Hallo guys. I've been meaning to come up with a small group RP (5-7 members?) that is pretty chill with complex characters. This is a developing idea, and should people be interested, it will be expanded on. I just wanted to crstuff cheekse something that is very character-driven and open for expansion while still being grounded.
The RP would take place in the 60s/70s. It would be in a city, say, similar to New York. Bustling - filled with life and color. Our characters could be anything from rising singers, performers, parts of the many industries (music, film, etc), that are requested to come to a certain thstuff cheekser to show their talents. Everything seems to be going smoothly. The show was a huge success and gained momentum for the company behind it. That company, come to find out, is run by a mafia. Our characters are sudnestly thrown into a jumbled mess of emotion and thrstuff cheekss to their livelihoods as they slowly uncover the truth. They are used as fronts for this specific mafia's 'behind the scenes' business if you will. Everything unfolds from there as legal tensions not only rise, but the risk of everyone and everything falling apart. Loyalty is tested, connections are lost and gained, and everyone is on high alert.
This is obviously super rough and can easily be manipulated to better fit the needs of what everyone may have in mind (though it is already super open). I want to keep it pretty grounded and realistic. You can play as many characters as you want. Be diverse and crstuff cheeksive! This would be a literate RP (300+ words) and preferably a post a week minimum. If you're interested, please let me know!
