If i breed my male to an outside female, do I still get the pups? does the owner of the female have to transfer them over or does it happen automatically?

The owner of the female would automatically get the pups if they have the den space. So you should probably negotiate with the owner of the female about who gets what pups :) |

Nope. Whoever has the mother gets to keep the pups.
You would have to ask if the female's owner is willing to give them up |
