As long as you at least try to rest, that's what matters. Yes sleep is better than just resting and actively trying to sleep, but actively trying to sleep is better than nothing at all

This event was inspired by the squirrels who raid my garden every summer. We do battle.

Then may I recommend Gregorian Chant? It's in Latin, so dead language, and it's just kinda droning on the background. I'm not necessarily religious but my parents are and put it on when I was little. Still knocks me out quickly even today

That's fair. I have to have lullabies in a language I sorta know but don't know completely, then I'm kinda focused on trying to translate but not so focused I'm staying awake.

PART 1: GUIDE

This guide focuses on how you can achieve a 100k hunting score, not a general explore/FMC guide.

I. Preparation
1. Premium is recommended

2. Stock up on blue jays, healing potions and health potions

3. Before FMC, reset all terrain levels to preferred enemy counts

4. A good amount of nuts. I'd recommend at least 4k nuts. to be safe.

5. Choose a month in which you are completely free for the five days.

6. All terrain levels should be two digits, at the very least.

II. Explore

Suggested Terrain Ranking

Forest(70+ enemies) >>>> Jungle/Tundra/Forest(55+ enemies) > Mountain/Desert > Swamp

During Winter:

Jungle >>>> Tundra/Mountain > everything else

Terrain Breakdown:
Forest

Beginner friendly, but low enemy counts prove a problem.

Pros:

1. Low flee rates

2. Much higher individual enemy count

3. Enemies don't hit as hard

4. Robin fstuff cheekshers

Cons:

1. Abysmal enemy counts; anything below 55 isn't worth it

Swamp

Extremely dangerous but blue jays

Pros:

1. Blue Jays

2. High individual enemy nuts./p>

Cons:

1. The highest flee rate out of all terrains

2. Enemies hit the hardest out of all terrains

3. Honestly pretty terrible for nutsgrinding

Jungle

Highest nutsprofit and lots of enemies. Not too dangerous either.

Pros:

1. Highest average high enemy and acorns count

2. Enemies don't hit too hard

3. Sun bears are one of the easier bears

Cons:

1. Mid-weight acorns have high percentile flee rate

2. Individual enemy count is not that high

Desert

Mediocre. The most basic out of the terrains.

Pros:

1. Enemies don't flee too often

2. Average damage/health, don't flee too much.

Cons:

1. 2nd lowest average enemy counts

2. Kinda boring tbh

Mountain

Good nutsprofit but dangerous

Pros:

1. Above average individual enemy nuts./p>

2. Usually high enemy counts

3. Many action tiles

Cons:

1. Black bears

2. Most enemies hit hard.

Tundra

Good profit, not dangerous apart from grizzlies

Pros:

1. Polar bears are by far the easiest 25 nuts./p>

2. 2nd highest average enemy count

3. Snowy Owl fstuff cheekshers are abundant

Cons:

1. Polar bears have a very high flee rate

2. Grizzlies, and they tend to appear in large packs

Reset Enemy Count:

Cloaks: <55 for forest, <70 for everything else

Ravus: <45 for forest, <50 for everything else

Explore Tips:

1. Keep track of when the cooldown ends for level resets

2. Use Snowy Owl fstuff cheekshers for packs of bears(though they are usually useless)

III. Miscellaneous

1. It's good to have friends. Just in general but also to steal buy cheap potions and blue jays from.

This is all you need. The second and third part aren't really important.

If you don't want to read it, it's fine. But the point of this is to show that we had two very different experiences, and yours might be too.
PART 2: CLOAKS' EXPERIENCE
I. Pack
Primary explore team is untrained. 25 ish substitutes, half have 525BE+.
All have almost max CP.
II. Explore
Preferred Terrain
Forest>Tundra>Swamp/Mountain>>Desert>Jungle
35~ minutes to complete each level and 25~ for forest.
III. Miscellaneous
1. Hide chat. It was extremely distracting for the first two days. I only talked to one person throughout the five days.
2. I slept for 6~ hours for the first two days and didn't sleep at all for the last three.
3. Constant morale support is recommended.
4. 600+ spirit ancestors. All squirrels have max spirituality so bow works 100% of the time.
5. LOTS of relics afterwards. I took a screenshot but I can't upload it because the image size exceeds Postimage's limit.

I. Pack
5 dstuff cheeksh grip squirrels, 1 trainee. No extra squirrels used.
Most only had maxed Battle, Resolve and Agility. Some did have Stealth maxed.

II. Explore
Preferred Terrain
Forest>Jungle

I went through about 3-4 levels per hour, +-1500 nutsgain per hour.

III. Miscellaneous
1. Watch chat if you feel bored with exploring. With every enemy I faced I could see the refreshed version of chat and read it which kept me motivated.
2. I got enough sleep. I only explored 9am-10pm so I'd say I got at least 8 hours of sleep every day.
3. I took hobbit meal breaks each of about 30 minutes (to get the extra 55 moves/half hour) + 1 hour break for lunch
