I think it would be easier if we had a model we could bend to show the dynamics of it and positioning. You know? Because it's so weird, like it doesn't show on art but even our skin, the way it stretches and wrinkles with our movements is remarkable, now take hardened scales. Like a crocodile or alligator for instance. Sure they have skin but it's still a feat of nature- Sorry- nerd side came out a bit there XD

Yeah it's just a massive pain. Anything with metal plating or scales when the head turns back over the body is just a no go.

Clarifying details so far;

Starting point in RP:
The characters are going to start after they've figured out they have powers, just after everything was turned to rubble and whatnot. It starts just after the point in time when the two groups figure out that they have to work together in order to survive. Arguments and arguing should be a top tier spectacle. Hehe.

Location-wise:
Right now it's looking like we're going to be putting it in either California, Virginia or possibly Texas.

Relations:
Feel free to discuss prior relations between characters and mafia and whatnot! I'm excited to see what all happens and goes on! :3
