It was a beautiful, starry night.
Shadow on the Night Lake was watching the sky, her eyes shining along with the stars. The night sky was beautiful. Her name came after the night she was born into, a beautiful night when the stars were shining in the lake inside their territory. That night, along with her, a shadow had covered the lake. But she didn't know that.
Her fur was dark, like the night sky; not only dark, more like black, black like the cold water, black like a shadow, like a dark figure walking in the starless night. Her fur actually wasn't fully black; she had some lighter shades, but they easily disappeared in the dark around them. Her eyes were really light, a mix of blue and white, a beautiful dark ice colour.
She didn't know what was about to happen. She didn't know that the beautiful stars that night were cursed. She didn't know until she felt the pain of a scar across her back.
After that night, everything was quiet. A red wolf, red like the blood of the victims he killed that night, while his eyes were brown like dry blood. He murdered lot of wolves that night, pups, youngs, without even care. But he didn't know that she, that black obsidian wolf with ice eyes, was alive. Hurt, badly hurt, maybe barely alive, but still alive. He didn't know what she was. He didn't know what she would become. He just left her brocken body here, thinking that the soul inside it was a star already. But she wasn't. And when he found out, he tried to do everything in his power to kill her.
Rules before start: 1. Do not powerplay. You character can have abilities and similar that you can find under here, but you can't make them having more than 1 of those powers. 2. Do not do +18 things. Blood and gore are ok, +18 things no.
3. You can do romantic-like things, as long as you respect 2° role. 4. Do not use swears angst someone, unless it's part of the roleplay, like a character saying to another something, but still, not too bad swears, possibly.
5. Respect every roleplayer.
Infos about this world and abilities:
1. Wolves here have different abilities: some of them can grow wings, some can control elements and some teleport (using portals). The elements powers are:
- fire: can generate and control fire.
- water: can control it and breathe underwater. - air: can "fly" controlling the winds.
- nature: can make plants grow faster and control tendrils and similar.
- light: can make light, like glowing etern spheres. - dark: can manipulate shadows.
Wolves can't have both elements magic and teleportation/grow wings. They can't have more than one element magic. 2. Wolves are more like humans, they have villages and can make objects.
3. They believe in the ancestors, and that once you die you become a star or a constellation.
4. There are 4 wolf species: gray wolf, artic wolf, red wolf and sea wolf. All of them can have blind and heterochromia characters.
The gray wolf (like the classical gray wolf, can have any eye colour and their fur is usually brown/grey) can have melanism and albinism version. The artic wolf (like our artic wolf, they have pure white fur and usually have blue eyes, and they have really long fur and probably are the biggest wolf species) can't have melanism and albinism because they already have less melanin than other wolves species.
The red wolf (like our wolf, they have red/brown fur, and can have any eye colour) can't have an albinism version, but can have a melanism one, with a really dark red shade.
The sea wolf (they look a lot like the gray wolf, but live only in sea zones and have thick fur to prevent the water from going fully on their skin) can't have an albinism version, but have a melanism one.
Their name are inspired by their colours and by event that happened when they were born. They usually make their name short when using it (example: Shadow in the Night Lake becomes Shadow or Night)
Roles:
1. Explorer: a wolf that explore territories to meet new wolves. (Closed)
2. Herbalist: a wolf that know herbs and medical solutions. (Closed)
3. Warrior: a wolf that know really well fight techniques. (Closed)
Along with my character, your character will explore the territory with mine to find a magical gemstone that can remove the curse from the stars. Because in the universe at the moment in some nights the stars became red and kills some wolves with a curse.
