Alyssia

In Reyes's eyes, they're like two peas in a pod. It'd probably be a bit before Reyes were to warm up to her simply because they're both pretty reserved. She would definitely take notice of her collectedness and even admire her for it. Alyssia would seem like someone who is deserving of respect, so I couldn't see Reyes clashing with her, in fact, I could see Reyes eventually trying to form a friendship with her.

Ava

Reyes would 100% clash with Ava. Reyes is not the most collected, so it'd only be a matter of time before Ava gets on her nerves. The two would be at each other's throats constantly. I can already see Reyes giving Ava glares from across the room. After an argument, you would find Reyes stooping to venomous remarks to match that of Ava's, or, on a rarer occasion, you would see her distancing herself from Ava. Either way, Reyes would hate her guts.

Roxanne

Intimidating.

Right off the bat, Roxanne gives off I'll-kick-your-ass-the-moment-you-cross-me vibes. Reyes would definitely be intimidated, which would make it harder for her to approach Roxanne. While she would admire most of her morals, Reyes wouldn't stand her ability to leave someone for dead even if they pissed her off. This is someone that Reyes would be wary of and have a sense of untrustworthiness towards.

Aurora

Reyes would find Aurora to be adorable. Plain as that. She's never had a younger sister, so she would treat Aurora as if she was her own blood and bone. Aurora would definitely be the innocent kind of amusing whenever she stated random facts; which would get Reyes's attention and care. Being that Aurora is younger, Reyes would automatically feel obliged to put her above the care of the older ones in the group. If Aurora was having trouble sticking up for herself or in a life or death situation, Reyes would 100% step in. It wouldn't take much for Aurora to gain Reyes's trust. (Given Reyes is kind of naive when it comes to that)

Cassian

Upon first glance, if he were to act like a cocky brat, yes, Reyes would automatically start lowering the respect she held for him as an adult. Although, the fact that he has a side for humor, especially dark humor, would let Reyes warm up to him a bit more, unless he cracks jokes in a time when she's overwhelmed. He would be like the class clown in her eyes, someone who's hiding something behind their facade of sarcasm and humor. Naturally, he would come off as distrustful until Reyes would get to know him more, which could take a while.

Khufu

Perhaps it's the age that gives off little brother vibes-- or the fact that he's so eager to learn new things. Reyes would treat him as a little brother and automatically warm up to him. She wouldn't be touchy until she knew he was comfortable with it, in which she would want to get physical, such as ruffling his hair or doing slight things to annoy him or embarrass him. The fact that she might have lost her little brother in the apocalypse (though she is unsure) would be something that she'd obviously reflect onto Khufu. Much like Aurora, Reyes would try her hardest to keep him safe.

Jabari

Reyes doesn't have daddy issues, but hell, if she did she would cling to this guy. He is practically the embodiment of her father, just a tad on the younger side. She's used to raising herself to meet expectations, so she wouldn't take his high standards to heart. Words of affirmation are always something Reyes fishes for when searching for encouragement, so he'd automatically be in her good books. Reyes would find herself striving to impress him or keep him around. Another way that she'd look at him is a good attribute in the group. A hard-working, logical person is always someone who is welcomed to be Reyes's company.

Due to Khufu's nature, the other person's relationship, thoughts, or remarks towards him does not affect his view of them at all on most occasions. It will only ever change it if it is positive. If your character has a negative view of him, do not feel pressured to make it higher just because Khufu likes them. He's just like this.

Scores, as of right now, will not dip below a 3, also due to Khufu's nature. This is highly prone to change, as these are just approximations of what he'd feel after a while of knowing them.

[Kine Asher Vincent (3)] - Khufu, for the most part, doesn't notice Kine's presence. He doesn't make himself known much, and he doesn't have traits or special knowledge or anything that catches Khufu's interest. He'll still talk to the man, though, probably more than he should; he doesn't recognize Kine's attempts to get someone to back off and Kine doesn't seem like a fun person to have blow up on you. Out of all of the characters, Kine is the most likely to get Khufu to dip underneath a 3 for him if he were to ever say something he couldn't ignore.

[Ryker Leist (3.5)] - Khufu finds Ryker to be relatively interesting, partially because of his past (the military interests him, and the fact that he's from Germany especially so) and partially because of the way he goes about things. He likes him decently well, though most of it is formed by an avid curiosity regarding him -- he will, however, still go to him for advice or instruction on occasion.

[Alyssia Reeves (3.2)] - For the most part, Khufu doesn't pay much mind to Alyssia. He has a hard time noticing people who don't make themselves known first, after all. However, once he does get to know her, he finds some interest in her occupation -- her athleticism is incredibly impressive to him. He still, most likely, won't end up talking to her much, but when he does, he'll ignore it entirely when she expresses her annoyance about it. He likes her decently well, though; she reminds him of somebody he used to know.

[Reyes D. Collin (4.7)] - Khufu loves Reyes. She isn't initially that interesting to him, but once her older sister side comes out, he absolutely adores her -- he loves his sisters with all of his heart and similar relationships make him feel at ease, so Reyes's treatment of him brings him comfort. He especially enjoys Reyes's mischievous side and finds himself often trying to make her laugh. He often brags or talks to her in search of praise.

[Ava Shepherd (4.2)] - Khufu has a strange kind of admiration for Ava. It's almost stupid, how he seems to like her -- she's one of those people he'll follow around and talk to normally, ignoring anything mean she says to him. She's one of the people he decided on a whim would be his friend. Why he decided this is unknown to any onlooker, but to him, it's a very simple thing -- he likes antagonistic people. Nothing more to it. He sure is a strange boy.

[Roxanne Monroe (4.8)] - Unlike Ava, Khufu's admiration for Roxanne runs deep. He always looks upon her with sparkling eyes, trailing behind her and pumping her up on occasion, talking about how cool she is and whatnot. She reminds him deeply of his oldest sister, is all -- as such, in his eyes, Roxanne can do no wrong.

[Aurora Solus (3.9)] - Aurora is yet another person that Khufu doesn't pay much mind to, what with "she doesn't make herself known so he doesn't notice her" and all that. When she does start talking, though, and she starts spouting knowledge, Khufu begins to see her as a rival -- she's smart and around the same age as him, and thus, best fit as an academic rival. He'll often try to outmatch her and gets incredibly pumped up about it, and he compliments her whenever she outwits him, as well. As such, most positive feelings he has towards her are a result of his perceived rivalry with her -- he seeks her out relatively often, but usually with the intention of showing off. He does not acknowledge any possible attempts on her part to shake him off.

[Charlie / Ri Eun (4.7)] - Khufu falls naturally into the role of the younger brother, and this fact becomes especially clear when in the presence of Charlie. He adores the guy and sees him as family. He's extremely comfortable with the man and will brag to him and chat with him very often. He never really had a good (though "good" is debatable in this situation) male figure in his life, and Charlie has the sort of mischievous charm that Khufu enjoys, so he's incredibly happy with Charlie.

[Sadie Seymour (4.9)] - Sadie is probably one of Khufu's favorite people. She's around his age, she has enough energy to match his own and he loves the mischievous little shit energy from her that he can enable to be tenfold. She's probably one of the only people he acknowledges insults from, if only to complain and return them in the worst, cheesiest way possible. She's like the sister he can pull stupid shit with that he never had.

[Cassian Alaric (4.1)] - Cassian is another character he likes quite a lot. He's a fan of the mischief, of course, and the competitiveness earns him respect in Khufu's book. He's one of the people Khufu models himself after, though he isn't too much older than himself; either way, though, he enjoys the warmth that the man's personality gives off and generally finds him pleasant.

[Jabari Algarotti (2 / 5)] - Jabari is yet another person who reminds Khufu deeply of family, and as such, he adores and admires the man deeply. He tries his best to live up to the man's standards and earn his praise, though he hates actually talking to the guy. Out of the entire cast, he speaks to Jabari the least, wanting only his praise but feeling clumsy and awkward whenever faced with actually speaking to the man. Strange.

1 - Khufu hates you. Around you, he'll tend to get flighty, trying to avoid ever speaking to you; if forced to be in your presence for too long, he'll start to get visibly nervous and hostile. He'll try to act tougher around a person he hates this much, like a cat bristling its fur to seem bigger in an attempt to ward off a predator.

2 - Khufu doesn't like you. His sentences will be shorter around you, and he'll abandon a conversation with you to talk to someone he likes better at any given moment. The most positivity he'll give you is a strained smile, but he'll still be around you and ask you questions if something especially intriguing comes up.

3 - Khufu is completely neutral on you. This can either mean that he simply doesn't notice this character much due to their reserved nature, or that they have nothing interesting to say to him, or vice versa.

4 - Khufu likes you quite a bit. He'll actively seek you out and turn to you for any questions he has, and if there's an in for him to talk to you, he'll take it. He brags about his abilities in search of praise on occasion.

5 - Khufu absolutely adores you. He follows you around like a lost puppy and talks to you whenever he can. He looks up to you and wants to do anything you can do, and he'll talk your ear off at any given moment.

Ava

Please don't be offended if Ava isn't a fan of ye character *^* She doesn't like people in general. If you want me to rewrite her relationship with ye character, I will!

There may be one, no- maybe two aspects that are tolerable about this man to Ava. The traits she loves most about people. His closed off, reserved self. Why? Oh, because then she doesn't have to worry about interacting nor socializing with the man. Until, he- stops being reserved and closed off. Then she'll be at his throat within moments.

This lil girl, would annoy Ava to no extent. She doesn't know what specific thing about the girl it would be, but it still ticks Ava off.

No. Just- no. Shoo. If theres anything Ava hates in this world, its two things. Cuddles and overall happiness. And Charlie is far too- happy.

Who doesn't like competitive people? Actually gives Ava a challenge for once and a while, she may not be as competitive as other people, actually she isn't that competitive- she'd still put up a good fight, and be determined to win in that moment. However, he would slowly become less than the average tolerance for Ava- she swear, his humour is broken. And it hurts her soul.

Khufu :

This kid is too full of life and wonder. It doesn't make Ava despise him, however, he could become annoying in her eyes, and there would most likely be times were she would snap at him.

Jabari :

Ava is skeptical of this old man. How can such an old man not be so bitter, and angry? She doesn't trust people easily, most specifically those who do not seem to be true about their personality. Ava just feels as if this guy is too- reasonable.

OK. So, initially, Alyssia will most likely have a pretty awkward relationship with most people, purely due to her slightly more reserved nature. I will edit this over time <3

The likely hood of these two getting along isn't particularly high. Alyssia would steer clear from his intimidating vibe. Kine is pretty closed off, so sparking up a conversation or finding anything in common would and rather difficult. If it wasn't for his slightly intimidating nature, she would barely notice the man at all.

Alyssia finds the guy pretty riveting due to his military past, though she wouldn't be inclined to ask a whole lot about it. She could trust in his directions for the most part and have some level of respect for him, but again I can't see them being particularly close friends.

These two would not get along. While Alyssia admires her ability to be an asshat in public without expecting judgment, as soon as that assholiness was directed at Alyssia, it would slowly start to get messy. Of course, her normal silence towards Avas carelessly malicious words would prevail, but the chances of her tolerance lasting in more physical wars between the two are pretty low.

Alyssia and Roxanne wouldn't be the closest pair. Of course, she wouldn't hate her, but to say her nonchalant, lazy attitude to life was unappreciated by the woman is an understatement. What is appreciated, however, is her determination and overall boldness. They're things Alyssia is lacking in, so she does have some veneration for Roxanne, and she would be pretty tolerable for the most part.

Aurora would be a character that Alyssia can relate to. Or, if they were the same age they would have very similar personality traits. Because of this, Alyssia would hold the girl in high esteem and would most likely have her back in most situations. Other than this, they are pretty neutral.

That is all there is to be said.

His more competitive attribute is just about the only thing she enjoys about the boy, along with his more twisted style of humor. She wouldn't know if anything he said was malicious or genuine. They could get along, but she would kinda find him frustrating until they found some common ground.

The kid is persistent, which is pretty cool, I guess. Alyssia would put up with the boy for a while, but once she had enough she would probably just walk off, knowing he wouldn't really care.

Just some stuff that came to mind.

After Jabari has faced down ferocious chihuahuas with boundless energy, sharp clawed cats, and aggressive pit bulls that could snap his arm, he's not intimidated by silence from a human.

Because not too long ago, he was their age, he has a hard time seeing 18-21 year olds as adults, and sometimes even up to 25 years old unless they are married, have children, or have done something else that matures a person faster.

As far as I know Jabari is the only person who can be considered to have medical experience. Just imagine him trying to diagnose humans XD. I think he'll be okay at stitching and binding wounds, but human illnesses will be hard to diagnose beyond normal common sense.

Alyssia Reeves

Jabari's old enough where it would feel odd to feel brotherly towards new acquaintances, but he might go between brotherly and fatherly towards Alyssia. He would try to gain her confidence and learn about her, mostly, so that she'll trust him to help her, and he can encourage her to keep her going. He doesn't want to lose anyone else, even if he doesn't know them well. They could talk about animals. That would be a natural topic for Jabari to fall back on. If they don't click, then he'd just give her space.

Reyes D. Collin

He could consider her as a full adult as well, which means he'd be less protective of her. She seems stubborn and determined to be independent enough where he wouldn't approach her in a fatherly way unless she approached him first. He'd probably be uneasy with her at first, but just depending on how it goes he could become friends with her.

Ava Shepherd

He would normally be protective of someone who seems younger, but he'd probably give her space, because of her personality. He'd avoid her. They are already being hunted by druggies. Cruelty needs to be dialed down.

Roxanne Monroe

He wouldn't like someone who doesn't seem to care. He might view her as a teenager with her attitude and behavior. He'd give her space. He might be protective of her from a distance.

Aurora Solus

He would be drawn to getting to know her, and protective of her safety. She'd probably surprise him.

Sadie Seymour

He'd watch out for her, and be tolerant of her behavior. He wouldn't feel drawn to her for normal conversation.

Ryker Leist

If he shows that he's made good use of his education with the German military and actually knows what he is doing, he'll probably look to Ryker to know what to do. Being blunt is a quality that Jabari prefers instead of hedging around. Especially if it is a time sensitive life or death situation. This would be a person that Jabari would want to ally with.

Kine Asher Vincent

In Jabari’s eyes Kine is a full blown adult, so he’s going to give him more space, since he is rather aloof. He also might gravitate towards him for friendship at first, because he is an adult.

Ri Eun "Charlie"

He'd throw Jabari for a loop. He acts too young for Jabari to feel drawn to him for friendship, and he's too old for Jabari to particularly be protective of him.

Cassian Alaric

Jabari would probably be amazed by his ability to laugh. Jabari wouldn't be particularly drawn to him and he probably wouldn't be repulsed either.

Khufu Carabella

The way Khufu is makes him seem very much like a young boy to Jabari. He would want to watch out for him. He'd be tolerant of when Khufu is annoying and often be amused by him.
