im learning quadrobics and id say so far i've done good with walking and cantering/galloping, but everything else? ehhhhhhh does anyone have any tips to help me with trotting or jumps? im kinda okay at jumps, i just cant seem to get any height no matter how hard i try (keeping my head up, trying to stand up taller, etc.) and i just... cant trot. like i can do the switches in place kinda, but when it comes to actually moving i start to lose my balance and rhythm and i have to stop before i trip over myself and fall any tips would be greatly appreciated <3

i can't trot either, but I'll try to help! ex. you have your right arm on the ground and your opposite leg too, and quickly change them. (they still have to be on the opposite side) try to learn by doing this many times! (you prob know this but i wanna explain from the start<3) then add a jump when you change them! and then start like running (duhh) and remember to rest and drink water!
