2) I drew an avatar for myself, and I was going to set it via my own DA account. Since the only person I need to credit is myself, if I put in my pack number and the admin finds the drawing on my DA account, would my avatar still be removed and will I be accused of art theft?

2) You cannot use DA to host your avatar, you need to upload it to an image hosting site such as photo bucket or tiny pic to use it here. You should also include credits to your DA account, it would help if you put your pack name and number in the image description on DA as well so if we come across it we know you made it.
