Okay, double poster. - As he walked into camp, his ashy grey fur blew in the wind and his cold silver eyes sparkled. He stopped in the middle of the clearing, a drop of blood falling from a scratch across his eye. He had just returned that morning, with the body of an opposing pack's leader. "Alpha Risen. I am here." His voice was deep and harsh, and cracked a bit on some of the words. A coyote stepped out of the den, smiling with cruel satisfaction at the wolf below. "Ah. Killer. Your next target will be different then normal, a wolf like yourself. I have no scent trails or clues for you on its whereabouts, but I assume you will find it?" He nodded, and bowed, before abruptly rising and leaving camp, knowing that his alpha was done speaking. - Maybe your character heard this conversation?

Truffle was busying himself with other things at this time. Chasing leaves, and snapping at butterflys. The usual. He was getting hungry though, and quick. After crunching about 20 more buterflies and enjoying the wind blowing through his crisp white fur, he started heading downwind of a nearby deer he had scented earlier, so he could smell it, but it couldnt smell him.

He padded through the woods, his muscles rippling under his dark coat. His silver eyes shone eerily in the shadows of the forest, and he seemed like a shadow as he searched the woods for scent trails. Eventually, he stopped, his ears pricking and a growl rising in his throat. He had found the scent, and now he would soon find this other wolf.
