that Kado appears 3 times in his bloodline , but the calculator says 0.00%?

i'm not sure how this works unless it only counts if one of the parents is inbred

COI looks for the same ancestors from both parents. So, only ancestors in Both Lines (purple) will result in inbred pups. If the parents don't share any common ancestors then COI will be 0%. It's basically the chance for inheriting the same gene from an ancestor shared by both parents. In your example, both parents are inbred but have no common ancestors.

Oh, ok. I checked his father (with three instances of Kado showing up) and the percentage is much higher.
