhm… That’s a hard one. They’re great at expressing positive emotions! They try not to bring anyone down by being upset or negative though. They aren’t exactly stoic though. They’re very emotional, very loud, and very expressive. They just don’t express negatives often. That isn’t what people want to see, after all. Especially in Everlong.

When was the last time they cried?

Ooookay. Let’s think. Hmmmm. Is it right to say that it’s been a year or three? Or was it more recent? Hm… Probably more recent, honestly. He tries not to, but if he accidentally caught sight of a mirror in the last month… Well, who can blame him?

Where do they fall on the scale of introversion and extroversion?

Hehe. Either 100% introvert or 100% extrovert, there’s no inbetween. Some days, they’ll be talking and talking to anyone and everyone about anything and everything. Others? They’ll be hiding out in their room unwilling to come out at all. Even for food.

What is their outlook on life like?

Life is something beautiful, something amazing, and something almost completely left in the realm of the unknown and undiscovered. There’s still so much people don’t know, and if it takes a few explosions to figure that stuff out? To truly learn and see how wonderful this world can be? Well, not like there’s much left for a fire to take off of me, right?

Do they have a life philosophy?

You gotta be able to make sacrifices. If something requires blowing someone up and you may get caught in the explosion? You don’t have time to think, you just have to do it. And hey! You may survive! Who knows?

What is their alignment (ie. Good, true neutral, chaotic evil)?

Most certainly Chaotic Good. They aren’t afraid to blow something up for the people they care about.

Do they have certain words or phrases they use frequently? (ie. "Hmmm. Fuck.")

Just stoppers like ‘Uhm’ or ‘Uh’ or ‘Um’. Otherwise, not particularly.

How do they handle stress?

Ignore it, deny it, shove it aside, and keep on going. Way too much to do to let himself take a rest, way too many explosions to plan too.

Where do they like to go to unwind?

Somewhere they can blow things up. Bombs are really soothing, believe it or not. Or just their room, which also works as somewhere to blow things up at.

How adaptable are they to new situations?

Irfam is actually very adaptable in new situations. As long as one thing can be connected to a different experience, he can figure it out.

When was the last time they told a lie? Do they have a bad opinion of liars?

Hm… Well, technically, they’re constantly lying in order to be in Everlong. But that lie is for a good reason! But, then again, Irfam also just lies sometimes on accident about random things too. Either way, they don’t have a very good opinion on liars, but if the lie is for a reason that makes sense? They’ll move on along.

Do they make promises? Have they ever broken a promise?

Yes and yes. Irfam will make promises and try to keep them as much as possible. Promises that he’s broken though are ones that eat at him. He does not like breaking promises.

What annoying or bad habits do they have?

Oooo boyyyy. Tons. So many. Irfam doesn’t take care of themself, they’re very self-sabotaging, and self-destructive. Also just them talking, they’ve been told they can be very annoying just by talking. And ranting. And getting hyper-fixated on things. Like explosions. And covering every mirror or reflective surface they own so they have no idea what they look like most of the time. We could keep going but uh, you get the point.

Are they prejudiced towards certain groups of people?

Uhm… Not really? Maybe the Queen herself? But even then… Maybe she’s just hurting? Irfam doesn’t know.

What's their sense of humor like?

Broken. Really, really broken. A mix of slapstick, dark, sarcastic, snarky, and some humor that only they tend to understand.

What makes them sad? *cue the sad puppy commercials*

Okay, uhm. Seeing people sad, seeing people hurt, seeing people suffering, seeing people struggling- Just, anything negative happening to other people. Friends especially, and even more especially if it’s those friend’s own doing.

What gets on their nerves?

Themself(everything about themself), laws that get in the way of science, mistreatment of other people, and hmm… Ah, right, friends not taking care of themselves.

What things do they like or obsess over?

Science, explosions, information, creating things, engineering, inventing, random trivia. He’s all over the place.

What's the thing (physical or abstract) they want more than anything else?

Physical: Fix their… Everything. Please. They can’t deal with this (disgusting, nauseating, repulsive, disfigured, grotesque-) appearance they have now.

Abstract: He wants those he cares about to be okay, happy, safe- You know, all that good stuff.

When was their first kiss?

Uhm… Irfam remembers one, but they aren’t sure it actually happened… They hope it didn’t.

How did their first relationship end?

He has never been in one, that much Irfam knows is certain.

Have they ever been in love?

No. Irfam hasn’t ever really paid attention to any of that stuff either though.

Have they ever had their heart broken?

Not romantically!… A few different ways though, yes. Definitely yes.

How do they flirt?

Flirting? Ha! As if they could possibly flirt with anything other than science puns! They still suck at it.

How do they display affection differently to their friends, families, and romantic interests?

Irfam is clingy. He’ll be the first to admit. Hugs, half hugs, just being in their personal space… Also taking care of them anyway he can though. If he notices they aren’t taking care of themselves, he will drop everything to help. If he sees that one of them has a problem(ie, Darwin’s one arm), he’ll try to fix it for them somehow.

Do they get jealous?

…Yes. Unfortunately, they do get jealous. They know, they know! It’s bad to compare and get jealous and obsess over what others have that they don’t! But- But- They used to have some of that stuff! Is it really so bad that they want it back? They want a normal face- They want friends, and real ones not ones that are only friends with them because they pity them- They want to be able to walk around without carrying a cane- They want to not have to wear a mask all the time- They want to be able to look in a mirror without punching it or throwing up or crying or all three- Why do other people get to enjoy life?! Why can’t they?! Did they really mess up that badly to deserve this?!

How do they react to rejection?

Depends. What kind of rejection? Did he fail to notice signs of it earlier? At the first hint of rejection, Irfam excuses himself and avoids that person as much as possible. If he somehow managed to miss any and all hints? Yeah, he’s not going to take it lightly. He’ll act respectful, shrug it off in front of everyone- He’s totally questioning reality though.

How do they react if someone they aren't particularly interested in expresses interest in them?

Time to question reality! How the fuck does anyone like them? Irfam may end up convincing themself that they also like them and end up in that scenario somehow, or they may end up thinking it’s a joke and try laughing. Either way, the outcome probably isn’t nice for anyone.

How confident are they (with relationships or otherwise?)

Relationships? Haha, kill him now. He has no confidence, whatsoever. Otherwise? Fluctuates. A lot. All the time. In relation to reality? Is there such a thing as confidence that goes into the negatives?

Are they forgiving or do they hold grudges?

Both. For themself? Haha, grudges for life. Other people though? You could kill someone and they’ll most likely forgive you as long as you have a good reason for it.

Do they believe in redemption?

Oh most definitely. For everyone except for himself. He does something wrong? That’s it, that’s his only chance. Basically anyone else though? Here’s fifty chances, hope you’re doing alright, have a good life.

What's their reputation like? Is it different in different circles? Do they like their reputation or would they like to be perceived differently?

Oooooh boyyyy.

In Everlong? Irfam is definitely seen as eccentric, just barely normal enough in terms of personality to not be kicked out. Their intelligence makes up for the rest, apparently. Most people in Everlong still don’t like them though, seeing them as a stain or smear on Everlong’s greatness. They can’t help but agree. Within the Exiled though? Definitely still eccentric, weird, and odd. Their intelligence also isn’t in question. A bit much, to some, sure, but they make sure to avoid those people so as to not make them uncomfortable. They’re also seen as generous, kind, and helpful, Irfam’s pretty sure the group mostly just puts up with them because they have to though…

Do they like to think on their feet or plan ahead?

Both..? Kinda… Irfam likes to have plans, is paranoid enough to have tons of plans for basically every situation- He just… Ends up never using them. He tends to think on his feet, even though he has plans for everything. Call him reckless, he usually still follows his plans somewhat. He has them drilled into his mind at this point to make sure that he has the best chance in any situation regardless of how much he actually follows the full thing.

Do they struggle with impulsiveness?

Oh most certainly. You are looking at the king of having no impulse control. They want to blow something up, chances are that they’ll blow something up. Anytime they aren’t doing something impulsively though, they’re overthinking and self-criticizing and just overall bullying themself.

Do they have any nervous ticks?

Hand fidgeting, feet fidgeting(when sitting down), taking out a spare wire he keeps on him and just messing with it, biting his lip, biting his fingernails(the mask makes that harder though so it doesn’t happen much nowadays), scratching the back of his neck, scratching his head, frantically looking around a room for no reason, bouncing in a seat, tapping his feet, mumbling to himself about random things, and probably a ton more.

What are their most positive and negative character traits? What about their most prominent character traits?

Positive: Empathetic.

Negative: Self-Destructive/Self-Sacrificial.

Prominent: Intelligent.

Do they have any regrets in life? What do they feel most guilty about?

Irfam regrets a ton of stuff. He has so many regrets. Just an insane amount of regrets. Let’s not get into what he feels most guilty about though, too hard of a choice…

What achievement are they most proud of?

Uhm… All of their inventions and scientific discoveries? Adopting Agnar?

What is their first memory?

Unsure. What constitutes something as a first memory? The first he remembers perfectly? The first he remembers at all? The first that adds substantial value to his character/person?

Their fondest memory?

When they adopted Agnar! Easiest question ever!

Their worst memory?

Too many options. He can’t choose. There are way too many options. He doesn’t want to think about any of them either.

What smells remind them of the past?

-Acid.

-Blood.

-Different Types of Smoke.

-Paper.

-Ink.

-Rust.

-Different Types of Fires.

-Alcohol.

And some other things that they do not want to get into right now.

What's the most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen?

Everything that isn’t himself. Beauty is subjective, and he can’t find it in himself to pick something as most beautiful. After all, the answer could change depending on different factors or categories. Always though, he is never the answer. Never will be the answer, especially now.

What are their greatest fears, both physical and abstract?

Ah. Fears. Great. Irfam has a ton of fears, some bigger than others. For main ones, they’re terrified of being abandoned, of being left behind by those they care about(it’s better for Irfam to leave on their own). They also are terrified of mirrors nowadays, of seeing their reflection, or of just being without their mask. They’re terrified of being found out by Everlong. And they are especially terrified that nothing they know is real, that reality is fake, or that someone has lied to them to make them believe one thing about reality when another thing is actually true. Oh, and large crowds, crowds are horrifying to be in. And those they care about dying or getting hurt. Oh, and of trauma repeating itself. Ughh, there’s too much that they’re terrified of.

What are their goals or ambitions?

Irfam actually has a ton of goals. Fix the kingdom of Everlong, allow his child Agnar to have a better/happier life, make Darwin a working arm, help anyone and everyone he possibly can, and make plenty of scientific discoveries and inventions.

Do they have a fatal weakness?

Haha. Yes. Multiple, honestly. Their paranoia, their insomnia, their terrible immune system, their workaholic tendencies, their self-destructive behaviors, how selfless they are, how absent-minded they are, their recklessness, their impulsiveness, their anxiety, their hallucinations, their delusions, their extreme curiosity, and so many other things too.

How do they react to criticism, praise, or other judgments cast on them?

Badly. For all of those. Criticism makes him feel small, though he won’t mention it to others. Praise makes him feel like it’s only a matter of time before they take it back or that they’re only giving it out of pity. And other judgements? Depends, usually similar to praise and/or criticism though.

Are they competitive? How so?

Yes and no. It depends on what it is and if they have strong enough opinions/feelings on it. Or enough information on it.

Has anyone ever saved their life?

…More often than Irfam would like to admit… Far more often than he would like to admit… Causing and being in explosions can cause that.

What things are they very opinionated about?

Science! Explosions! The unknown! Their appearance… Oh, and basic human rights.

How do they respond to threats and conflict?

It changes from conflict to conflict and threat to threats He almost never responds to conflict the same way twice. Mostly because of his lack of impulse control.

Are they trusting of strangers? What about friends?

Yes and no? To both? They’re usually paranoid and prepare (as much as they possibly can as Irfam) for worst case scenarios. They also trust most people to not be a worst case scenario though. Well, you know, in theory. Even when they trust someone though, they still prepare for worst case scenarios. And even if they don’t trust someone at all, they’ll still listen to what they have to say and may end up believing whatever the person had to say.

How do they defend themselves weapon-wise?

Bombs? Their cane? Just being overly eccentric and unpredictable? Bombs are best though, those are the most fun.

Do they have any special skills or training?

Uhm… Actually- Yes! They do! In making bombs! And defusing them, technically. But mostly making them! And just inventing, engineering, and science in general, I suppose. Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, you name it!

What causes, people, or ideas, would they put their lives on the line for?

Everyone he cares about, getting rid of the Everlong hierarchy, and uhm… This is going to seem stupid but convincing people that the unknown isn’t scary and is actually a beautiful thing. And that explosions are actually awesome and totally way more helpful than people think!

How do they treat their hierarchical superiors/inferiors?

Uhm… Well, Irfam tries to treat them with respect, everyone deserves it and all(except for them). But uh, either way, they aren’t sure how well they succeed in that…

If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be?

Only one thing..? Um… He isn’t sure… There’s a lot he wants to change… His appearance, his entire personality, his trauma, his everything. He doesn’t want any of it. He hates all of it. Just one thing though..? Maybe his inability to accept that these traits are just what he’s stuck with now… He doesn’t know… There’s too much…

Do they have family? If so, what is the nature of their relationship and how do they feel about their family members?

Uhm, none alive. Except for Agnar!!! And Agnar is awesome, just the best. So cool. Agh! They’re so proud of him!!’

How do they treat their friends?

Clinginess, being overbearing, generosity, kindness, friendliness, loyalty, and just being there for them in any way that he possibly can! Unless they don’t want him to be! Then he’ll leave them alone!

Do they have a nemesis? How have they made enemies in the past?

Uhm… Maybe..? They hope not… They can’t remember… They don’t know… Maybe the Queen..? Irfam doesn’t know… They wouldn’t be surprised though…

What kind of people do they get along with naturally? What unlikely people do they count as allies?

He has no idea. Everyone’s unlikely, he supposes. Irfam doesn’t know how any of them tolerate him. At all.

What was your character's background like? How have they developed personality-wise from childhood?

Let’s not talk about all of that. Irfam would rather prefer not to question everything they know today, surely you understand.

What is the worst thing they've done to someone they loved? What about an enemy?

Ooh, haha, it’s the same answer for both! Yay! :D

Killed them. Or, well, blown them up, more accurately.

What's their personal moral code?

Let’s blow things up for science! Oh, right, and remember to protect the people you care about, regardless of the consequences to yourself. Haha, I totally didn’t forget that for a moment there…

Also…

Being unpredictable can be good! Don’t let your enemies know what to expect out of you! They think you’re about to blow them up? Stab them instead! That works just as well as a bomb usually!

Were they ever bullied (or have they bullied others?)

Well… It depends on who you ask, Irfam doesn’t know anymore. The whole thing is confusing… But he knows he hasn’t ever bullied anyone at least!

If they could travel back in time, what event would they alter?

Uhm… Again, way too many options… They probably just wouldn’t travel back in time, too many variables and too many options. If they did end up going back in time, maybe whatever event hurt Agnar most..?

What would they ask a fortune-teller?

Is everyone okay? Did they do it? Is everyone happier without me? How many explosions did it take to finally put me down permanently?

What advice would they give their younger self?

Along with a list of equations to always quadruple check? “Invest in a cane, go outside more, get some sleep, remember self-care, and uhm… I’m sorry for everything that happens in advance… Hopefully you have a better chance now than what I had… Hehe…

What do they love to hate?

Uhm, Everlong..? Don’t get him wrong, the scenery is beautiful! The majority of people there need some work though…

Where do they go when they’re angry?

Either to somewhere crowded so they can shove down their anger and pretend it doesn’t exist, or their room in order to hide and shove away the world and pretend that it doesn’t exist. Or somewhere to just cause a few explosions.

What is their current occupation? And do they like their job?

Shadow Perfect. It’s a lot but… Irfam definitely doesn’t mind it, just means there’s less time in the day for him to question everything he knows. Plus, he got to adopt Agnar so… Yeah! Definitely awesome! Technically he’s also an inventor, scientist, engineer right now too… He definitely loves those jobs.

What are some of their past jobs?

None that Irfam can actually remember. They don’t think they ever had any… (No. We are not getting into this.)

Do they have any talents?

Does causing and surviving explosions count? Inventing, science, and engineering…

What is their educational background? Are they more intelligent than average?

Having grown up in Everlong, they have quite a good educational background. Compared to others in the kingdom? Irfam is quite above-average. In fact, they’re recognized as one of the top minds within Everlong.

What's their ideal life that they would be happy living?

…One where he just isn’t himself… One where he doesn’t look like this… One where he doesn’t act like this… One where he doesn’t have these problems… And just one where those he cares about are all happy, and safe, and okay.

What possessions do they use daily?

Mostly their mask, goggles, gloves, and all of their tools they use for work.

What possessions do they value?

His mask, goggles, cane, gloves, anything that covers as much skin as possible, and anything that can cover up reflective surfaces/mirrors.

Do they believe in the afterlife?

Ehh… Irfam knows that there’s something after death, not like they have any idea as to what it is.

What are their religious views?

He doesn’t have any. Not that he’ll ever admit that out loud.

How would they like to die?

Honestly? Saving those they care about, probably in an explosion. Those are just too pretty not to die in, plus- It’d be too ironic if an explosion doesn’t end up killing them at this point.

What is their zodiac sign? Enneagram sign?

Zodiac: Taurus-Gemini Cusp. (May 20th.)

Enneagram: 2w1. (The Companion.)

What are their eating habits?

Anything liquid tends to be both easier and worse for them, both because of trauma. They also just don’t tend to eat much nowadays. Whether this is because they can’t handle not having their mask off long enough, some other trauma, not having time due to work, or some other reason… They just don’t tend to eat unless absolutely necessary at this point.

What's their living space like?

Messy, disorganized, with plenty of marks from fires and explosions. And every mirror and reflective surface is covered up, unless Agnar is coming over- Then there’s one mirror that isn’t covered for if Agnar needs it. He still knows where almost everything is.

Do they like to party? *tunes lute*

Hm… Yes and no. It depends. Sometimes. How much work do they have to do? How bad has their entire existence been recently compared to the average? You know, the normal questions one has to ask.

Ale or wine (or water)?

Depends on his mood and how he’s been doing recently. Technically, he isn’t supposed to drink anything alcoholic, ever. It makes him even more prone to hallucinations and impulsive decisions and all that jazz. At the same time… When has he ever taken that into consideration? If he’s doing terrible and just can’t deal with it all, yeah, he’ll take a drink. If his friends are wanting to go get a drink and he doesn’t have any work to do? Then sure, why not? He’ll join. He does prefer water when it comes to taste or just in general though. So, there is that.
