They can, but for crystallines the parents have to have the same exact pelt and even then I think the odds are like 10%. I've had females that I breed every year and never get a crystalline pup.

Im so confused how do I breed a wolf with 17r and 234t with a 66r and 1000+t and come out with not a single pup over 130t and 10r

Ohh did I not put ether name XD I used to have them in bio before I accidentally managed to clear it but- Cinder is the grey/brown one and lily is they gray and white one!
