Green eyes blinked open and Shaker moved to stand. White snow clung to his black markings and he shook to try and remove it. It didn't take much, and the snow loosened and fell off without much resistance. His breath created a mist in the air in front of him. Turning his ears he listened for the sounds of anyone else being awake before he glanced around. It appeared that he was the only one awake at the moment. Truthfully, Shaker didn't mind that. He knew that with everyone else asleep, there was a very small chance of him annoying a pack member. He wasn't a confrontational wolf, preferring to talk things out as opposed to resorting to teeth and claws. Talking things out lessened the chances of needless death. Shaker wasn't a great fighter, and perhaps that contributed to his non confrontational personality, but he really just preferred to take care of others and to be there for others, even if that meant he didn't have a high rank. |

Nala woke up and felt snow clinging to her back she shoke it off. She got up while she looked around she saw her betas still asleep but an omega awake she walked up to the omega and said "Hey." She didn't really mind that everyone was asleep because that meant she didn't have to do duties yet. |

Shaker continued to look around and was getting ready to move towards a snow bank to dig a tunnel to curl up in to preserve body heat in the cold when he heard the sound of someone walking towards him. Turning to look towards the sound in order to identify who it was he blinked in shock when he realized it was the alpha, Nala. Lowering his head he flicked his ears up to listen to what the alpha had to say. "Hello, Alpha. Is there something I can help you with?" His response probably wasn't what Nala was looking for, but it was the best he had when he was put on the spot when I came to the alpha. |

Nala said "Well I just wanted to talk since your the only one up and also what is your name". Nala looked at him and stride him then she said "You don't need to be so formal call me Nala but not when we are around other. okay?" . She waited for his response looking around to make sure no one was up yet. |

Shaker flicked his ears back in silent contemplation. "My name is Shaker, though I am commonly referred to by the pack as Omega." Shaker's voice was soft as he spoke. He felt almost as if this was some kind of trick, why the alpha would want to know his name he did not know. Then came the notion of calling Nala by her name as opposed to Nala when they were not in the presence of others. It was almost like some kind of balancing act. Perhaps it was best to both accept and deny the request. "I'm afraid I can't promise that I will remember to do that, but I will endeavor to try if that is what you would like." He hoped that answer would satisfy the alphas request. |

Nala said "Okay well it's nice to meet you shaker it has be cold without shelter or a warm body could we perphas lay together?" Nala looked at Shaker and thought I wonder if it was okay to ask. Nala was still waiting for an answer when she heard the pup Shadow wake up. |
