Do not post here unless you have signed up to Alpine Hills ------------- - Outside of town, beyond the cabins, there is a dark forest.... The Whispering Forest. Full of fire-breathing dragons, griffins, and many other mythical creatures awaiting battles. The townfolk dare not go in. Too many of the creatures keep them at bay in the small town. - RULES - You can only post once before either me or Bobcat reply to you. If in a party, I will spin a wheel to see who goes first, second, etc. - If you post here without an opening post by either me or Bobcat, you WILL be ignored - Once again, do NOT ask for rare or tamable creatures. You will not find any. - When entering the Whispering Forest, characters are at full health (100 HP). If you are in a battle, the monster (Or certain pet) hits you, you are hit with a random amount of damage. If you run out a HP, you will return back to Alpine Hills with 10 HP. - |

Kieran - As you leave the town, the atmosphere around you turns colder, darker as the leaves above you block the suns rays.only one path lays ahead of you, so you follow it. The path winds between trees, roots sometimes bridging over the path so much you have to fly over them. The path veers, bringing you to a clearing with three paths. You look at them, question in you eyes as you think. - Left Trail Middle Trail Right Trail Turn Around - |

Kieran - You follow the path for a while, before coming to a stop. A large cobweb was strung from the top of a tall tree to a low root. It was impossibly tall, too tall and thick to see the other side. You look around. Kieran Blackwood | Raven | Male | M: N/A ~ Kieran's eyes fixed on the massive cobwebs, his beak tilting upwards as he stared at it with a mix of awe and absolute horror. ~ 'I'd hate to meet whoever lives here. Best stay away.' Kieran thought as he took a step back, away from the cobwebs. ~ 'Well. If the deer have been using this path, knowing how skittish they can be... Certainly this path might be safest for me too.' With that thought in mind, Kieran carried on his journey down the deer path. |

Kieran - You turn away from the cobwebs, following the small trail of the deer. The ground beneath you gets harder and rockier, and looking down you see pebbles and other rocks, and you decide it's best to fly for a bit to stretch your wings. The small path leads you on for a while, before you hear a quiet hiss, and you land before turning around, seeing your small cat hissing at a gray and yellow snake. The snake looks at you, it's little tongue lapping the air. - Try to tame it Fly away Ignore it - |

Kieran - Moving away from the snake, you continue flying through the forest, keeping in line with the small deer trail. Soon, you stop to rest you wings and have a look around, noticing your cat has gone missing. Panicing, you turn back, only to find them playing with a feather. You call them over, continuing once more down the path. After a while, the path gets larger, and then another clearing. A cave stands in front of you, a small glimmer of light coming from within. You also see the path continuing beside the cave, going deeper into the woods. - Enter Cave Turn Around Continue down path - (Editing your bush cat to have a featherr :0) |

Perhaps they might be inside. What do ya say?" He asked as he turned to his feline companion who gave a rather short meowed response. ~ "I shall take that as a yes." Kieran huffed as he began to make his way inside the cave. |

Kieran - Following the light, you enter the cave. Staying to the wall, your cat follows close behind, stopping every now and then stopping to play with the new feather tucked behind it's ear. The light gets brighter every moment, and soon the cave opens up to a large cavern, green, blue, and orange mushrooms dotting the walls. You found them! You flap over to the cave wall, carefully peeling the mushrooms off of the wall with your beak and putting them in your bag. On of the glowing spores moves, and looks at you.
