Greetings, traveler! Welcome to my adoptable thread for Imp Art Adopts, where you can find both premade designs and request custom creations. These mischievous and magical beings are ready to join your collection!

Below, you'll find the rules, terms of service, pricing, and forms to claim your very own little imp. Please read everything carefully before adopting.

Rules

Respect the Artist: Be kind and courteous when interacting. Rudeness will not be tolerated.

First Come, First Served: Premades are available to claim on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Upfront: Payment is required upfront in Mushrooms before the design is sent. The only exception to this is with Custom orders. There is a 50/50 payment for Customs. In the case of Auctions, payment will be required upfront after the auction is over.

No Refunds: Refunds will not be given unless I cannot complete your request.

Do Not Claim as Your Own: You may not claim the original art or design as your own. Credit me where applicable.

Personal Use Only: Adoptables are for personal use unless additional rights are discussed and agreed upon.

Have a Toyhouse: Not necessarily a requirement, but it makes it easier as the adopts are uploaded to toyhouse.

Terms of Service

Premades: Once purchased, you may make minor edits (e.g., name, accessories, color tweaks, simplification) but NOT major alterations to the design or base art.

Customs: Customs start at the base price and may increase based on complexity. I will confirm the total price with you before starting.
- Auctions: Auctions will usually have a custom-set starting bid depending on complexity. The end price is determined by the highest bidder.

Turnaround Time: Expect up to 2 weeks for custom adopts, depending on complexity and queue length.

Reposting: You are free to repost your adoptable with proper credit to me as the original artist.

Reselling: You may resell your adoptable for no more than what you paid unless additional art or value has been added.

Premades: Set price of 100 mushrooms.
Customs: Starting price of 150 mushrooms.
Auctions: Custom starting bid dependent on Design.

How to Adopt

Use the Premade Adoption Form or Custom Request Form to submit your claim. In the case of an Auction, state the Adopt Number and ID and your bid!
